        언어폭력이 카지노 딜러의 감정부조화와 직무소진에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study was conducted to examine how verbal violence affects emotional dissonance and Job burnout of casino dealers and identify the ego resiliency that controls this influence relationship. To achieve the purpose of this study, we distributed a total of 400 copies of questionnaires to 4 casino corporations (Paradise, GKL, Gangwon Land, Landing) from June 20th to September 20th, 2019 and 380 were collected. We used a total of 363 copies for the final analysis except 17 copies of questionnaires which were inappropriate for statistical analysis due to the omission of some important items and insincere responses. We used SPSS 23.0Ver. program to analyze the materials and the results of the study are as follows. First, verbal violence has a positive (+) influence on the emotional dissonance. Second, the emotional dissonance has a positive (+) influence on Job burnout. Third, ego resiliency in the relationship of effect of emotional dissonance on Job burnout has a regulation effect. In conclusion, this study suggested that it is necessary to develop internal competency programs to prevent Verbal Violence, reduce emotional-dissonance and job burnout, and improve ego-resiliency for the efficient working environment of casino companies.

        We synthesized new organoselenium compounds that allylseleno moiety at 3-position of pyridazine nucleus was introduced to yield allylselenium compounds and the 6-position was substituted with oxygen(O), sulfur(S) and nitrogen(N) atom containing alkyl moieties. We studied structures of organoselenium compounds. The compounds were characterized by solution NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 2D experiments).

        Characterization of Brassica rapa S-adenosyl-L-methionine Synthetase Gene Including Its Roles in Biosynthesis Pathway

        A full length cDNA encoding the SAM synthetase gene was isolated from Chinese cabbage by RT-PCR and contains a 1,182 bp open reading frame encoding a putative 393 amino acid protein. This cDNA insert was subcloned into the pET15b vector to evaluate the expression and further characterize the SAMS gene. Recombinant SAMS was also generated in BL21 cells and showed a molecular weight of about 43 kDa. To elucidate the function of SAMS in the Chinese cabbage, overexpression and RNAi vectors for this gene were constructed and introduced into tobacco plants. For overexpression, the CaMV 35S promoter was introduced into the binary vector pBI121 and the full-length SAMS gene was subcloned into the resulting pCSAMS vector. To suppress SAMS, forward and reverse fragments from its ORF of 519 bp length was introduced into the RNAi vector, pJJSAMS. SAMS gene functions were subsequently evaluated by the phenotypic variation analysis and by observing the upregulation and/or downregulation of the ethylene and polyamine biosynthesis genes, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase (ACS) and spermidine synthase (SPDS) in transgenic tobacco plants. The results of these experiments suggest that SAMS regulates ethylene and polyamine biosynthesis, at least in part, at the transcriptional level.

        Mg가 첨가된 Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O 세라믹의 유전적, 광학적 특성

        Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O (x = 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1, 0.2) ceramics were synthesized using the traditional solid state reaction method. The dielectric and the optical properties of the ceramics with various Mg contents were investigated. The X-ray diffraction profile showed a wurtzite structure, and the particle size decreased as the Mg content was increased. Furthermore, the Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O ceramics showed a more then 60 % higher optical transparency in the visible region, and an absorption edge shift was abserved at short wave lengths, indicating a band-gap expansion. From the dielectric properties of the Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O ceramics, we found that the phase transition temperature and the dielectric constant decreased with increasing Mg content. 고상반응법을 사용하여 Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O(x = 0.02, 0.04, 0.06,0.08, 0.1, 0.2) 세라믹을 제작하고 Mg 첨가량에 따른 각 세라믹의유전적, 광학적 특성을 조사하였다. X-ray diffraction 측정 결과Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O 세라믹이 wurtzite 구조를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수있었으며, Mg 함량이 증가할수록 입자의 크기는 감소하였다. 각 세라믹의투과율 측정에서는 가시광 영역에서 모두 60%이상의 투과율을 보였고Mg의 양이 증가함에 따라 흡수단이 단파장으로 이동하며 밴드 갭에너지가 증가하였다. Zn_(1-x)Mg_(x)O 세라믹의 유전특성은 Mg 첨가량의 증가에 따라 상전이 온도와 유전상수가 감소함을 관찰하였다.

        중등 가정교과에서의 실천적 문제 중심 죽음준비교육 방안

        Death preparation education is not only preparing for future death but also for happier and meaningful life. Death is a persistent problem faced by all human beings and can be found in connection with the Home Economics(HE) curriculum in that it is a contextual practical problem of individuals and their society. The purpose of the study is to develop the practical problem-based death preparation education teaching-learning plans that can be applied to middle and high school HE subject. As a result of the study, the HE death preparation education program was developed. The program name is ‘Death Preparation Education for the Happy Life of Me and Family’. Also, 12 practical problems and the 4 teaching-learning plans were developed. This study is expected to be used as educational materials to allow middle and high school students to take death naturally in their lives and to practice meaningful everyday life for worthy death during the HE classes. As a follow-up study, we propose a study to examine the needs of death preparation education in HE curriculum and to verify the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process of death preparation education in HE class. 죽음준비교육은 단순히 미래의 죽음을 준비하는 것만이 아니라 더 행복하고 의미있는 삶을 위한 교육이다. 죽음은 인간이라면 누구나 직면하는 항구적 문제이며 개인의 가치관과 자신이 속한 사회에 따른 맥락적인 실천적 문제라는 점에서 가정 교과와의 연결고리를찾을 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중・고등학교 가정교과에서 적용할 수 있는 실천적 문제 중심의 죽음준비교육 프로그램을 ADDE모형에 따라서 개발하는데 있다. 연구결과 ‘나와 가족의 행복한 삶을 위한 죽음준비교육’ 프로그램이 개발되었으며, 프로그램은 12가지의실천적 문제와 중・고등학교 학교 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 죽음준비교육 교수・학습 과정안을 포함하고 있다. 가정과 죽음준비교육프로그램이 가정과 수업에서 청소년이 죽음을 자신의 삶에 자연스럽게 받아들여 가치 있는 죽음을 위한 의미 있는 일상의 삶을 실천하게 하는 교육 자료로 활용되길 기대한다. 후속 연구로 가정교과에서의 죽음준비교육에 대한 학생들의 요구도 조사와 현장에서 교수・학습 과정안을 실행하여 효과를 검증하는 연구를 제언하는 바이다.

        Terra MODIS 위성영상과 SWAT 모형을 이용한 융설이 충주댐 유입량에 미치는 영향 평가

        본 연구에서는 충주댐 유역($6,642.0km^2$)을 대상으로 Terra MODIS (Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) 위성영상과 SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형을 이용하여 융설이 댐유입량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. SWAT 모형의 융설 매개변수인 적설면적 감소곡선(Snow Cover Depletion Curve; SCDC)을 결정하기 위해 10 sets (2000-2010)의 Terra MODIS 위성영상으로부터 추출한 적설분포도와 지상 강설자료를 이용하여 구축한 적설심분포도(snow depth distribution; SDD)를 도출한 결과, 50% 적설면적일 때의 적설면적감소계수(sno50cov)는 0.4~0.7의 범위를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 매년의 융설 매개변수를 적용하여 융설기간 (11~4월)동안의 유출을 보정한 결과 평균 $R^2$는 0.54이었다. 10년 동안 융설기간의 유출량은 평균 104.3 mm로 연 유출량의 12.0%를 차지하는 것으로 분석되었다. This study is to evaluate the snowmelt impact on dam inflow for the Chungju Dam watershed $6,642.0km^2$ using Terra MODIS (Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) and Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT). To determine the SWAT snowmelt parameter; snow cover depletion curve (SCDC) the snow depth distribution (SDD) using Terra MODIS was used, the snow depth was spatially interpolated using snowfall data of ground meteorological stations. For 10 sets (2000-2010) data during snowmelt period (November-April), the sno50cov parameter, that is, the 50% coverage at a fraction of SCDC which determines the shape of snow depletion process, showed the values of 0.4 to 0.7. The SWAT model was calibrated with average $R^2$ of 0.54 using the sno50cov of each year. The 10 years average streamflow during snowmelt period was 104.3 mm which covers 12.0% of the annual streamflow.

        This study is to estimate the possible damage area of greenhouse by heavy snowfall event using terra MODIS snow cover area (SCA) and the ground measured snowfall data (GMSD). For the 4 heavy snowfall events of January 2001, March 2004, December 2005 and January 2010, the areas exceeding the design criteria of snowfall depth for greenhouse breaking were extracted by coupling the MODIS SCA and GMSD. The main damaged regions were estimated as Gangwon province in 2001, Chungbuk and part of Gyeongbuk province in 2004, Jeonbuk and Jeonnam province in 2005, and Gangwon and part of Gyeonggi province in 2010 respectively. Comparing with the investigated number of greenhouse damaged data, the estimated areas reflected the statistical data except 2001. The 2001 greenhouse damages were caused by the high wind speed (35.7m/sec) together with snowfall. The results of this study can be improved if the design criteria of wind speed is added.
