WPAN 환경에서 AFH 알고리즘을 사용하는 블루투스 피코넷의 패킷 간섭과 주파수 충돌 회피를 위한 적응적 Frequency Hopping Algorithm

본 논문에서는 AFH 알고리즘을 사용하는 블루투스로 이루어진 피코넷이 WLAN과 공존할 때 피코넷 패킷 간의 충돌을 다중 경로 페이딩 채널을 고려하여 수학적으로 분석하였다. AFH에 의해 줄어든 블루투스의 홉 수와 패킷 주변의 피코넷의 신호 세기에 따라 패킷의 충돌 확률에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 본 논문에서는 AFH이 갖는 한계를 인식하고 이를 극복하고자 AAFH 알고리즘을 제안하였다. AAFH은 계속적인 채널 사용 여부에 따라 채널 상태의 확인 여부(scanning)를 결정하게 되는데 AFH 와 비교했을 때 collision와 waste 양에서 큰 차이를 보이지 않으면서도 채널 scanning 수가 최대 50% 감소하게 되어 블루투스의 에너지 낭비가 줄어들게 됨을 보였다. In this paper, we present an analysis of the throughput when there are multiple piconets and WLAN sharing the ISM bands. The analysis takes channel propagation characteristics and the capture effect. We also propose an algorithm which can be used to reduce the amount of channel scanning. By using traffic prediction of the interfering WLAN, we are able to maintain a reasonable performance in terms of fraction of time channel is wasted due to collisions or unused channel. Through computer simulation, we demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves reduced scanning frequency.

지방소비세 도입,확대에 따른 지방교육재정 변화과정 분석

10년 지방소비세의 도입은 내국세가 감소함으로써, 교육재정의 감소를 가져왔다. 교육계는 관련 이해당사자인 기획재정부, 행정자치부와의 힘겨루기를 통하여 기존의 내국세 20.0%로 확보되던 교육재정교부금의 교부율을 20.27%로 인상하는 것으로 지방소비세 도입으로 인한 감손분을 보전하였다. 이후 2014년 지방소비세가 11%로 확대됨에 따라, 교육재정 감손분 보전을 위한 조정이 진행된다. 2014년의 지방소비세 확대는 취득세 감소로 인한 지방재정의 확충을 위한 것으로, 교육재정교부금의 손실 보전은 그동안 교육계가 주장했던 교부율 상향조정이 아닌, 지방자치단체의 전입금으로 보전하는 것으로 결정되었다. 이와 같은 세제개편에 따른 지방교 육재정의 변화 과정을 비교하고, 교육재정적 측면에서 득실을 분석하여 안정적인 교육재정 확보를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 지방소비세 도입･확대를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2010년의 지방교육재정교부금 협상에서 교부율 인상은 불완전한 것으로 인상률이 내국세 감손분에 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 2014년의 지방소비세 확대분은 시･도전입금으로 보전됨으로써 중앙정부의 책임이 지방정부로 전가되었으며 이는 지방교육재정확보의 불안정성을 낳았다. 셋째, 지방자치단체 전입재원으로 서의 지방소비세는 부가가치세의 일정률을 지방소비세로 이전받는다는 면에서 재원으로서의 안정성이 향상되었다는 주장은 일반지방자치단체의 시각이며, 지방교육재정의 측면에서 보면, 기존의 재원 배분방식의 복잡성을 가중시킨 것으로 판단된다. 지방소비세의 확대과정에서 교육재정교부율의 인상이 아닌 지방자치단체 전입금으로 내국세 감손분을 보전한 것은 지방재정의 확충을 위한 것으로 지방교육재정은 확충이 아닌 보전에 불과하며, 전입금의 확대는 전입지연으로 인한 지방교육재정의 악화를 초래할 우려가 상존한 다. 따라서 교육재정적 측면에서는 교부율 인상이 최선의 방안이고, 지방재정 지원제도와 더불 어, 지방교육재정 지원제도로서 지방교육자치단체에게 과세권 부여하는 방안을 검토하여 재정 책임성과 자율성을 확보해주어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to compare the changing processes by tax revision, introduction and increasing Local Consumption Tax, to weigh its gains and losses in the viewpoint of education finance, and to suggest the implications to secure stable Education Financial Resources. The results of this study are as follows. First, through the local education finance subsidy negotiation in 2010, the rate of subsidy increase failed short of meeting internal tax decrement. Second, the central government shifted the responsibility on the local government. In 2014, to compensate the fall of revenue form the acquisition tax(as the fall of internal tax revenue), local government transferred the money to education special account. It resulted in a less stability of local education finance. Third, the argument that the local consumption tax increased the stability as finance resources is untenable. It seems that the way of distributing finance became more complex than before.The last, the local consumption tax as finance resource itself becomes more stable, because the local consumption tax is less fluctuating than property-based tax. However, in the increasing process of local consumption tax, replacing the education subsidy with transferred money from the local government to compensate the fall of internal tax revenue does little to contribute to the local education finance. It is not expanding but making up for the decrease. Also, There exists the possibility, Delay of transferred money , which can make the local education finance condition worse. Therefore, the best policy is to increase the rate of local education finance subsidy from internal tax revenue. Along with this way, the central government is worth consideration on giving authority of taxation to local education government. This will contribute greatly to raise fiscal accountability and autonomy.

연구논문 : 의례공동체로서 군중; 프랑스 실업자운동의 민족지적 연구

집단행동의 한 형태로서 군중은 사회운동이 대중을 동원하는 오랜 방식 중 하나로서, 이때 군중은 완전히 원자화된 개인들의 합이라기보다 연망으로 연결되거나 적어도 공동체의 이미지를 공유하는 개인들의 합으로 이해할 수 있다. 프랑스의 실업자운동에서 군중은 빈곤에의 저항과 사회부정·불의에 대한 실업자의 분노를 표현하는 운동의례로 자리잡았는데, 본 연구는 실업자들의 시위, 행진, 점거에 동원되는 요소들 중 상징, 감정, 그리고 폭력에 대해 논하고자 한다. 특히 군중에 대한 분석을 위해 본 논문에서는 군중의 안과 밖에서 민족지로 기술하는 방식을 각각 관찰분석과 구조분석으로 구분한다. 심층적인 민족지 분석을 통해 상징, 감정, 그리고 폭력과 같은 군중의 의례적 요소들이 군중을 구성하는 운동 조직들 및 개인들의 이념, 정체성, 구조와 연결되어 있음을 보일 수 있다. 달리 말해, 군중은 이미 존재하는 집단들의 이념과 정체성, 그들간의 구조를 드러내는 의례공동체이며, 군중 안과 밖에 대한 관찰이 연결될 때 군중의 의미를 내부자적 관점에서 이해할 수 있게 된다. As a collective action, the crowd is one of the oldest forms of mass mobilization. It is not only a gathering of atomized individuals but an assembly of the people connected in networks or community where they share same values. In the Unemployed movement in France, the crowd represents this population`s anger and resistance against the poverty and the social injustice. This article examines aspects of symbols, emotions and violence, mobilized in the Unemployed movement`s demonstrations, marchs and occupations. For a deep analysis on the crowd mobilizations, I distinguish two ethnographic descriptions : observational analysis from inside and structural analysis from outside of the crowd. In these deep ethnographic analysis, the ritual elements of the crowd as like symbols, emotions or violence are revealed linked to ideologies, identities and structure of its organizations and participants. In other words, the crowd is a ritual community, which shows the activist groups` already constructed ideologies, identities and structure. And in connecting the observations on inside and outside of crowd, we can understand their meanings from the emic point of view.

UAV 엣지 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 에너지 효율적인 UAV 선택기법

UAV 기반 엣지 컴퓨팅 시스템은 모바일 노드(MGN)를 위한 유연한 구성을 제공한다. 그러나 이 엣지 컴퓨팅 시스템은 효율적인 에너지 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 에너지 관리 문제를 해결하기 위해, UAV 기반 엣지 컴퓨팅 시스템을 위한 효율적인 UAV 선택 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서는 MGN이 UAV 클러스터에 컴퓨팅 서비스를 요청하고, 분산 방식으로 UAV 한 대가 선택된다. 이를 통해 UAV 간의 공정성을 유지하면서 에너지 소비를 최소화하게 된다.

연구논문 : 일자리와 정치: 프랑스 실업자 운동의 신념

경제 위기에서 비롯된 전 세계 실업자들의 궐기는 그 형태와 주장에서 단일하지 않다. 그중에서도 이미 1980년대부터 다수의 정치적 이념을 배경으로 활동하고 있는 프랑스의 실업자 운동은 일자리뿐 아니라 평등과 부의 재분배 등 다양한 주장을 펼치고 있어서 주목된다. 본 논문은 실업자 운동에서 개인과 집단을 연계하는 이상이 실천으로 드러나는 바를 이해하기 위해 신념이라는 개념을 도입하여 서로 다른 정치 이념에 근거한 다양한 운동조직의 신념을 연구하고자 한다. 엠엔세페(MNCP) 구성원들이 공유하는‘활동’의 신념은 실업자의 일할 권리를 주장하며 사회적 일자리 창출로 이어지고 있으며, 노동총연맹(CGT)의 실업자위원회를 지배하는 공산주의의 이념은 노동자의 권리를 주장하는‘저항’의 신념의 기반이 된다. 한편 아세(AC!)는 실업자 행진과 같은 대중 동원을 통해 극좌파 운동의‘결집’의 신념을 창출하고 있다. 결국 프랑스의 실업자 운동은 사회주의에서 공산주의를 거쳐 무정부주의에 이르는 정치 이데올로기에 기반 하여 활동, 저항, 결집의 신념을 실천하고 있다. Currently, protests of the unemployed people, which have resulted from the worldwide economic crisis, are occurring with various forms and meanings. Focusing on the French movement which has been active since 1980, it can be observed that demands are made with very different claims, which cover not only work, but also equality and redistribution. In trying to understand the movement through its practices, particularly its ideals that function between individuals and organizations, this article introduces the concept of belief and examines it in different organizations of the unemployed in relation to plural political ideologies. The ‘activity’belief, shared in MNCP’s members, justifies the unemployed people’s right to work and creates social enterprises and jobs for them. The communist ideology gives the unemployed people’s committee of CGT a basis for‘resistance’with the belief to claim the unemployed people’s rights as workers. Finally, the organization known as AC! creates a far left belief in the successful‘gathering’of leftists. The French unemployed people’s movement, based in socialism, communism, and anarchism, creates beliefs based on activity, resistance, and gathering.

손동작 인식 기반 Virtual Fitting 개발

손동작 인식을 기반으로 한 Virtual fitting 시스템은 Kinect Sensor 를 사용하여 자연스러운 Fitting 을 구현할 수 있다. Kinect Sensor 를 이용한 Pose estimation, Gesture recognition, Virtual fitting 을 구현함으로써 가상으로 의복을 착용하는 소프트웨어를 소개한다.

Adaptive Frequency Hopping을 사용하는 블루투스 피코넷의 패킷 간섭과 통합 처리량 분석

본 논문에서는 Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH) 알고리즘을 사용하는 블루투스로 이루어진 피코넷이 Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) 과 공존할 때 피코넷(Piconet) 패킷(Packet)간의 충돌 (Interference) 과 통합 처리량을 분석하였다. 동일한 주파수 대역의 Unlicensed ISM(Industrial, Scientific, Medical) Band를 사용하는 WLAN은 22MHz대역을 사용하기 때문에 AFH 알고리즘을 사용하는 블루투스와 공존할 경우 WLAN의 개수에 따라 홉 수가 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 멀티플 슬롯(Multiple-slot) 패킷을 사용하는 피코넷 클러스터(Piconet Cluster)의 패킷 충돌 모델을 가지고 AFH 알고리즘에 의해 서로 다른 홉(hop) 수를 갖게 된 피코넷의 패킷 충돌 확률과 통합 처리량을 전체 피코넷의 수를 증가시키면서 분석하였다.
