이 연구는 장애자녀 부모의 자녀돌봄 스트레스와 돌봄 과정에서 경험하는 쉼의 의미를 이해하고, 이에 대한 교육적 과제를 도출하고자 했다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 양적 연구 이후 질적 연구를 수행하는 설명적 순차 혼합설계를 사용하였다. 먼저 140명의 장애자녀 부모의 설문을 조사한 결과, 돌봄 스트레스는 3.74로 다소 높은 수준이었으며, 83.1%의 부모가 자신에게 쉼이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 쉼을 지원하는 프로그램 요구분석에서 장애자녀 동반-분리의 측면이 혼재된 모순이 발견되어, 눈덩이 표집을 통해 6명의 연구 참여자를 선정하여 심층 면담하였다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법으로 분석하여 22개의 의미, 9개의 주제, 3개의 범주를 도출하였다. 도출된 범주는 ‘해녀의 숨’이 가지고 있는 모순성과 가족에 대한 책임감과 희생에 주목하여, 장애자녀 부모 쉼의 현상은 ‘가슴으로 쉬는 숨’, 쉼의 맥락은 ‘테왁을 의지하여’, 쉼의 본질적 의미는 ‘숨비소리’로 비유하였다. 결론적으로 장애자녀 부모의 쉼은 자기희생을 수반하고 있으며, 앙리 르페브르의 ‘일상성’이 가지고 있는 특징과 유사하였다. 따라서 장애자녀 부모교육에서는 이들이 고단한 일상에서 쉼을 통하여 자기에게 주어진 문제 상황을 수용하고, 삶을 조망하고 있음을 인식하도록 도와야 한다. 부모 스스로 자신의 쉼이 위대한 일상을 유지하게 하는 것임을 성찰하도록 하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the childcare stress of disabled children and the meaning of rest as experienced in the process of caring, and to derive educational tasks for this. To achieve the purpose of the study, an explanatory sequential mixed design was used, in which a quantitative study followed by a qualitative study was performed. First, as a result of a survey of 140 people to investigate the child care stress and the needs and types of rest, the care stress of parents of disabled children was 3.74, which was rather high, and 83.1% of the parents answered that they needed rest. In the analysis of the needs of the program to support rest, a contradiction in the aspect of companion-separation of children with disabilities was found, and six research participants were selected through snowball sampling and interviewed in depth. Three categories, nine themes, and 22 meanings were derived by analyzing Colaizzi s phenomenological method. The derived category pays attention to the contradictions of haenyeo s breath and the responsibility and sacrifice for the family. The essential meaning was compared to Sumbi sound . In conclusion, the rest of the parents of disabled children entails self-sacrifice, and it is similar to the characteristics of Henri Lefebvre s everyday life . Therefore, it is necessary to help the parents of children with disabilities to recognize that they are looking at life and accepting the problematic situation given to them by taking a break from their arduous daily life. In the end, that rest is what allows you to maintain a great daily life.

초등 초임교사의 수석교사와 함께 한 전문적학습공동체 참여 경험

This study focuses on the doubts about the professional learning community of Master Teacher who are doing their best so far, and learns what and how beginner teachers experience while participating in the professional learning community jointly with Master Teacher, and the experience progresses in the socialization of the teaching profession. To this end, the researcher selected two of the seven beginning teachers of the professional learning community of elementary schools who worked as Master Teacher for two years from March 2020 to December 2021 as research participants and analyzed the narrative for 5 months. As a result of the study, the two beginning elementary school teachers went through a difficult journey to become teachers, and faced a reality that was different from their thoughts in the teaching field, and a future to go to. I experienced a warm 'hospitality'. In addition, two beginning elementary school teachers realized how important it is to 'establishment of educational philosophy' by having an opportunity to look back and reflect on themselves in a professional learning community with a Master Teacher. Furthermore, these beginning elementary school teachers 'expansion of teacher’s learning' by actively participating in teacher meetings outside the school in search of other learning beyond what they learned together in the professional learning community inside the school. Through the narratives of these two first-time elementary teachers, it was confirmed that the professional learning community with the Master Teacher served as a 'stable guide' in the process of socializing the teaching profession and establishing the teacher's identity.

평생교육 관점에서 바라본 지방자치단체 교육복지 기준선의 특징과 한계

본 연구는 지방자치단체의 교육복지 기준선 전략사업을 평생교육 관점에서 분석하여 그 특징과 한계를 밝히고, 지방 수준에서 교육복지 기준선 설정의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 교육복지 차원에 따른 분석 틀과 평생교육 원리에 따른 분석 틀을 고안하였고 Elo와 Kyngas의 연역적 질적 방법을 중심으로 하되 양적 방법을 병행하여 지방자치단체 교육복지 기준선 전략사업에 대한 내용 분석을 수행하였다. 교육복지 차원에 따른 분석 결과 10개 지방자치단체의 교육복지 기준선은 교육과정이나 결과보다는 투입단계의 사업, 재정적 결핍 해소지원 사업, 교육감이 아닌 도지사(시장)이 주체가 되는 사업, 학령기 학생 대상 사업 등을 공통적으로 보여주고 있다. 평생교육 원리에 따른 분석 결과, 3개 지방자치단체의 교육복지 기준선 전략사업은 확장성, 혁신성, 통합성 원리에 대응되는 정도가 지역에 따라 상당한 차이를 보였다. 특히 지방자치단체의 교육복지 기준선이 사회보장적 시각에서 설정되었기 때문에 평생교육 원리를 충분히 반영하지 못했다. 향후 교육복지 기준선 전략사업에서 교육 내용과 형식의 확장, 학습자에게 진정으로 유용한 학습과 상호교육적 관계로의 혁신, 교육자원 및 학습 단계의 통합 등을 고려해야 할 것이다. This study attempts to analyze the educational welfare baseline strategic projects of local governments from the perspective of lifelong education to clarify their characteristics and limitations, and to suggest the direction of setting the educational welfare baseline at the local level. In order to achieve the research purpose, an analysis frame according to the educational welfare level and an analysis frame according to the principle of lifelong education were devised, focusing on the deductive qualitative method of Elo and Kyngas, but the content analysis was conducted on the local government's educational welfare baseline strategy project. As a result of analysis based on education welfare, the educational welfare standards of ten local governments show projects at the input stage, financial shortage support projects, projects led by provincial governors (mayors), not superintendents, and projects for school-age students. As a result of the analysis according to the principles of lifelong education, the degree of correspondence to the principles of scalability, innovation, and integration of the educational welfare baseline strategic projects of the three local governments differed significantly depending on the region. In particular, since the educational welfare standard of local governments was set from a social security perspective, the principle of lifelong education was not sufficiently reflected. In the future, the expansion of educational content and form in the educational welfare baseline strategy project, innovation into practical useful learning and mutual educational relationships, and integration of educational resources and learning stages should be considered.
