학교공기질 개선을 위한 실내공기질지수 (IAQI-S) 개발 연구

환경부는 2006년에 개발한 통합대기환경지수(CAI, Comprehensive Air-quality Index)를 기준으로 대기질에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 제공하고, 지수 등급별 행동요령을 설정하였다. 한편, 한국인들의 일일 평균 실내 거주시간은 20.66시간으로 하루 중 대부분을 실내 공간에서 활동하므로 실내공기질이 점점 중요하게 간주되고 있다. 이에 따라 통합대기환경지수(CAI)와 구분되는 실내공간의 공기질지수(IAQI, Indoor Air Quality Index)를 도입함으로써 실내공기질 관리기준으로 삼을 수 있도록 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 개발한 IAQI-S는 민감군(학생)을 고려하여 0~500의 지수값을 총 5개 구간(좋음, 보통, 주의, 나쁨, 매우나쁨)으로 구분하였으며, 각 구간들의 기준농도는 위해성 기반 기준들을 고려하여 설정하였다. 개발된 IAQI-S와 CAI를 학교에서 측정한 오염물질별 농도에 적용하여 비교한 결과 CAI는 전체 데이터 중 「좋음 66.7%, 보통 29.5%, 나쁨 3.8%」의 범주가 나타났으며, 개발된 IAQI-S는 「좋음 43.9%, 보통 47.1%, 주의 9.2%, 나쁨 0.7%」의 구분이 얻어졌다. 즉, 좋음 등급이 CAI 대비 감소하고, 보통 이상의 등급은 증가하였다. CAI의 경우 종합지수값은 대상오염물질의 지수값 중 최대값에 가중치를 부여하여 나타내어, 최종등급결정이 CO₂에 의존적인 단점이 나타났다. 개발된 IAQI-S는 대상오염물질의 평균값에 가중치를 부여하여 나타냄으로써 CAI에서 CO₂의 최종등급결정에 대한 높은 의존도를 감소시킬 수 있었다.

본 연구 목적은 축구 선수의 스포츠 자신감이 운동 지속행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 축구 선수의 소속 및 출전 형태에 따른 스포츠 자신감과 운동 지속행동의 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 2020년 2월 10일부터 3월 30일까지 G광역시 와 J도의 고등학교 및 대학교의 축구선수를 대상으로 500명에게 조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 23.0 통계패 키지 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소속에 따른 스포츠 자신감은 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 소속에 따른 운동지속행동은 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 출전 형태에 따른 스포츠 자신감은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 출전 형태에 따른 운동 지속행동 은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 자신감이 운동 지속행동에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 축구 선수의 역량과 기술이 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 환경이 조성될 수 있도록 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of soccer player's sports confidence on exercise continuing behavior, and to verify the difference between sports confidence and exercise continuation behavior according to the soccer player's affiliation and participation type.From February 10 to March 30, 2020, a survey was conducted on 500 soccer players from high schools and universities in G metropolitan city and J province. Data processing is SPSS Ver. 23.0 Using the statistical package program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and t-test were performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in sports confidence according to affiliation, and a significant difference in exercise continuing behavior according to affiliation. Second, it was found that there was a significant difference in sports confidence according to the type of participation, and there was a significant difference in exercise continuing behavior according to the type of participation. Third, it was found that sports confidence had an effect on exercise continuing behavior. Through this, it is expected that an environment in which the capabilities and skills of soccer players can be displayed to the maximum can be created.

결장 전절제술 및 회장 직장 문합술 후 합병증, 사망률 및 배변 기능변화

Purpose: This study reviews the feasibility of a total colectomy with ileo-rectal anastomosis (TCIRA) and the functional outcome following the operation. Methods: The cases of a total of 50 patients (31 men and 19 women) with a median age of 61 who underwent a TCIRA were reviewed retrospectively. The median follow-up time was 28 months (4∼72). The clinical records were reviewed to analyze the postoperative complications and bowel function. The clinical outcomes were examined directly from patients' scoring. Results: The indications of TCIRA were metachronous or synchronous colorectal cancer (34 percent), multiple polypoid lesions (22 percent), malignant colon obstruction (24 percent), ischemic colitis (2 percent), Crohn's disease (6 percent), and tuberculosis colitis (2 percent). The overall mortality and morbidity rates were 0 and 31 percent, respectively. The morbidity included postoperative bleeding, obstruction, intra-abdominal abscess formation, pneumonia, and wound complications. We used the CCIS index to evaluate postoperative functional bowel habit change. The CCIS index evaluation revealed perfect continence in 57 percent of the patients with short-term follow up (<6 months) and in 83 percent of the patients who had undergone a TCIRA more than 2 years ago. Conclusions: Most patients were satisfied with their bowel function on long-term follow up, and we think the TCIRA is a safe operation, and the clinical outcomes are relatively satisfactory.

After a period of tourism stagnation due to the corona virus epidemic, Korea is preparing to lift self-isolation and PCR results. Accordingly, we designed a platform application that can connect consumers and suppliers of travel guides that can respond to the influx of domestic and foreign tourists. DB design and client design were made using NoSQL-based Firebase server, Android Studio, and Java language. The suggestion app provides location-based tourist recommendation and tourist information output using GPS, and tour guide matching service using user information.

다중이용시설의 공기질 관리를 위한 실내공기질지수 개발 - 어린이집과 노인요양시설을 대상으로

In this study, indoor air quality indices (IAQI-C and IAQI-E) were developed for child care centers and elderly care centers based on health effects, and compared to the air quality index (CAI) for outdoor atmosphere. In addition, composite indices that integrate individual indices for each pollutant were developed to quickly and conveniently recognize the current air quality. Among all data, 71.2% and 35.6% belonged to the grades 'Good' and 'Moderate' for child care centers and elderly care centers, respectively. This assessment is more stringent than the CAI's criteria.

20-30대 남성의 화장품 소비 변화에 끼친 영향과 남성화장품 시장의 변화에 관한 고찰

본 연구에서는 최근 국내 급성장 하고 있는 남성화장품 시장에 대한 관심으로 남성화장품 시장의 성장 원인에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 소비문화를 주도하고 있는 20-30대 남성을 중심으로 남성화장품 소비 변화에 영향을 끼친 원인을 분석하고 그 에 따른 남성화장품 시장의 성장에 대해 알아보았다 . 분석 결과 최근 20-30대 남성의 화장품 소비 변화에 끼친 영향에는 시대 변화에 따라 과거세대와는 다른 에고(Ego) 소비성향이 강한 라이프스타일의 변화와 과거 정통적인 남성성을 강조하는 위버섹슈얼의 유행에서 최근 꽃미남 열풍으로 인한 크로스섹슈얼 유행의 변화,남성들의 외모에 대한 관심이 더욱 증가,과거 강한 남성미를 강조하던 남성화장품 광고 에서 최근 개개인의 개성을 추구하는 전문화,고급화,다양화된 남성화장품을 강조 하는 광고로 변화하면서 이러한 요소들로 인해 남성들의 외모에 대한 관심과 화장품을 구매하는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 남성화장품의 시장은 국내뿐만 아니라 국외 에서도 급성장할 것이라고 예상된다. 따라서 남성 소비자의 라이프스타일의 변화와 외모 관심도의 변화를 이해하고 더 나아가 사회적인 분위기 변화를 분석하는 것은 앞으로 남성화장품 시장의 발전에 매우 중요하게 작용할 것이다.
