This study is aimed at examining the usefulness of mugwort as an alternative of western herb by making widely known tomato sauce with mugwort powder added, the ingredient that has a bio-active substance. The control group showed the highest percentage of water from tomato sauce, 89.24%. The sauce with mugwort added in by 2% showed the lowest pH, 4.55. The brightness L value for chromaticity got lower significantly (p>0.001) as the amount of added mugwort increased, and red a value and yellow b value were high in the control group for 18.06 and 16.84 respectively, and got reduced as the amount of added mugwort increased. The salinity was the highest in the sauce mugwort added in by 2% for 1.02. Sugar content and reducing sugar were the lowest in the sauce mugwort added in by 2% for 9.49 and 56.01. As measuring total count change, no microorganism was found until $10^{th}$ day of storage, and was 0% $1.7{\times}10^3CFU/mL$ on the $15^{th}$ day, and no microorganism was found in the 1.5% and 2% added groups. Lastly for 60 days of storage, the control group without mugwort showed the highest microorganism count for $3.1{\times}10^8CFU/mL$ In a sensory test, color was in the 1% added group was 5.28, higher than the control group which showed 4.78, but there was no significant difference. Taste was rated most highly in the 1.5% added group for 5.65. After taste was also rated most highly in the 1.5% added group for 5.8. Overall preference was the highest in the 1% added group for 5.79. From the results, tomato sauce with mugwort added in showed the high storage capacity and was rated highly in the preference test. The possibility of the alternative of western spice and the potential to use Korean spice for other western spice were observed again.

1. Introduction The purpose of this thesis is, by examining closely the essence of depreciation, to reconsider the aspect of financial management in practical business and to discuss the revaluation of assets as a means of adjustment about the accounts theory in case of fluctuation of currency value. 2. The essence of Depreciation and the Aspect of Financial Management It may be said that the essence of depreciation lies in the theory of expenditure division and the object of practical business is to be found in the aspect of financial management. We cannot, therefore, help assuming that the depreciation-accounts does not merely preserve funds invested at the vcry beginning but raise th capilal for substitution, modernization and expansion. 3. Inflation and Depreciation In summarizing the problems of depreciation-accounts in the period of inflation, it is not until we change purchasing cost into the expenses corresponding to the practical profit in the period of inflation that we can succeed in keeping the business funds and that we can, also in a profit & loss accounts, wearing an aspect of certainty, escape making mistakes of appropriating the fanciful profit. 4. Revaluation of Assets As I have pointed out above, we can mobilize all the non-government funds efficiently and reform the establishments by excluding the nominal income followed by a rise in price and by revaluating assets so as to make business assets of enterprises be suited to reality of our national economy. 5. Conclusion I have studied the aspect of financial management in practical business by examining closely the essence of depreciation and above all, I think, the urgent problem of depreciation-accounts in the period of inflation is that the methods of revaluating assets and of depreciation should be reconsidered in view of the real situation of our economy.

팜클라우드 장치 보호를 위한 서비스 모델 표준 설계

IoT based smart farm aims to improve productivity and high-quality based on data on growth information and environmental information. The agriculture-optimized farmcloud is a common platform based on the oneM2M standard that supports a variety of sensor devices and actuators, and can provide malfunction service and device protection using the information gathered. In addition, for the physical security of the farmcloud, it provides a service to notify the subscriber terminals of the greenhouse operator by detecting abnormality through diagnostic history, user farm/greenhouse surveys, abnormal situation detection setting. In this paper, to provide cloud computing based information protection service , we design environment that developers can easily build services by supporting various IoT devices based on oneM2M and providing OpenAPI in the farmcloud. 사물인터넷기반의 스마트팜은 생육정보와 환경정보 등에 대한 데이터를 기반으로 생산성 향상과 품질을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한다. 농업에 최적화된 팜클라우드는 oneM2M 표준 기반 공통플랫폼으로 다양한 센서 장치와 구동기를 지원하고, 수집된 정보를 바탕으로 각 장치들에 대한 오작동 탐지 및 장치보호를 할 수 있다. 또한, 팜클라우드의 물리적 보안을 위하여 진단 이력, 사용자의 농장/온실 조사, 비정상 상황 탐지 설정 등을 통해 비정상적인 상태를 감지하여 온실 운영자의 서비스 단말에 알리는 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 팜클라우드기반 정보 보호 서비스를 제공하기 위하여, oneM2M 기반으로 다양한 IoT 장치를 수용하고, OpenAPI를 제공함으로써 개발자가 보다 쉽게 서비스를 구축할 수 있는 환경을 설계한다.

It can be said that as the result of the preponderance of the highest material civilization in the twentieth century, the modern society is faced to the crises of human morality and destroyed the justice and the ethical viewpoints. Therefore in order to look straight and be aware of the reality, it is significant to grope how to carry the knowledge gained into new field by studying the old morality and to construct the trend of the sound society. In this respect, I think that it will be very important in overcoming the crises of the modern morality and reestablishing the right mental culture educational idea to reaffirm and practice the traditional rationality in Cofucian based on the Confucius (Kong Sa). The traditional idea in the Orient has existed in the aspect of the complexity produced by means of the exclusion and union of the three schools - Confusian, Buddhism, Morals. Among them, the Confusian idea has played an important role and influenced on the human ethical tradition. It will be momentous to consider the course of the change and the original soul of Confusian. Also, it will be the basis and moment in understanding the human characteristics. Confucius has been valued as one who succeeded to the morals of ancient times and sublimed it as that of the new, higher dimension. The core of the Confucian idea, summed up through Confucius, which was integrated and melted in the conception of teachings, must be looked as the moral norm of humanity, righteousness, courtesy and wisdom being revealed to the inner characteristics of man from the final, metaphysical dimension, the measure of solution about the realistic problems in politics, society, education etc., and the principle of the unverse including the heaven, man and actual condition. Conficius has been respected as the greatest man in the Chinese history, and therefore he has been considered to be both the great sage whom the heaven dispatched and the one not to be rivaled by anyone since the dawn of history. As the revolutionist of the education idea as well as the reformist, of the political one, he tried not only to deviate from the absolute politics and the idea of the feudal society, but also to make all the people get an educational freedom and a political equality. He also, collected into a single volume of selection of poems, and institutionalized Art and Music, and wrote the Chronicles of Lu, and established the basis of morality and so on. He left immortal contributions which were coinsidcd with, what we call, a mental science of modern and the way of its practice. Thus this paper is based on the Four Books which recorded Confucius speech and action faithfully and creditably. And others through all the bibliographies written Confucius speech and Confucian scholars scriptures which had recorded Confucius speech and action, I considered an educational philosophy among his great philosophy and investigated what meaning he contained for creating of the sense of the modern value and finding a new meaning. Confucianism is not only the main current of Chinese idea but also the main artery of Chinese culture. If there were the greatest contributions of Confucianism, it would be the task that Confucian had certainly established the basis of Chinese unification from both the aspect of thought and education. Some people summerized the Chinese learning into so-called humanism, but its central idea has the character of emphasizing the Confucianism based on the philosophical, and educational ground of the moral nature of human beings. The value of Chinese learning can be said to lie in bringing to light the general brightness of human nature. Like this, the theory of a Confucian scholar must make the main point of doing things in person. In this respect Confucius (Kong-Sa)must have been a great educator with the greatest philosophical thought of the ancient China. He systematized the human ideal through education, integrated metaphysical Confucian thought and achieved the perfect educational philosophy of human knowledge by establishing the view of educator and finishing the methodology of teaching. It was never by chance that he came to be respected as a model of humanity with the effect that he exert on the coming age and with the contribution that he made on the whole human race. We can say that Confucias advocated the teaching of virtue and his educational idea was the part of his moral idea. He presented the way to practice the faithful personality by teaching the human beings, because he developed it as the system of the human-educational idea. It may be a superficial knowledge to investigate the Confucius idea which was vast and profound in spite of my lacking of knowledge about learning. But, as a student majoring in Chinese literature, I dared to look into the Confucius who was one of the Four-Saint in the world and was the father of Confucian. It is thought that if we would succeed and develop the Confucias educational philosophy which will be the ground of the moderns, we will contribute to the education and mental-culture of human beings.

Tomato sauce is widely known as a health food, In this study perilla leaf was added to a tomato sauce and the resulting functional improvements were assessed. The moisture of the tomato sauce WITH 2% added perilla leaf was 89.52%, the highest observed likewise, sample pH also significantly increased with 2% perilla leaf, to the highest pH of 4.71, (p>0.001). Lightness L value of the control group was the highest at 40.70, and the redness a value and yellowness b value were highest in, the control group, at 15.77, and 17.70, respectively. The highest salinity was foung with 2% perilla leaf, 0.96, and the sugar content with 2% perilla leaf, was 9.57. The reducing sugar was highest in the control with 63.08. The change in the total bacterial counts was measured during 9 days of storage at $4^{\circ}C$, When perilla leaf was added to, the tomato sauce, no microorganisms were detected until 0~1 days of storage. After five days of storage, microorganisms were detected in the group with 2% perilla leaf. The control group ($1.8{\times}10^5$ CFU/ml) had the highest levels of microorganisms. As the amount of perilla leaf, the total viable count of microorganisms detected was less. In the acceptability test results, the color 6.9 of the 1.5% treatment group, received the highest evaluation. Flavor and taste of the 2% perilla leaf treatment group were highly appreciated at 6.1 and 6.6, respectively. The ranking of overall acceptability was 1.5%>1%>0.5%>10%>2% of perilla leaf; 2% perilla leaf was the most underrated. Based on these results, up to 1.5% perilla leaf could be added to tomato sauce and the commercial potential could be very high.
