단상 AC/DC 승압형 컨버터를 이용한 피복 아크 용접기역률 개선에 관한 연구

In this paper, we proposed AC/DC boost converter to improve input current harmonic reduction in SMAW(shielded metal-arc welding). The proposed harmonic reduction with the boost converter design and the UC2854 integrated circuit which controls the converter.<br/> The topology of welding power supply is made of a pair of boost converter and welder half-bridge IGBT inverter. The voltage arc is modeled by a variable resistance in series with a voltage source. The results has been confirmed by PSIM simulation tool.<br/> The simulation results show that input ac current is nearly sinusoidal with low harmonic contents and sinusoidal input current waveform at high power factor.

This paper presents a new spatter reduction method of DC spot wekler, incorporating single phase full bridge inverter driving high frequency transformer also. We proposed to the constant power control strategy to improve quality of the wekting product of spot wekling with dynamic resistance charater. Throughout simulation and prototype test, the system is verified with constant power control, and is implemented fieldtest.

This paper deals with a high performance single-phase active power factor correction circuit(PFC) with 12/8 pole SRM. We have designed the boost converter of flyback mode and the power factor curcuit with UC3854 acting on constant switching frequency average current control. Simulation and wxperimental resylts are verified that the performance has improved over a conventional passice power factor conection circuit.
