어린이 보행자 사고 심각도에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 어린이 보호구역 기준 300m 외 구역에서 발생한 어린이 보행자 사고를 대상으로 사고 심각도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 이에 사고 내용에 서로 다른 가중치를 두고 EPDO로 환산하여 모형을 구축하였다.

K-pop 수용자의 세계관 수용 현상 연구 : 그룹 에스파의 세계관 사례를 중심으로

This thesis examines the ‘universe' acceptance phenomenon, currently used as a content strategy in the K-pop field, from the perspective of K-pop audiences, and then attempts to identify their experience of acceptance and the meaning of the universe. For this, tweets related to the universe acceptance experience of Aespa, the group utilizing the universe as a content strategy the most actively, were collected, and this data was analyzed according to a phenomenological approach, an approach to explore the structure of personal experience and the essence of a phenomenon. As a result of analyzing using Moustakas' method, the semantic structure of the universe acceptance phenomenon of K-pop audiences was derived based on 21 thematic units. It was found that current K-pop audiences are experiencing active cultural consumption rather than unilateral or passive through acceptance of the universe. This means that K-pop audiences have the characteristics of active audiences that produce meaning, interact with other fans, and exert influence on outside of community. At the same time, these characteristics affect acceptance of the universe. Simultaneously, through active acceptance experience, it is found that K-pop audiences give a new meaning in the K-pop universe, as "marketing assets", "fandom community assets", and "K-pop industry expansion assets." Among them, the recognition of 'marketing assets' was reaffirmed as a basis for supporting related previous studies. In addition, it derived the new values of the universe in the K-pop field by discovering the meaning of "fandom's specific assets" and "assets of the K-pop industry for expansion". These meanings had not been found that previous studies from the producers' point of view. And then, for the purpose of expanding the value of the universe in the future, it was discussed the direction of the new meaning of the universe. Finally, this study is meaningful in that it revealed the semantic structure of the universe acceptance phenomenon and discovered a new meaning of the universe in the K-pop field. Additionally, it was intended to contribute to expanding the field of research by suggesting various follow-up studies from various perspectives.

중학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 학업지연행동의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의와 자아존중감의 매개효과

본 연구는 중학생 청소년들을 대상으로 부모의 심리적 통제가 사회부과적 완벽주의와 자아존중감을 통해 학업지연행동을 예측하는 심리적 경로를 PROCESS로 검증하였다. 서울시와 경기도에 소재하는 중학생 377명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제는 학업지연행동을 직접 예측하였다. 둘째, 부모의 심리적 통제는 매개변인인 사회부과적 완벽주의와 자아존중감을 각각 예측하였지만, 자아존중감을 통해서만 학업지연행동을 예측하였다. 이러한 결과는 부모의 조건적인 애정과 보상을 통해 자신의 생각과 행동을 통제받은 경험이 많은 중학생일수록 도전적인 학업 과제에 직면할 때 지연행동을 보이는 경향이 높음을 나타낸다. 또한, 부모로부터 심리적 통제를 많이 받을수록 자신에 대해 존중감과 자신감이 낮으며 이렇게 낮은 자아존중감과 자신감이 학업지연행동을 야기하는 중요한 변인임을 나타낸다. 본 연구결과에서 특히 주목할 점은 부 보다 모의 심리적 통제가 중학생 자녀의 학업지연행동에 미치는 영향이 훨씬 크며, 자신의 학업성적에 대한 주관적인 판단이 중학생들의 학업지연행동의 감소와 밀접히 관계된다는 점이다. This study investigated psychological pathways in which parental psychological control predicts academic procrastination through socially prescribed perfectionism and self-esteem by PROCESS for middle schoolers who experience increasing pressures for academic achievement. The results of data analysis on 377 middle schoolers in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do are as follows: First, parental psychological control directly predicted academic procrastination. Second, parental psychological control predicted social prescribed perfectionism and self-esteem, but it predicted academic procrastination only though self-esteem. These findings suggest that middle schoolers more psychologically controlled through conditional affection and rewards are more likely to show procrastination behaviors. Besides, those more controlled by parents are likely to have lower self-esteem and confidence, which in turn contributes to academic procrastination. The findings that draw a special attention are that mother’s psychological control makes more impact on procrastination than father’s and that academic performance are closely related to a decrease of procrastination behaviors.

안병무가 꿈꾼 산실(産室), 품 공동체 ― 여성민중신학을 중심으로

이 논문은 안병무의 여성민중신학에 대한 연구이다. 그의 민중신학은 대부분 성서적-사회학적 측면에서 연구되어 왔다. 하지만 안병무의 신학 사상은 삶의 여정과 함께 점진적으로 발전하면서 그 깊이와 넓이가 확대되었다. 안병무는 초기에 매우 가부장적 사고를 가지고 있었지만 급진적으로 여성민중신학적 사고로 전환하고, 말기에는 여성, 생태와 생명에 관심을 가지며 ‘품의 신학’으로서의 여성민중신학에 집중했다. 그것은어린 시절에 성 프란체스코의 영향, 루이제 린저와의 만남과 교류, 서구적 사고에서 동양적 사고로의 전환, 마가복음보다 요한복음의 중요성에 대한 인식, 그리고 무엇보다 어머니 정원숙의 영향 때문이었다. 그리고 우리가 주목해야 할 점은 이러한 안병무의 여성민중신학의 저변에는 켈트-게르만 신앙과 영성이 도도히 흐르고 있다는 사실이다. 따라서 이 글은 안병무 신학 사상의 변화에 주목하면서 기존의 안병무의 민중신학에 대한 연구에서 간과되었던 여성민중신학의 성격을 밝히고, 그 신학적 특징과 성격을 켈트-게르만 신앙과의 연관성 속에서 분석한 것이다.

기러기류(Anser spp.)의 이동 특성에 따른 서식처 연결성 분석

This study applied graph theory to analyze the network structure of Anser spp. according to connectivity between habitats and derived a network type that reflected their occurrence. The habitat network was created by applying threshold distances, which were determined by considering the distance moved by Anser spp. Additionally, scale-free and random networks were created and compared with the habitat network to identify structures reflecting the occurrence of Anser spp. The analysis demonstrated that the scale-free network was highly correlated with the frequency of occurrence of Anser spp., indicating that the scale-free network was most reliable in predicting the mobility structure of Anser spp., compared to occurrence data. The scale-free network exhibited a structure of hub nodes of core habitats for the species and if a disturbance was introduced, there is a risk of negative impact on the entire habitat network. Accordingly, it is necessary to manage from the perspective of the entire network, focusing on hub habitats, with a high degree centrality. 본 연구는 기러기류의 서식처로서 가치가 높으나 상대적으로 개발 압력이 높은 수도권 일원을 대상으로 그래프 이론을 적용하여 서식처 간 연결성에 따른 네트워크 구조를 분석하고, 실제 기러기류의 출현 현황을 반영하고 있는 네트워크 유형을 파악하는 데 있다. 기러기류의 월동기 평균 이동 거리를 고려하여 임계거리를 설정하고, 임계거리를 적용한 네트워크와 스케일 프리 및 랜덤 네트워크를 생성한 후 비교‧분석하였다. 분석 결과, 스케일 프리 네트워크에서 연결중심성이 높게 나타난 허브(Hub) 지역과 기러기류의 출현 빈도 간 상관성을 보여 스케일 프리 네트워크 구조가 기러기류의 이동 특성과 가장 유사한 구조로 예측할 수 있다. 스케일 프리 네트워크 모델에서 기러기류 이동에 중심기능을 수행하는 허브에 교란 요인이 유입되거나 훼손될 경우, 전체 네트워크에 부정적 영향을 미칠 우려가 있다. 이에 따라 허브 서식처와 매개중심성이 높게 나타난 징검다리 서식처를 중심으로 네트워크 관점의 기러기류 서식처 관리 기반을 마련하여야 할 것이다.

Incidence and Distribution of Barley yellow dwarf virus Infecting Oats in Korea

A survey of Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) was conducted in major oat-growing areas of Korea in 2020. BYDV is an economically important pathogen of cereal crops that can be transmitted by aphids. The present study evaluated the genetic composition of BYDV in oat from eight geographical areas in Korea. Multiplex reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was used to screen 322 oat leaf samples for six BYDV strains (PAV, MAV, SGV, PAS, RPV, and RMV). The 125 samples (~39%) tested positive for BYDV. BYDV-PAV, BYDVSGV, BYDV-PAS, and BYDV-RPV were detected from oat in different areas. Most of the BYDV-infected samples were assigned to subgroup I (n=112). The results indicate that BYDV-PAV could be dominant throughout Korea. Also, the phylogenetic analysis of coat protein sequences indicated that 23 BYDV isolates from Korea could be separated into two clades, which exhibited high nucleotide sequence similarity. In conclusion, the present survey provides a BYDV infection assessment for domestic oat varieties in Korea and basic information for the development of BYDV control measures in Korea’s oat industry.

‘정신질환자 강제입원’의 법적 문제

Rechtliche Vorschriften für die psychisch-Kranken haben einerseits - wie bei den anderen medizinischen Handlungen - die ‘Therapie’ und auch die ‘Heilung’ der psychisch-kranken zum Zweck, die ihr eigenes ‘Leben’ neu bilden. Andererseits hat diese psychiatrische Behandlung aber den Charakterzug der ‘sozialen Kontrolle’ in sich, und das PsychoKG (Psychischkrankengesetz)hat ebenfalls im Sinne der staatlichen Vormundschaft oder der polizeirechtlichen Vorstellung gewissermaßen das die soziale Kontrolle fördernde Wesen inne. Bedenkt man diese Probleme, so hat das PsychoKG ein System auszuarbeiten, die nach dem Urteil der Fähigkeit der Eigenwilligung oder Übereinstimung der psychisch-kranken ihre Autonomie optimal sichern kann. Außerdem hat das PsychoKG die Überlegung zum Verfahren zu beinhalten, das den Willen und Nutzen der psychisch-kranken ausreichend repräsentieren kann. Aber das PsychoKG in Korea, vor allem in Bezug auf die Vorschrift für die ‘Zwangseinweisung’, die den Konflikt zwischen der Philosophie der Heilung und der Ideologie der sozialen Kontrolle am außersten extrem darstellt, ist nicht in der Lage, das auf den optimalen Nutzen der psychisch-Kranken ausgerichtete System der Therapie und der Einweisung zu realisieren. Um die Gerechtigkeit der Vorschrift für die Zwangseinweisung nach dem PsychoKG zu gewinnen, sollen die grundlegenden Prinzipien der Versorgung zu den einzelnen medizinischen Handlungen konkretisiert werden. Desweiteren ist es notwendig, das Verfahren konkret auszuarbeiten, das die Entscheidung zur Theraphie der psychisch-Kranken aus den nicht-therapeutischen Zusammenhängen freiwillig trifft und die therapeutische Beratung für die psychische Krankeiten voraussetzt. 정신질환자에 대한 법적 규제는 한편으로는 - 다른 의료적 행위에서와 마찬가지로 - 정신질환자를 ‘치료’하며 더 나아가 그들이 스스로의 ‘삶’을 새롭게 구성하는 ‘치유’를 목표로 한다. 하지만 다른 한편 정신과적 의료는 그 자체로 이미 ‘사회통제’적인 속성을 지니며 정신보건법 역시 국가적 후견주의나 경찰법적인 사고에 기초하여 일정한 의미에서의 사회 통제를 도모하려는 속성을 지닐 수밖에없다. 이러한 점들을 고려한다면 정신보건법은 정신질환자의 의사결정능력 또는 동의능력을 판단하여그들의 자율성을 최선으로 확보할 수 있는 장치를 마련해야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 정신보건법은 정신질환자의 의사와 이익을 충분히 대변할 수 있는 방안에 대한 고민을 담고 있어야 한다. 그러나 우리나라의정신보건법은, 특히 치유의 이념과 사회통제 이념간의 대립이 가장 극단적으로 드러나는 ‘강제입원’의규정과 관련하여, 정신질환자의 최선의 이익에 지향된 치료와 입원의 체계를 온전히 실현하지 못하고있다. 현행 정신보건법은 정신질환의 범위를 광범위하게 규정하고 법원은 유권해석을 통해 그 범위를더욱 확대하고 있는 반면, 그러한 확장된 정신질환자의 동의능력을 심사하고 이들의 이익을 확보해줄수 있는 합리적 절차는 마련되어 있지 않다. 뿐만 아니라, 강제입원에 있어서 보호의무자에 의한 동의는 당해 정신질환자 또는 정신질환의 의심을 받고 있는 자에 대한 입원이 보호의무자의 사적인 이익에의해 쉽게 이루어질 수 있는 도구로 사용되고 있으며, 당해 정신과 전문의의 결정 역시 당해 환자를위한 최선의 치유 방식에 대해 충분한 고려할 수 있는 절차를 통한 것이 아니어서 보호의무자의 견해에 친화적이기 쉽다. 정신보건법상 강제입원 규정이 정당성을 확보하기 위해서는 의료의 기본적인 원칙들을 개별적인 의료행위들 각각에 대해 구체화하고, 정신질환자에 대한 치료적 결정이 비(非)치료적이해관계로부터 자유롭게 내려질 수 있는 절차 그리고 정신질환에 대한 치료적 상담을 전제하는 절차를 구체화할 필요가 있다.
