The purpose of this study is to reveal the effects of the number of users and their spatial distribution on the evacuation time in a road tunnel in the event of a fire. An agent-based evacuation model was implemented using Netlogo following the ODD protocol. The proposed model illustrates how the evacuation behavior of one can hinder others across different evacuation environments. Simulations show that evacuation time increases with the number of users when they are randomly located in a road tunnel.

Recently, due to the climate change, the frequency and intensity of extreme rainfall events have been continuously increased in regions of South Korea. As a consequence, safety issues have been raised especially in the hydrologic safety of old dams designed and constructed by the old standards. In general, for improving hydrologic safety of existing dams, two options are considered: 1) raising dam crest; and 2) constructing or expanding an emergency spillway. In this process, the main criteria of alternative selection are overtopping possibility and cost efficiency of each alternative. This approach is easy to implement but it is subject to major limitation for the proper evaluation of alternatives, overlooking downstream flood damages by any controlled flow of water that is intentionally released from dams to eliminate the possibility of overtopping. Therefore, this study suggests a framework for evaluating the dam safety strengthening alternatives in terms of a comprehensive flood control by applying the concept of resilience. The case study shows that the resilience-based evaluation framework which considering downstream flood damages is effective in the selection of dam safety strengthening alternatives.

Emergency and evacuation planning is critical to reduce potential loss of life from flooding. In order to develop evacuation plans, emergency managers and decision makers require estimates of probable inundation areas and times of inundation. In this paper, we present an agent-based modeling approach that incorporates in a hydrodynamic model to estimate both of these properties. A case study is conducted modeling the failure of a dam located in Andong, South Korea. We estimate flood travel times for Manning's roughness coefficients and discharge using a coupling of the continuity equation and Manning's equation. Using the output from the hydrodynamic model and the flood travel times, the agent-based model produces flood inundation maps at each time interval. The model estimates that for two-thirds of the Andong region the time of inundation is estimated to be slightly less than three minutes. The results of this study can be used to in the development of emergency and evacuation planning for the region.

Decision-making in construction projects often include options features. Such embedded options are difficult to value properly and many decision makers do not have experience in option analysis. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how real option analysis can be used to value capital expenditures on construction materials. We propose a real option framework to evaluate decision-making processes involving the purchase of construction materials. A case study was conducted by evaluating the purchase decision-making of solar cells, a good with high price volatility. Using real option analysis two strategies to improve the financial feasibility of installing a solar panel system were derived. The first strategy involves using a price cap that gives the project manager the right, but not obligation, to buy the modules for a predefined price during the next year. The second strategy is to defer the purchase of the solar cells until future price information becomes clearer. Both of the strategies in the case study were valued using the binominal model. This study will help to improve the financial feasibility of purchasing construction materials with high price volatility by including the value of managerial flexibility.

The recent Grokster case appears part of a new trend on the behalf of copyright owners to take legal action against intermediaries. There is a risk that ISPs in EU co uld find themselves liable for copyright infringements committed by their users on peer -to-peer (P2P) file sharing networks? End-users will have primary liability for their infringing activities and In many cases, this may even be so serious as to lead to criminal liability notwithstanding that it is not done for profit. The position of P2P software or service providers, such as Napster and now Kazaa, will depend on the extent of their ability to monitor and control endusers’ activities, and on whether or not they can be said to be “authorising” infringe ment. ISPs however, are in a considerably stronger position. In fact, many cases offers reassurance to them because it confirms that there is no primary liability for infringe ment on a party, such as an ISP, who has no ability to control the infringing action. More significantly, the “mere conduit” defence set out in the E-Commerce Regulations should exempt an ISP from liability in respect of transmissions of infringing copies, or in respect of the act of giving access to a network on which such copies are available. This is in contrast to the U.S. position where no such broad defence exists. Germany is the first State to have adopted a statute regulating the liability of online intermediaries. The federal state enacted the Teleservices Act/Teledienstgesetz(TDG) ba sed on it's legislative competence to regulate telecommunications and economicss, which entered into force in August 1997. On December 21st, 2001, the TDG was amen ded to implement the ECommerce Directive. This article has focused on four important constellations of liability - liability for own content or content adopted as one's own, liability for the deliberate distribution of forei gn contents and liability for merely technical distribution - through typical forms of in formation location tools. This study aims to offer a better understanding of the legal issues related to the liability of online intermediaries in Germany.
크루즈관광에서 기존 - 잠재 고객간 행동의도 결정요인 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국내 크루즈 수요층을 대상으로 크루즈관광에 있어 고객 행동의도와 그것의 결정요인이라 할 수 있는 서비스품질, 고객만족과 같은 마케팅 변수들과의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 그를 통해서 잠재고객의 유치를 위해서는 어떤 서비스 요인을 더 강조해야 하고, 기존고객들의 행동의도를 높이기 위해서는 어떤 서비스 요인에 대해 더 집중해야 할 지 전략적 방안을 모색하였다. 연구결과 기존고객의 경우 서비스품질 세차원의 구성요인 중 물리적환경만이 행동의도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 전용부두건설 등 편의시설 구축에 우선적인 마케팅 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 잠재고객의 경우 서비스전달이 행동의도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 크루즈 기항빈도, 쇼핑 및 먹거리 시설, 크루즈상품 등에 대한 이슈 발굴 및 개발 그리고 홍보 등의 촉진활동이 요구된다. This study aims to find out the relationship of customer behavioral intention and marketing variables such as service quality and customer satisfaction which are regarded as its determinants. And then this study has suggested what service factors shall be emphasized to induce the latent customers. And it has grouped strategic Schemes on which service variables shall be focused to enhance the existing customer behavioral intentions. This study has found, to the existing customers, only physical environments among 3 dimension components of Service quality significantly affects to the Behavioral intentions. Priorly, marketing efforts, namely, expansion of convenient facilities such as special berth construction is necessary. To the latent customer, service delivery is the most powerful factor to the behavioral intentions. Consequently, frequency of cruise calling, Facilities of shopping and eating, issues and their development of cruise goods and publicity and promotions are needed.

본 연구는 항만당국 및 마케터들로 하여금 실제로 통제하고 관리하기에 쉽도록 항만브랜드자산을 구성하는 요소들이 브랜드파워 및 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 상대적인 영향력을 보여주고자 하였다. 또한 인천항과 경쟁관계에 있는 국내항만과의 브랜드경쟁력 수준을 비교하여 인천항의 브랜드파워 증진을 위한 유용한 전략적시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 항만브랜드 자산의 구성요인이 인지도, 이미지, 서비스품질, 관계만족으로 구분됨을 확인하였고, 이들 4차원과 충성도간 영향관계에서 인천항은 인지도 및 관계만족이 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 항만간 비교평가를 통해 인천항과 평택항은 관계만족만이, 부산항은 이미지와 서비스품질에서 경영성과가 높게 나타나는 고객군에 있어 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남을 확인하였다. This article aims to reveal the relative influences to the Brand Power and Performance of Factors that comprise the port brand assets in order to control and manage the ports. And also this Paper want to suggest the useful strategies and implications for the improvement of Brand Power by comparing the level of brand competitiveness of Incheon Port with those of other Korean ports that are in competitive relation. In this research we can find out that the components of port brand asset are awareness level, image, service quality, and satisfaction of relation. And among those 4 factors, recognition level and satisfaction of relation are very significant relation factors for the loyalty in Incheon Port. In comparison study between Incheon and Pyungtack Ports, satisfaction of relation is revealed as especially significant factor for the customers that show highly effective management performances and we can find that, in Busan Port, image and service quality are significant as well.
조직행동론을 통해서 본 민간철도 투자사업의 참여자간 갈등유형 및 역할정립 방안에 관한 사례연구

본 연구는 민간투자사업에 있어서 사업관리 조직이 직면하고 있는 장애요인을 진단하고 효율적인 사업관리 체계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 본 연구는 사례연구 방법론을 적용하여 인천국제공항철도 건설사업에 참여한 전문가들을 대상으로 표적그룹 인터뷰를 실시해 민간투자사업의 문제점을 조사하였다. 이를 조직행동론에 근거해 장애요인을 사업환경과 프로젝트 조직체로 구분하여 체계화하였고 각 문제별로 대응하는 원인들을 도출하였다. 민간투자사업에 참여하는 집단 간의 관계와 행동의 결과로부터 기인하는 문제점들은 매우 다양하고 복잡한 양상을 띠지만 그 원인을 요약해 보면, 목표의 차이, 지각의 차이, 행동경향의 차이로 구분할 수 있었다. 이들 원인의 기저로서 역할과 책임을 고려하지 못한 계약체계, 사업목적에 대한 근본 인식의 차이, 시공사의 지분참여가 가장 중요한 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 근거하여 본 연구는 참여주체별 역할과 책임을 명확화 함으로써 조직행동론 관점에서 사업관리를 효율화화기 위한 개선방안을 제시 하였다. No proper system exists for private investment projects, and efficient project management is not being achieved due to entanglements of management. Recognizing these circumstances, this paper has diagnosed the hard facts that project management organizations and systems are facing, and presented solutions to the factors that are obstructing the establishment of efficient project management system. This paper carried out focus group interviews on the experts who had participated in the Incheon International Airport Railway construction project, using the methodology of an exploratory case study. The results were systematically analyzed according to organizational behavior and causes corresponding to each of the problems were deduced. Private investment projects were divided into task environments and project organizations based on social science methodology and analyzed, and a final improvement plan for each participating organization was presented. An improvement plan was presented, and it was compared with the case study of Incheon bridge construction project, which is recognized as a model of successful project management, and its appropriateness evaluated.
위조 및 불법복제방지협약(ACTA)상 국경조치에 관한 연구

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement(ACTA), is a multinational treaty for the purpose of establishing international standards for intellectual property rights enforcement. The agreement aims to establish an international legal framework for targeting counterfeit goods, generic medicines and copyright infringement on the Internet. The agreement was signed in October 2011 by Australia, Canada, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the United States. In 2012, Mexico, the European Union and 22 countries which are member states of the European Union signed as well. The finalized agreement includes six chapters(Initial Provisions and General Definitions; Legal Framework For Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights; Enforcement Practices; International Cooperation; Institutional Arrangements; Final Provisions) with 45 articles. The aim of the ACTA is to bring the both developed and developing countries together, that are interested in fighting counterfeiting and piracy, and to negotiate an agreement that enhances international cooperation and contains effective international standards for enforcing intellectual property rights. This paper is intended to clarify the ACTA provisions on the border measures and to summarize the issues under discussion.

낮은 Transactions per second(TPS), 높은 거래 수수료 등 온체인 환경의 한계를 해결하기 위해 CPMM(Constant Product Market Makers) 모델을 기반으로 한 탈중앙화 거래소들은 AMM(Automated Market Maker)이라 불리는 방식으로 거래 수수료를 줄이고 즉각적인 거래를 가능하게 하지만, 자본 공격 및 가격 조작에 취약한 등의 문제를 안고 있다. 시장 상황과 참가자 합의에 의존하는 주문장과 달리, AMM은 사전 프로비저닝(Provisioning)된 유동성 토큰을 사용하므로 가격 하락과 거래 효율성 감소로 이어진다. 반면 오더북(Orderbook)은 효율적인 거래와 합리적인 가격 발견을 제공하지만 온체인 구현이 복잡하여 높은 가스 요금과 매칭 속도가 느려, 하이브리드 오더북이 시도되었지만 오프체인 데이터에 크게 의존하여 온체인 무결성을 무색하게 만들었다. 이에 탈중앙화된 온체인 환경에 적합한 자동화된 오더북을 구성하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존 AMM에 비해 가격 슬리피지를 효과적으로 줄이고 다양한 주문 옵션을 제공하며 추가적인 사용자 이점을 제공한다. To address the limitations of on-chain environments, such as low TPS and high transaction fees, decentralized exchanges utilizing the CPMM model have emerged. These AMM systems reduce transaction fees and facilitate immediate transactions but are vulnerable to capital attacks and price manipulation. Unlike traditional order books, that depend on market conditions and participant consensus, AMMs use pre-provisioned liquidity tokens, which can lead to price slippage and diminished trading efficiency. Order books enable efficient trading and rational price discovery but are challenging to implement on-chain due to, high gas fees and slow matching speeds. Hybrid order books have been introduced but heavily rely on off-chain data, thus compromising on-chain integrity. We propose an automated order book matching method suitable for decentralized, on-chain environments, which significantly reduces price slippage compared to conventional AMMs, offers a variety order options, and provides additional benefits for users.
