Internet is changing society in politics, economy, and culture. Specially, information society does to disintegrate organization’s form of industrial society, and take a serious view individual than community. Specially, organization communication is most important to information society. Organization communication is defined interaction within organization. Traditionally, most powerful media of organization communication is House Journal. House Journal does to inform a goal and doctrine and educate employee about cooperation for raising Royalty. Early house journal allowed purpose in communication of corporation interior. However, house journal began to look away eye to corporation external communication gradually. Lately, Buddhist journal is changing in multi-form journal that consider together these two purposes. When see in point that Buddhist journal is active as communication media Buddhism and Buddhist Believer, Buddhist journal is one of house Journals. Information society gained crisis and an opportunity to Buddhism at the same time. In Internet media age, Buddhist Journal must contents as well as forms necessarily. Buddhist Journal’s essential functions are that connect Buddhist temple and Buddhist Believers internally, and must be able to publicize actively to ordinary peoples externally. Therefore, This Study is examined four Buddhist Journals for presenting development direction in Buddhist Media. First of all, this analysis report contents for 3 months, and divide function. Through this, it could know that Buddhist Journal is not expressing own personality clearly. Therefore, in Buddhism, it is required that Correct media practical use according to target audience and mass media’s form.
