Objectives: As infants spend extensive time in caregiving and educational institutions, there is a heightened emphasis on the significance of prosocial behavior in cultivating positive relationships. Consequently, this study explores the effects of mothers’ parenting stress on preschoolers prosocial behavior, with a focus on the mediating effect of mothers’ emotion socialization and preschoolers effortful control. Methods: A total of 215 mothers of children aged 3-5 years were included in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and path analyses were conducted. Results: First, mothers’ parenting stress did not directly affect preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. Second, mothers’ parenting stress significantly affected preschoolers’ prosocial behavior, mediated by supportive emotion socialization. However, the unsupportive response of emotion socialization did not mediate the relationship between mothers’ parenting stress and preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. Third, mothers’ parenting stress significantly affected preschoolers’ prosocial behavior, mediated by preschoolers’ effortful control. Finally, the serial mediating effect of mothers’ parenting stress on preschoolers’ prosocial behavior, mediated by mothers’ emotion socialization and preschoolers’ effortful control, was significant. Conclusion: The results show that positive parenting aspects such as mothers’ supportive responses (rather than unsupportive responses) and preschoolers’ effortful control have an positive influence on preschoolers’ prosocial behavior. This finding underscores the necessity for targeted intervention programs to mitigate mothers’ parenting stress and enhancing supportive responses to improved prosocial behavior in preschoolers.

Optical modeling and simulations of a recently developed light-emitting diode projection system for landscape lighting applications were performed. A commercially available illumination design software, LightTools, was employed to this end. Various imaging patterns available from the projection system were simulated and the simulated results were found to be in good agreement with measured ones.

The study was done to provide domestic fashion multi-shops with basic information about the distribution and the promotion strategies through an investigation the marketing strategies for domestic multi-shop dealt with imported product only. Data were collected from Interview with a buyer or a staff of marketing department of Domestic Fashion Multi-shop dealt with Imported Product only. The results were as follows: For the distribution strategies, these fashion multi-shops as chosen were all placed in department stores. Their distribution channels were diverse like road shop, shop in department store and shop under direct management of department store. In case of shop in department store, it was common that the shop paid a definite commission to the department store. But S shop was managed directly by a department store as an advanced buying system that department store bought and sold goods and held themselves responsible for overstock. For the promotion strategies, these fashion multi-shops didn`t make a definite budget for advertising and publicity contrary to other one-brands. But they attached importance to visual merchandising (VMD) because they had to harmonized the concept of a shop with various brands. Also they concentrated on seasonal fashion show, management of their customers and personal sales.

TThis thesis aims to design an online evaluation plan for music subjects in an online environment. As overall innovation in education accelerates after the COVID-19 incident, the emphasis on online education and digital literacy is expanding day by day in music subjects. However, the unexpectedly expanded online class raised various concerns about teachers' classes and evaluations. This study went through four major research processes based on literature analysis and research methods to design an online evaluation plan for music subjects that can be used in three areas: performance, appreciation, and creation. First, through prior research and the 2022 revised music and curriculum, the understanding of educational evaluation, various educational evaluation models, online learning, and evaluation were investigated. Second, the principles and procedures of an appropriate evaluation plan for online learning of music subjects were presented. The principles of the online evaluation plan of the music subject consisting of four items and the eight-step evaluation procedure were designed. Finally, an example of application to the areas of performance, appreciation, and creation presented in the 2022 revised music curriculum was presented through the music subject online evaluation plan procedure described above. Through this, it was possible to use various evaluation types in an online learning environment and to present a more reliable evaluation method with teachers, students themselves, and fellow students as subjects of evaluation. This study is expected to contribute to cultivating students' digital literacy and being used as a more objective and systematic evaluation method in music subjects by suggesting appropriate evaluation methods in music education in an online environment. 이 논문은 온라인 환경에서의 음악 교과 온라인 평가 방안 설계를 목적으로 한다. 코로나 19 사태 이후로 교육 전반의 혁신이 가속화됨에 따라 음악 교과에서도 온라인 교육과 디지털 소양에 대한 강조는 날로 확대되어 가고 있다. 하지만 예기치 못하게 확대된 온라인 수업은 교사들의 수업과 평가에 관하여 여러 고민을 안겼다. 본 연구는 연주ㆍ감상ㆍ창작의 세 영역에서 활용할 수 있는 음악 교과 온라인 평가 방안 설계를 위해 문헌분석연구방법에 바탕하여 크게 4가지 연구의 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 선행 연구와 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정을 통해 교육평가의 이해, 다양한 교육평가 모형, 온라인 학습과 평가에 대해 알아보았다. 둘째, 음악 교과 온라인 학습에 적절한 평가 방안의 원리와 절차를 제시했다. 4가지 사항으로 이루어진 음악 교과 온라인 평가 방안의 원리와 8단계의 평가 절차를 설계하였다. 마지막으로, 앞서 서술한 음악 교과 온라인 평가 방안 절차를 통해 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정에서 제시한 연주⋅감상⋅창작 영역에 적용 예시를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 온라인 학습환경에서 다양한 평가 유형을 활용하고 교사, 학생 본인, 동료 학생을 평가의 주체로 한, 보다 신뢰성 있는 평가 방안을 제시할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 온라인 환경에서의 음악교육에서 적절한 평가 방안을 제시하여 학생들의 디지털 소양을 함양하고 음악 교과에서 보다 객관적이고 체계적인 평가 방안으로 활용되는 데 일조할 것으로 기대한다.

The study was done to provide domestic fashion multi-shops with basic infomation about the product and price strategies through an investigation the marketing strategies for domestic multi-shop dealt with imported product only. Data were collected from Interview with a buyer or a staff of marketing department of Domestic Fashion Multi-shop dealt with Imported Product only. Through the study, it was clarified that these multi-shops showed a tendency to compose of promising brands, brands set a high value on unique character or technique and brands of promising designer noticed at the main collection. And they also extened their lines as a total life style shop dealt with acccessory, shoes and home collection as well as clothing. Therefore, they had to analyze their target consumer`s life style and applied this to organization of product, brands or sizing. To maintain the balance of multi-shop they bought products keeping the balance between all the brands and didn`t lose variety of concept, it was demanded to develop new brands as well. Their distribution channels had to be planned by regional characteristic that could be accepted their target consumers.
