        조현병 환자들의 일상적 의사결정 과정에서 무쾌감증 및 자아존중감의 영향

        Objectives Decision-making in patients with schizophrenia has been known to be inefficient in both cognitive and affective aspects. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of anhedonia and self-esteem on the decision-making process in schizophrenia. Methods Twenty patients with schizophrenia and 21 healthy controls performed the 'apparel purchase decision-making task', during which they were asked to respond to the preference, fitness, and price suitability, before making the final purchase decision. Generalized estimating equation and correlation analysis were conducted to explore for the difference of decision making patterns and influential factors between the two groups. Results The patients showed lower odds ratio (OR) of the fitness on the apparel purchase decision than the controls [OR 0.190 ; 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.047-0.762, p = 0.019). In the patient group, there was no correlation between the number of purchased trials and the severity of anhedonia, but the number of purchased trials was negatively correlated with the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale score at a trend level (R = -0.436, p = 0.055). Conclusions Patients with schizophrenia considered the fitness of clothes less than healthy controls on apparel purchasing decisions. Schizophrenia patients with lower self-esteem were intended to buy more clothes.

        우리나라 재배지역별 야콘 생산성 및 기능성 프락토올리고당 평가

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of envrionmental factors on the ecological responses, yield, and quality properties and physicochemical characteristics of yacon cultivated in various regions of Korea. Experiments were carried out in eight regions from 2010 to 2013. The temperature range in Jinbu, Bonghwa, Cheolwon, and Gangneung during the growth period of yacon cultivation was $17.5-24.6^{\circ}C$. The total yield and marketable yield of tuberous root in Jinbu were 4,065 and 3,196 kg/10a, respectively. The sugar content of yacon tuberous roots comprised 0.11-0.20% fructose, 0.11-0.37% glucose, 0.39-0.68% sucrose, 0.07-0.37% reducing sugar, and 7.03-9.62% fructo-oligosaccharides. The content of fructo-oligosaccharides, which is a functional substance, was the highest in yacon cultivated in Jinbu. Based on the productivity and functional fructo-oligosaccharides, the optimum areas to cultivate yacon are Jinbu and Bonghwa, which are located in the middle-highland zone (500-560 m) and have a suitable growth temperature of $18-25^{\circ}C$. The results of the present study indicate that temperature could be the factor with the greatest influence on the root growth of yacon.

        경기도 일개 지역사회 대표집단에서 고호모시스테인혈증의 유병률 및 관련요인에 대한 단면조사연구

        Background : Many previous studies have shown that elevated homocysteine in the serum is a well known risk factor for cardiovascular disease and this is associated with other risk factors for cardiovascular disease, but any Korean data on this is limited. Objectives : This study aimed to calculate the prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia and to analyze the relation between elevated homocysteine and the lifestyle factors of Korean adults. Methods : We conducted a cross-sectional survey that included 650 men and 743 women (age range, 20 to 79 years) who were residents of Gwangju City in Gyeonggi-do. These subjects participated in the health interview and examination survey from November to December 2005. The total homocysteine, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and triglyceride in the serum were measured. All the participants had their body composition measured such as height and weight, and we obtained health-related behavioral information through the self-entry questionnaire. Results : Very right-handed skewed distributions of homocysteine were shown in men and women. The prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia was 22.6% in men and 13.7% in women in Gwangju city. On the multiple logistic regression analysis, hyperhomocysteinemia was associated with age (OR=1.02, 95% CI=1.01-1.04), male gender (OR=1.60, 95% CI=1.02-2.52), severe general physical activity (OR=0.32, 95% CI=0.15-0.69) and nutrient consumption (OR=0.49, 95% CI=0.31-0.76). Conclusions : There is a great prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia in adults of Gwangju City, Korea and it was associated with both genetic factors and lifestyle risk factors. This study can suggest that comprehensive lifestyle modification is needed in order to diminish the prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia and to prevent CVD.

        잡음 영상에서 불균등 돌연변이 연산자를 이용한 효율적 에지 검출

        이 논문은 진화 프로그래밍과 개선된 역전파 알고리즘을 이용한 에지 검출 방법을 제안한다. 진화 프로그래밍은 알고리즘의 성능저하와 계산비용을 고려하여 교차 연산은 수행하지 않고, 선택연산자와 돌연변이 연산자를 사용한다. 개선된 역전파 알고리즘은 학습단계에서 연결강도를 변화시킬 때 이전학습단계의 연결강도를 보조적으로 활용하는 방법이다. 이 개선된 역전파 알고리즘은 학습률 $\alpha$를 작은값으로 설정하기 때문에 각 학습단계에서의 연결강도 변화량이 기존의 방법에 비해 상대적으로 줄어들게 되어 학습이 느려지는 문제점을 해결하였다. 실험결과 학습시간과 검출률에 있어서 GA-BP(GA : Genetic Algorithm BP : Back-Propagation)를 이용한 방법보다 제안한 EP-MBP(EP : Evolutionary Programming, MBP :Momentum Back-Propagation)를 이용하여 학습시킨 방법이 학습시간의 단축과 효율적인 에지 검출 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. This paper proposes a method for detecting edge using an evolutionary programming and a momentum back-propagation algorithm. The evolutionary programming does not perform crossover operation as to consider reduction of capability of algorithm and calculation cost, but uses selection operator and mutation operator. The momentum back-propagation algorithm uses assistant to weight of learning step when weight is changed at learning step. Because learning rate o is settled as less in last back-propagation algorithm the momentum back-propagation algorithm discard the problem that learning is slow as relative reduction because change rate of weight at each learning step. The method using EP-MBP is batter than GA-BP method in both learning time and detection rate and showed the decreasing learning time and effective edge detection, in consequence.

        독일 원격의료 합법화와 법개정 논의

        원격의료가 이미 허용되어 상당히 진행된 국가도 있는 반면, 원격의료가 법률해석상 금지되는 국가들도 있다. 최근까지 한국과 독일은 모두 후자에 속하였다. 독일에서 원격의료가 금지되는 가장 주요한 근거는 독일연방의사협회가 마련한 표준의사직업규정 제7조 제4항이 "상담을 전적으로 인쇄 및 통신매체를 통해 수행해서는 안 된다. 원격의료절차에서도, 의사가 환자를 직접 진료하는 것이 보장되어야 한다."고 규정하고 있었고 각 주(州)의 의사직업규정이 이를 그대로 수용하였기 때문이다. 그렇지만 독일 내에서도 전적인 원격의료가 허용되어야 한다는 논의 및 전자의료(E-Health) 활성화를 위한 인프라와 그를 규제하는 법을 마련해야 한다는 논의가 상당히 오래 전부터 있어 왔다. 2018년 표준의사직업규정이 변경되었고 대부분의 주(州)의사협회가 의사직업규정을 개정하였으므로 이제 독일에서는 원격의료가 대부분 허용된다고 할 수 있다. 아직 우리나라는 원격의료를 허용하지는 않으나, 우리와 같은 입장이었던 독일이 어떤 준비 하에 원격의료 허용 쪽으로 선회하였는지 살펴보는 것은 우리법이 개정될 경우를 대비하여 여전히 중요한 작업이라 할 것이다. Until recently the German and the South Korean medical associations reacted cautiously to the introduction of telemedicine between doctor and patient which is exclusively on the platform conducted. But the General Assembly of German Physicians voted to lift the ban on remote treatment with the amendment to Section 7 (4) MBO-Ä(Medical Association's Professional Code of Conduct) in 2018 and the situation has been fundamentally changed in Germany. From then until now 16 of 17 rural medical associations have changed their professional code to allow telemedicine. In addition the legislature started to prepare the basis for the introduction of the electronic health card (eGK) and the telematics infrastructure. So far, various laws such as Medicinal Products Act, Drug Advertisement Act and Social Code have been changed to support legalization of telemedicine and digitalization of health care. Unlike in Germany, the social circumstances such as excessive centralization of the big hospitals in Seoul and the resulting concern of small medical practices for profitability are the main obstacles to the introduction of telemedicine. However the German approach how to legalise the telemedicine and to prepare for legal and technical infrastructure is also interesting in South Korea. The discussions for and against the changes in the law and the telematics infrastructure attempted by the German government for several years indicate that not only lifting the ban on remote treatment, but also harmonization of all the related legal system could guarantee successful implementation of telemedicine.

        가자미 구이 저작·연하 용이 노인식 개발

        This study was conducted to develop food for the elderly, which are well-shaped and easy to chew and swallow. The amounts of water and gelatin were adjusted to facilitate breaking down of the food with the tongue. In the aging society, it is necessary to support the development of a variety of products that can ease the intake functions of swallowing and chewing, while complementing with the essential nutrients supplements; such products can be actively commercialized in the elderly industry. Various types of food, for elderly with difficulties in chewing and swallowing, were used for sensory assessment. Sensory panel consisted of 10 dietitians (10 women) in nursing care facilities. The sensory optimal composite recipes were determined by central composite design (CCD). The sensory measurements were significantly different in the appearance (p<0.01), saltiness (p<0.01) and overall quality (p<0.01). The optimum formulation of pan fried flat fish, calculated by numerical and graphical method, was 8.54 g of salt and 6.34 g of olive oil. Moisture content, hardness, and adhesiveness of pan fried flat fish were 84.77%, 250, and -1.20, respectively. The result showed that easily chewable and swallowable pan fried flat fish for the elderly will have sufficient competitiveness, considering its safety, taste, and preference. This study may provide the basic materials for the development of easily chewable and swallowable foods for elderly.

        자기노출 심리를 이용한 유비쿼터스 로봇 콘텐츠의 효과

        This study uses the identification which is one of the critical components of psychological mechanism and enables replacing one's own self because of the needs of self-expression(disclosure) and creation. The study aims to improve educational effects using the realistic by increasing sense of the virtual reality and the attention. After the computer-based contents were developed and converted to be applied into robot, and then the contents were combined the student's photo and the avatar using automatic loading. Finally each one of the contents was applied to the students. The results of the investigation indicated that there were significant effects of the contents based on identification. In other words, the contents effect on student's attention, but not their academic achievement. The study could find the effect of the identification's application using the educational robot. We suggested that improving technical ability of the augmented virtuality as a face-detection and sensitive interaction may lead to the specific suggestions for educational effects for further research.

        In this paper, different methods of integrating heterogeneous network information systems into the Web are observed by comparing a cliented Java CGI model with a server-oriented CGI model. In addition, a load balanced(LB, for short) CGI model is proposed, which combines two models and decides its course of action depending on the load state of the web server, and compared with the other two models. Performance evaluation models for three models are also presented. The results of computer simulations indicate that the LB CGI model performs consistently well irrespective of system load or server performance.

        저작·연하 용이 소불고기 노인식 개발

        This study was conducted to develop for the elderly food that is safe, well-shaped, and easy to chew and swallow, using gelification. Gelatin, which has low adhesiveness, thereby lowering the possibility of being swallowed wrongly into the respiratory track, was used as a viscosity agent for the gelification. Water and gelatin amounts were adjusted to facilitate breaking the food with the tongue. Various foods for the elderly with chewing and swallowing difficulties were used for sensory assessment. Sensory panel consisted of 10 dietitians (10 women) in nursing care facilities. The sensory optimal composite recipes were determined by central composite design (CCD). The sensory measurements were significantly different in appearance (p<0.05), saltiness (p<0.05), sweetness (p<0.01), and overall quality (p<0.05). The optimum formulation of the Korean barbecue beef calculated by numerical and graphical method was 3.71 g of sugar and 19.53 g of soy sauce. Moisture content, hardness and adhesiveness of the Korean barbecue beef were 78.85%, 2.40, -1.87, respectively. The result shows that food for the elderly, which is easy to chew and swallow, using gelification will have sufficient competitiveness in terms of safety, taste, and preference. The development of food for the elderly that take into account the difficulties in chewing and swallowing among the elderly, reflects their preference, and has sufficient nutrients, is important to enable the elderly to enjoy their meals. Also, as the Korean society is getting older, it remains one of the biggest social challenges.

        상한론(傷寒論) 12조(條), 15조(條)에 근거한 계지탕(桂枝湯)의 투여를 통해 호전된 만성 기침 환자 치험 3례

        Objective : This study evaluated the effect of Gui-Zhi-Tang(桂枝湯) on chronic cough. Methods : Three patients who had a chronic cough were diagnosed by the Shanghanlun(傷寒論) Six meridian patterns diagnostic system (六經診斷體系) and treated with Gui-Zhi-Tang(桂枝湯) based on Shang-han-lun's 12th and 15th text. The treatment lasted more than 4 weeks. The severity of Chronic cough was evaluated by the questionnaire(symptom severity assessment) before and after administration of each treatment term. Results : After the treatments, the patients' symptoms and results of the questionnaire improved. Conclusions : This case study showed an effectiveness of using Gui-Zhi-Tang on chronic cough.
