        염증성 장 질환에서 전침을 중심으로 한 미주신경자극에 대한 고찰

        Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is defined as a chronic inflammatory-mediated disease that causes ulceration and inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. Among most patients, the course of chronic inflammation repeatedly shows intermittent exacerbations and alternating remissions. However, despite the various therapeutic options to relieve symptoms, such as corticosteroids, TNF-α inhibitors, and antibiotic drugs, there is no known cure for IBD. Nonetheless, previous research has revealed that the autonomic nervous system is involved in the pathophysiology of IBD. In this study, we reviewed clinical trials confirming the therapeutic effect of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) on IBD in vivo. We searched in vivo and human studies on Pubmed using keywords combined with "vagus nerve stimulation", "VNS", and "inflammatory bowel disease". All studies included in this review reported that direct VNS is effective in relieving symptoms of IBD and has no severe adverse effects. The most frequently stimulated site was the unilateral cervical vagus nerve area, and parameters for stimulation were set as 5-20 Hz. Based on the results, we aim to summarize the evidence for the efficacy of VNS on IBD and suggest the possibility of auricular electroacupuncture treatment as a therapeutic option for IBD.

        Ghosh와 Kim 모수 δ의 영향함수 유도 및 확인

        The Ghosh and Kim zero-altered distribution model is used to analyze count data that have too many or too few zeros. The dispersion type parameter ${\delta}$ in the zero-altered distribution model consists of mean, variance and zero probability and has two forms depending on the relation between ${\mu}$ and ${\sigma}^2$. We derived the influence function on ${\delta}$ when ${\sigma}^2{\geq}{\mu}$. To show the validity of the influence function, we used the Census data on the number of births of married women in Korea to compare the estimated changes in ${\delta}$ using this function with those obtained using the direct deletion method. The result proved that the obtained influence function is very accurate in estimating changes in ${\delta}$ when an observation is deleted.

        Si 슬러지의 첨가가 경량지오폴리머 물성에 미치는 영향

        Lightweight geopolymers were fabricated with non-milled IGCC slag and Si sludge as a bloating material. The relationship between addition amount of Si sludge and physical/chemical properties of lightweight geopolymers was investigated. When the geopolymers were made by mixing IGCC slag, alkali activator, and more than 10 wt.% Si sludge, the temperature of the geopolymer pastes reached higher than 130℃ in a few minutes. This exothermic reaction accelerated the geopolymer reaction; however, it was difficult to make geopolymer specimens because of a rapid bloating reaction. Both compressive strength and density of the specimens tend to decrease with an addition of Si sludge; however, there was little difference in both compressive strength and density with addition of Si sludge more than 10 wt.%. Because there was a limit to get low density geopolymers by simply increasing the addition of Si sludge, the control of pore size and distribution of geopolymer is more important by controlling flow rate of the paste through the control of W/S ratio. Therefore, it is important to control process conditions, appropriate W/S ratio for the bloating than the control of Si sludge. The optimum W/S ratio was 0.20 for the addition of Si sludge less than 30 wt.% and W/S ratio should be more than 0.28 for the addition of Si sludge more than 30 wt.%, although there was no practical application in fact.

        사상체질에 따른 여대생의 건강 특성 분석과 BMI에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the ordinary symptoms, special symptoms and Body Mass Index (BMI) according to Sasang constitution in female college students. Also, we aimed to analyze the factors affecting BMI. Methods Forty-four female college students participated in this study. Sasang Constitution was determined by Questionnaire for Sasang Constitution Classification (QSCC) II. BMI was measured and ordinary symptoms were acqired through the questionnaire. Special symptoms was determined by Fatigue Severity Index (FSS), Premenstrual Symptom Screening Tool (PSST), ROME III, Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI), respectively. For statistical analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and correlation test has been used. Results There existed significant differences in ordinary symptoms and special symptoms between sasang constitutions. Taeumin had higher urine frequency than soyangin, soeumin had higher gap of feces than taeumin. Taeumin had higher BMI and ROME III score than soyangin and soeumin. They showed significant differences in ordinary symptoms and special symptoms according to BMI. Overweight and obese group is higher in water intake than low and normal group. Low weight and normal group is higher in gap of feces than overweight and obese group. High score group in PSST and ROME III showed high BMI than low score group. We analyzed the factors that affect BMI. BMI are highly correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Also, FSS, PSST, ROME III and OSDI showed high correlation with each other. Conclusion Urine frequency and gap of feces are different among sasang constitutional types. The obese group and normal group showed significant differences in water intake, gap of feces, PSST and ROME III score. It is found that factors that affecting BMI are systolic and diastolic blood pressure. These results may lead to identifying the causes and factors of obesity in female college students related to Sasang constitution.

        Salmonella Gallinarum 박테리오파지의 특성

        Bacteriophages are viruses that exclusively infect bacterial cells, and lytic bacteriophages can be used as a safe alternative to antibiotics for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases. In this study, we attempted to isolate and characterize bacteriophages for Salmonella enterica serovar Gallinarum (Salmonella Gallinarum), the causative agent of fowl typhoid in chickens. Ten bacteriophages were isolated from samples of sewage from seven poultry slaughterhouses. One of these isolate, designated as $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP and classified in the family Myoviridae, produced plaques with seven Salmonella Gallinarum strains. However, no plaques were produced with any of the Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis strains tested, suggesting that this bacteriophage is Salmonella Gallinarum specific. To assess the lytic ability of $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP against Salmonella Gallinarum, bacterial growth rates following inoculation of the bacteriophage were compared with the control. The $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP treatment, with a multiplicity of infection of 10, reduced the growth of Salmonella Gallinarum by 2.21 log cfu/mL at 6 h, and 2.13 log cfu/mL at 9 h, suggesting that this bacteriophage isolate could be used for the prevention or treatment of Salmonella Gallinarum infection in chickens.

        유럽연합의 온라인 허위조작정보(disinformation) 자율규제 사례 고찰

        다수의 가짜뉴스 혹은 허위조작정보(disinformation) 관련 법안들이 지난 몇 년간 발의되었으나, 학계의 주류 견해는 새로운 입법을 통한 규제가 적절치 않다는 것이다. 본 연구는, 인터넷 내용규제에 있어서는 자율규제가 법적 규제의 대안으로 간주될 뿐만 아니라 또한 미국 기반 글로벌 플랫폼 기업이 국내 시장에서 갖는 영향력이 날로 증가하고 있는 현 상황을 고려할 때 자율규제가 현실적이고 합리적인 규제방안임에도 불구하고, 자율규제의 구체적인 실천 방식에 대한 논의는 상대적으로 부족했다는 문제의식에서 출발했다. 우선 기존 문헌 검토를 통해 자율규제의 개념 및 유형을 간략히 짚은 후, 자율규제의 단점을 최소화하는 방안으로 바람직한 자율규제가 충족시켜야 할 요건을 도출했다. 다음으로, 자율규제의 선도적 사례로 꼽히는 유럽연합(EU)의 온라인 허위조작정보 대응책을 검토했는데 특히 유럽집행위원회의 요청 하에 미국 기반 글로벌 플랫폼 사업자, 전문가, 시민사회가 협력하여 도출한 <허위조작정보 대응 실천강령(Code of practice against disinformation)>에 대해 자세히 살펴보았다. 아울러, EU의 자율규제 사례를 바람직한 자율규제가 충족시켜야 할 요건에 기반 하여 평가한 후, 감사받는 자율규제(audited self-regulation) 모델을 국내에 도입하기 위해 정부가 담당해야 할 역할을 제언했으며, 온라인 허위조작정보 대응을 위해 인터넷 플랫폼 사업자가 시행해야 할 방안들에 대해서도 제언했다. In the past few years, a large number of legislation related to fake news or disinformation have been proposed, but the mainstream opinion of the academic community is criticism that the regulation through new legislation is not appropriate. Instead, self-regulation is frequently mentioned as an alternative to the government"s legal regulation in Internet content regulation. Against the backdrop, this study examines what the European Union (hereinafter, EU) has done to tackle online disinformation. This study points out the concept and type of self-regulation, and derives the requirements to be satisfied. Based on these discussions, the EU"s online counterfeit information countermeasures were reviewed, The study reviews the details of ‘the Code of Practice Against Disinformation’ and discusses the latest report on the Code. This study concludes, based upon the lessons from EU, that Korea should try to introduce and implement a form of ‘audited self-regulation.’ To that end, the study presents specific suggestions for the government.

      • Business Model Canvas를 활용한 푸드테크 기업 : Beyond Meat 사례 분석

        푸드테크 기술의 발전과 함께 최근 신소비계층으로 등장한 밀레니얼 Z세대의 가치소비와 COVID-19로 인한 건강과 환경에 대한 대중의 관심 증대는 대체육 시장성장을 견인하고 있다. 하지만 해외 선진국에 비해 국내 대체육 시장규모는 매우 협소한 수준으로 소비자의 대체육에 대한 인식이 낮고 기업의 투자와 R&D 활동도 활발하게 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 대체육과 관련한 개념을 소개하고, 국내외 대체육 시장현황과 혁신적인 식물 대체육기업 Beyond Meat를 사례로 분석하여 제시한다. 특히 사례는 비즈니스 모델 캔버스(business model canvas) 프레임워크를 활용하여 Beyond Meat가 어떻게 전통적 육류 사업자와 경쟁하고 있는지, 그리고 사례기업의 혁신적 푸드테크 기술이 비즈니스 모델 구성요소들에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지 구체적으로 보여준다. 본 연구는 기업의 R&D 투자와 적극적인 기술자원의 탐색과 활용 역량이 혁신과 경쟁우위 창출에 기여할 수 있음을 보여준다. Along with the development of food technology, the value consumption of the Generation Z and the growing public interest in health and environment due to COVID-19 are fostering the growth of the alternative meat market. However, the size of the domestic alternative meat market is diminutive compared to that of advanced countries abroad whereas domestic market’s consumers have low awareness on alternative meat and local firms are languorous towards investment and R&D activities. This study introduces concepts involving alternative meat, and its domestic and overseas market conditions. Beyond Meat, an innovative plant-based alternative meat company, is used as a case study. Particularly, the case uses the business model canvas framework to show how Beyond Meat competes with traditional meat operators and how the food technology of the case company affects the components of its business model. This study demonstrates that a firm’s investment in R&D and its capability for actively exploiting and exploring technological resources can give to a company’s innovation and competitive advantage.

        정보기술의 발전으로 역량 중심의 교육과정으로 변화함에 따라 평가의 방법이 학습 지향적 평가로 변화하고 있다. 학습 지향적 평가의 대표적인 사례로 과정중심평가가 학교 현장에서 수행되고 있으나, 교사별 담당 학생 수 과다, 결과물 관리의 어려움, 물리적 시간 부족 등과 같은 문제가 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학생의 학습을 지원하고, 교사의 평가를 도와줄 수 있는 온라인 교육 플랫폼 2종을 분석하여 향후 과정 중심평가를 위한 온라인 시스템 개발을 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

        코로나19 언택트 여행을 위한 차박 캠핑 웹사이트 구축 및 비즈니스 모델 제안

        With the spread of untact culture resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, the size of the car camping market has expanded to minimize contact with others. As a result, SUVs have exceeded sales of sedans, and sales of recreational vehicles (RVs) have increased by 101% compared to the same period last year. Despite the explosive increase in demand for car camping, research on car camping has not matched this increase. Therefore, in this study, we intended to conduct a study focused on car camping users. According to a survey of Naver’s famous car camping cafe, it was difficult to find articles, maps, and websites with car camping places. Analysis of car camping websites showed that most only post information about the camping itself, so details of car camping places were not available. Furthermore, according to a survey derived from related prior studies and literature surveys, most users urged solutions to the problem of unauthorized garbage dumping in the car camping locations. In addition, car camping users wanted to receive information on amenities near the car camping places. Therefore, we aimed to establish a car camping website that provides basic information on car camping places and nearby convenience facilities. Moreover, to solve the problem of garbage dumping, we provided a category wherein users can post pictures of clean camping campaigns. We also developed a business model utilizing the certification process of clean camping. The business model is designed with a structure wherein car camping users are rewarded through the clean camping certification process. Compensation for clean camping certification was proposed to be provided through partnerships with domestic automakers, Korea Tourism Organization, and Small Business Market Promotion Agency.
