        한국 야생집단 노랑초파리의 In(2L)t 염색체에서의 P-Element 의 분포

        In the cross A°, 285 TP and 300 TY isofemale of Drosophila melanogaster lines were tested by P-M hybrid dysgenesis, and the mean sterility frequencies of both populations were found as 24.17% and 22.95%, respectively. The mean frequencies of M' and Q strains of flies carrying In(2L)t chromosomes were 0.0550 and 0.1154, respectively. P activity of flies with In(2L)t was found to be concentrated completely to M' and Q strains. The mean copy numbers for all TEs/(P elements) pooled are higher, both within the inversion region and on the whole arm of In(2L)t chromosomes, than 2L standard chromosomes. But these differences are not statistically significant (X²=2.0255, P>0.05). Q strains appeared to have more copy numbers of P elements than M' strains, concentrated highly at cytological sites of 22, 29, and 33 on 2L chromosome location with In(2L)t, and M' strains were distributed highly at loci 22, 29, 34, and 39 sites. All M' strains of TP and TY populations were highly distributed with P elements in cytological sites of 21, 22, 25, 27, 29, and 33 on 2L chromosome with In(2L)t. Q strains were observed to be mostly on the same sites of 21, 22, 23, 29, 30, 33, and 38 on 2L chromosome with In(2L)t.

        한국의 Drosophila melanogaster 자연집단에서 P elements 활성에 따른 In(2L)t 를 가진 초파리의 불임

        The total progeny of 14205 flies were obtained from 428 males of Taejon Panam dong(TP) and Taejon Yusung(TY). The overall GD sterility from these F₁flies was 0.6%. In cross A, all F₁, males were tested from 230 TP and 221 TY isofemales Lines and sterility frequencies from these populations were 1.03% and 0.94%, respectively. These populations were completely absent from GD sterility except for one TY(90) population. The present results of cross A˚indicated that 45.65% and 43.44% of the tested 230 TP and 221 TY isofemale lines were M cytotypes. The sterility of average of two year samples from two locations(230 TP and 221 TY isofemale lines) were 38.86% and 38.63% ,respectively. According to the Kidwell's criteria(1983, 1986), the strains determined for GD sterility from two local areas were almost with M' and Q strains. The frequency of true M strain was low and flies with P(moderate) strain was rarely observed. The frequency of Q strain flies with In(2L)t were higher than M' strain. The results of this study showed that the GD sterility frequency of flies with In(2L)t was higher than flies without In(2L)t in the wild. True M and P(moderate) strains were not observed from wild flies with In(2L)t.

      • HAQ 알고리즘과 Moment 기반 특징을 이용한 내용 기반 영상 검색 알고리즘

        본 논문은 내용 기반 검색 기법에 의한 보다 효율적인 특징 추출 및 영상 검색 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 먼저, MPEG 비디오의 key frame을 입력 영상으로 하여 Gaussian edge detector를 이용하여 객체를 추출하고, 그에 따른 객체 특징들, location feature distributed dimension feature와 invariant moments feature를 추출하였다. 다음, 제안하는 HAQ (Histogram Analysis and Quantization) 알고리즘으로 characteristic color feature를 추출하였다. 마지막으로 key frame이 아닌 shot frame을 질의영상으로 하여 제안된 matching 기법에 따라 4가지 특징들의 단계별 검색을 수행하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 사용자가 요구하는 장면이 속한 비디오의 shot 경계 내의 key frame을 검색하는 새로운 내용 기반 검색 알고리즘을 제안함에 있다. 제안된 알고리즘을 바탕으로 10개의 뮤직비디오, 836개의 시험 영상으로 실험한 결과, 효과적인 검색 효율을 보였다. In this paper, we propose an efficient feature extraction and image retrieval algorithm for content-based retrieval method. First, we extract the object using Gaussian edge detector for input image which is key frames of MPEG video and extract the object features that are location feature, distributed dimension feature and invariant moments feature. Next, we extract the characteristic color feature using the proposed HAQ(Histogram Analysis md Quantization) algorithm. Finally, we implement an retrieval of four features in sequence with the proposed matching method for query image which is a shot frame except the key frames of MPEG video. The purpose of this paper is to propose the novel content-based image retrieval algerian which retrieves the key frame in the shot boundary of MPEG video belonging to the scene requested by user. The experimental results show an efficient retrieval for 836 sample images in 10 music videos using the proposed algorithm.

        속도센서가 없는 유도전동기의 고정자자속 기준제어를 위한 강인한 속도제어기 설계

        This paper investigates the problem of the speed controller of conventional speed sensorless stator flux-oriented(SFO) induction motor drive, and proposes a robust speed controller to solve the conventional problem. In the proposed method, a robust speed controller for speed sensorless SFO system is designed by taking advantage of disturbance torque observer and using feedforward. 기존의 속도센서가 없는 유도전동기의 고정자자속 기준제어 구동시스템에서, 추정된 속도는 저역통과필터의 사용으로 과도기에 지연이 생긴다. 이 지연으로 인한 응답속도의 과도한 오버슈트를 방지하기 위하여 속도제어기의 이득은 작아야 하는데, 이 때문에 부하토크의 영향을 크게 받게 된다. 본 논문에서는 부하토크 관측기와 전향제어를 사용하여 속도센서가 없는 시스템을 위한 강인한 속도제어기를 설계하였다.

        The Activity of P Activity from Flies with In(3L)P in Natural Populations Drosophila Melanogaster in Korea

        The overall mean frequency of GD sterility (%) in the cross A was 1.30% from the cross of F1 males with Canton -S females. The mean frequency of M cytotype was 30.01 % from the cross of P(π₂) males with F_1 wild strains. GD sterility frequencies of TP and TY isofemale lines was mostly determined with M' and Q strains. True M strain was low frequency in all populations. P(M) strain was observed with one or two flies in each populations except for 93(TP). The activity of P factor with In(3L)P in isofemale lines mostly was investigated to be M' and Q strains by results of hybrid dysgenesis. True M strain with In(3L)P was only detected two flies in TY(92) populations. The relative frequencies of GD sterility from M' strain were observed from flies with In(3L)P more than flies without.

        규소 결정 표면의 구조 결함의 형성에 미치는 기계적 손상의 영향

        규소 표면의 기계적 손상은 산화 공정 중에 규소 표면에 여러 가지 형태의 결함들을 발생 시킨다. 규소 표면에 손상을 주는 마모 입자가 커짐에 따라 OISF보다는 etch pit의 형상이 동굴형인 선 결함(line defects)들이 많이 발생된다. 이들 결함들은 실리콘 결정을 성장시키는 단계에서 형성되는 결함들과는 상호 관련이 없다. 방향성 응고법으로 성장된 규소 결정속에 존재하는 결함들은 주로 twin과 stacking fault들이며 응고과정에서 발생이 예상되는 응력에 의한 전위는 거의 발견되지 않았다. 따라서 Czochralski 법으로 성장된 단 결정 규소뿐 아니라 방향성 응고법으로 성장된 다 결정 규소 기판도 표면의 결함들을 이용하여 extrinsic gettering을 통한 규소 결정 내부의 불순물 제거의 가능성이 높다. During oxidation process, several type of defects are formed on the surface of the silicon crystal which was damaged mechanically before oxidation. As the size of abrasive particle increases multiple dislocation loops are produced favorably over oxidation-induced stacking faults, which are dominantly produced when ground with finer abrasive particle. These defects are not related with the crystal growth process like Czochralski or directional solidification. During directional solidification process, twins and stacking faults are the two major defects observed in the bulk of the silicon crystal. On the other hand, slip dislocations produced by the thermal stress are not observed. Thus, not only in single crystalline silicon crystal but also in multi-crystalline silicon, extrinsic gettering process with programmed production of surface defects might be highly applicable to silicon wafers for purification.

        Effect of a TiO2 Buffer Layer on the Properties of ITO Films Prepared by RF Magnetron Sputtering

        Sn-doped In2O3 (ITO) thin films were prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering without intentional substrate heating on bare glass and TiO2-deposited glass substrates to investigate the effect of a TiO2 buffer layer on the electrical and optical properties of ITO films. The thicknesses of TiO2 and ITO films were kept constant at 5 and 100 nm, respectively. As-deposited ITO single layer films show an optical transmittance of 75.9%, while ITO/TiO2 bilayered films show a lower transmittance of 76.1%. However, as-deposited ITO/TiO2 films show a lower resistivity (9.87×10-4 Ωcm) than that of ITO single layer films. In addition, the work function of the ITO film is affected by the TiO2buffer layer, with the ITO/TiO2 films having a higher work-function (5.0 eV) than that of the ITO single layer films. The experimental results indicate that a 5-nm-thick TiO2 buffer layer on the ITO/TiO2 films results in better performance than conventional ITO single layer films.
