글쓴이는 지금까지 1930년대 서구문화를 본격적으로 수용하면서 한국의 근대 연극 발현에 지대한 역할을 한 조희순의 삶과 문학 활동에 대해서 고찰해 보았다. 먼저, 조희순을 우리 문학사로 끌어 올리는 첫 단계로 그의 삶과 문학 활동을 문헌과 기초 자료를 통해서 복원하였다. 그의 삶은 문단활동과 실업가의 길로 둘로 나누어진다. 그의 문단활동은 동경 유학에서 돌아온 1929년 12월부터 시작되었다. 그는 1930년 본격적으로 신문과 잡지 매체에 이름을 올렸다. 그의 문단활동이 좀 더 구체화된 것은 「극예술연구회」창립에 동참하면서 부터이다. 조희순의 문단활동은 1936년 7월에 멈춰져 있다. 문단에서 행적을 감춘 조희순은 ‘조선전업(현 한국전력)’의 부사장을 거쳐 ‘남선전기’의 사장으로 취임하게 된다. 다음으로 조희순의 갈무리된 문학 활동 가운데 평론들을 작가비평, 문예비평, 공연 비평으로 나뉘어 살펴보았다. 첫째, 조희순의 작가 비평 글에서는 항상 실증주의적 입장을 취하고 있다. 그의 작가비평은 단순한 인과관계로 모든 것을 단정 내릴 수밖에 없는 한계점과 괴테 수용 과정에서 괴테를 이상화하고 이념적으로 활용했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 하지만 조희순의 작가비평은 작가의 삶과 문학작품을 구체적이고 체계적으로 전달하였다. 둘째, 조희순의 문예비평은 독일 문단에 관한 글들이 대부분인데, 정치·사회적 과도기적 상황 아래에 처해 있는 독일 문단의 동향을 전해주는 역할을 했다. 물론 지나치게 많은 작품들을 나열하여 비평의 주제가 흐려지는 경향을 지적할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 독일 문단의 흐름을 통해서 다양한 사조와 경향에 대한 이해를 높여 주었다. 셋째, 조희순의 공연비평은 표현주의와 자연주의 수용했다는 점이다. 그는 당시 대중화되지 않았던 표현주의 극작품을 가져와 무대에 올렸고, 그에 대한 이론과 기초 지식을 설명해주었다. 게다가 자연주의 작품을 통하여 근대로 가고 있는 조선 사회의 개혁성을 설명해주고 있다. 조희순은 한국 근대 초기 독일 극문학을 배우고 그것을 한국에 소개하여 다양한 신극운동에 힘썼던 평론가 가운데 한 명이다. 그는「극예술연구회」활동의 일환인 공연과 강습을 통해 조선연극 인구의 저변 확대에도 기여하였다. 게다가 여러 갈래의 외국작품을 번역하여 다양한 서양문화 이입에도 적극적이었다. 이처럼 조희순의 문학은 독일 극문학 이입사뿐만 아니라 근대 연극 형성에 전신자적 역할을 했던 것이다. An author studied Cho, hee-sun`s Literature activity and life that played a role about developing a Korean modern play as accepting the Western culture from 1930 until now. As a first stage, Cho`s literature activity was restored by means of basic data and an old document. Cho`s life could be divided into two parts as the literary world or a businessman. His literature activity had started since he came back form Tokyo in December 1929. He held a lecture teacher of Kyoungsung women medicine vocational school and a German language professor of Kyoungsung pharmacy vocational school as inserting articles in newspaper and magazine. His literary world was more specific after joining the dramatic art a society for the research. Cho took up the president Namsun electricity after a vice president of Korea the electrical industry. He stopped the literary world forever. Next, Cho`s review among his literary activities was studied through the writer criticism, Literature criticism, play criticism. First, his writer criticism always took position as positivism. It had a limit which couldn`t justify simple cause and effect. Also it was evaluated with idealizing and using Goethe`s philosophy. However, his writer criticism showed the writer`s life and literary works concretely and systematically. Second, his literature criticism took a view German literary world. Especially, It played a role to show politic and social transition period of German. It recited many works so his literature criticism was pointed for the subject become weak. However, It enhanced understanding various trends of literature through the flow of German literary world. Third, Cho`s play criticism accepted expressionism and naturalism. He staged expressionism works that were not popular and explained theirs theory and basic knowledge. In addition, he insisted on reforming the Joseon Dynasty through naturalism works. Cho learned German dramatic literature of Korea early modern, introduced it to Korea and made an effort to enhance The new-drama movement. He contributed to increasing the number of population of Joseon` play through a play and a lesson that were a part of The dramatic art a society for the research. In addition, he was enthusiastic about introducing the various western culture by translating many foreign works. Therefore, His literature was considered to be The empathy history and also to be a pioneer role of forming modern play.

The three-dimensional structures of piroxicam crystallized from two different solvents, toluene and toluene/hexane mixture respectively, are proved identical: $C_{15}H_{13}N_3O_4S,\;M\;=\;331.35$, monoclinic, a = 7.128(1), b = 15.146(2), c = 13.956(2) ${\AA},\;{\beta}=\;97.33(1)^{\circ},\;V\;=\;1494.37{\AA}^{3},\;Dx\;=\;1.472\;g/cm^{3},\;Z\;=\;4,\;space\;group\;P2_{1}/c,\;Mo\;K{\alpha}(\lambda=\;0.71073\;{\AA})$, F(000) = 688, T = 295 K, R = 0.0611 for 1993 unique observed reflections. The thiazine ring exhibits a half chair conformation. An amide group is involved in an intramolecular hydrogen bond to the hydroxy group, O(17)-H(17)${\cdots}O(15){\AA}$. The molecule is planar within 2 ${\AA}$ with the interplanar angle $127.9(4)^{\circ}$ between pyridine and benzene rings. A molecular chain parallel to [011] is formed by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N(16)-H(6)${\cdots}O(11)$ and C(6)-H(6)${\cdots}O(11)$, and the molecular chains are held together by van der Waals forces.

The opening period of Korea was the period of modernisation amidst the conflicts between conservative and progressive sections with penetration of Western powers after 1876. With the opening modernisation accompanied modernisation of education. Missionary schools established by protestant missionaries played a crucial role in educational modernisation in the period of opening. In this article, the process of educational modernisation and the ways in which the ideas of democracy and equality were taught in the earliest schools, Paejae, Ewha, Kyoungsin and Chungsin are analysed through the method of bibliographical investigation of the textbooks used by these schools. No textbook prior to 1900 was found and in general there were no textbooks such as we know today. Usually English reading material and the Bible were the main teaching materials. Teachers kept their own copies of hand-written texts which were translated versions of American textbook. Since the same teacher taught in a number of schools, they shared same curriculum. In the early period, English Bible was taught so that English and the Bible lessons were not separated but gradually history and geography were added. Teaching of Hangul, and Korean history were added to encourage the sense of national identity and patriotism. In the case of Chungsin, for biology class, pupils were sent to Che-jung-won to learn human physiology, chemistry and physics, which shows an emphasis on science education. Vocational education was carried out; in the case of Paejae, a printing workshop was set up enabling students to earn some money at the same time as learning. Also in Kyungsin, skills of woodwork and basket weaving were stressed. Ewha also held a bazaar of the work made in sewing classes. Establishment of missionary schools brought about a great contribution in modernising Korean society and the Christian spiritual education of these schools lay the foundation for building democracy in Korea.

Algal fucoidan is a marine polysaccharide containing sulfur with a wide variety of biological activities including anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic effects. Although antioxidants can inhibit inflammatory signals through inhibiting activator protein-1 and/or nuclear factor-kappaB activation, it is obscure whether fucoidan directly scavenges oxy-radicals or indirectly regulates oxidant production and/or antioxidant defense system The antioxidant activities of fucoidan against peroxyl radicals, peroxynitrites and hydroxyl radicals were determined by the total oxy-radical scavenging capacity (TOSC) assay. The specific TOSC values of fucoidan against peroxyl radicals, peroxynitrites or hydroxyl radicals were 282±60, 43±1 or 40±1 TOSC/mg/mL, respectively. These specific TOSC values against peroxyl radicals, peroxynitrites or hydroxyl radicals are 23, 12, or 13% of the specific TOSC values of glutathione, a positive control, respectively. These results suggest that fucoidan has direct oxy-radical scavenging capacity, which may be related with anti-inflammatory effect of fucoidan.
수술실 종사자의 방사선 노출에 대한 방사선 방어관련 지식, 인식도, 자기효능감 및 수행도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 수술실 종사자를 대상으로 방사선 방어에 대한 지식, 인식도, 자기효능감 및 수행도를 조사하였다. 방사선방어행위의 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 효과적인 방사선 방어교육프로그램개발에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 표본 수는 이 연구에 참여하기로 동의한 수술실 종사자 166명이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 수술실 종사자들은 평균 3-4시간 방사선에 노출되고 있으며, 방사선 피폭 교육 검험이 있는 대상자는 11.4%있었다. 방사선 방어관련 지식정도는 8.61±2.51점이었으며, 방어관련 인식도, 4.59±0.64점, 수행도는 2.99±0.90점이었다. 방사선 방어지식과 수행도는 직종별 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<001). 방사선 방어관련 지식은 인식도와 유의미한 상관관계를 가졌으며, 방사선 방어관련 수행도는 지식과 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 방사선 수행도를 높이기 위해서는 방사선 방어관련 지식과 인식도를 높여야 한다. 그러므로 향후 방사선 방어교육 강화를 통한 방사선 방어 지식을 개선하여 방사선 방어 수행도를 촉진하는 것이 중요할 것이다. This study was designed to identify the knowledge, perception, self-efficacy, and performance on radiation protection among perioperative workers in terms of radiation protection. The factors affecting the performance of radiation protection were identified, and provide basic data for the development of an effective radiation protection education program. The sample was comprised of 166 perioperative workers who agreed to participate in this descriptive study. Data analysis was performed using the t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson"s correlation, and multiple regression analyses on the SPSS 23.0 Program. The average time of radiation exposure was 3-4hoursThe radiation protection education experience was 11.4%. The average score of radiation protection knowledge was 8.61 ± 2.51; the perception was 4.59 ± 0.64; and the performance was 2.99 ± 0.90 There was a significant difference in the degree of radiation defense knowledge and performance among the general characteristics (p<001). Knowledge of radiation protection was correlated with the perception. The performance of radiation protection was correlated with the knowledge. The knowledge and perception of radiation protection behaviors should be increased to improve radiation protection performance. Therefore, it is important to promote the performance of radiation protection behaviors by improving the perioperative workers" knowledge of radiation protection through reinforcing radiation-related education.
