        ^(60)Co γ-선 조사에 따른 클로로프렌 고무의 열적 특성

        The thermal properties of chloroprene rubber (CR) with ^(60)Co γ-ray irradiation has been investigated. The prepared CR was irradiated up to 1000kGy radiation dose by Co^(60) γ-ray and the radiation degradation of CR was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. Dynamic mechanical properties measurement and FT-1R observation are carried out as well. From these analyses results, the glass transition temperature(T_(g)), decomposition onset temperature(DOT), oxidative induction time(OIT), the peak temperature of loss modulus and mechanical tan δ values were compared for the radiation degradation level of CR. The tendency between T_(g) and peak temperature of loss modulus and mechanical tan a agreed well with radiation doses. Decomposition temperature, OIT and DOT showed the same tendencies as increasing radiation doses. It was verified that these analyses are available to estimate the degradation level of CR

        클로로프렌 고무의 난연성 및 내방사선 특성 향상

        This study has investigated radiation degradation of chloroprene rubber in the presence of some fire retardant. Ammonium polyphosphate, aluminium trihydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and antimony trioxide were selected as flame retardant. Samples were irradiated using a Co$^{60}$ ${\gamma}$ -ray and ray up to 2000 kGy at a dose rate of 5 kGy/hr in the presence of air atmosphere at room temperature. After irradiation, samples were assessed fire retardancy with electrical properties and mechanical properties. Some considerations concerning the effects of the fire retardants added to chloroprene rubber on the radiation and thermal stability of chloroprene rubber are presented. From fire retardancy with electrical and mechanical property measurements, it was found that addition of magnesium hydroxide resulted in maximum fire retardant effect.

        申之悌의 酬唱詩를 통해 본 영남 학맥 소통의 一斷面

        A communication between writers in a region is usually made by or within a group of writers, who forms the particular academic stream, and it has them in its center. However, depending on the circumstances a writer is in, the writer’s own literary activities could be continued to proceed in various ways. Accordingly, there were various ways of exchanging poems could be seen. This study focuses on the diverse human relation network found in Obongjip(梧峯集). Then, the study looked into Shin Ji-je, including his friendship, academic stream, way of exchanging poems and so on by subdividing the school of Yeongnam into Toegye-studies(退溪學) of Naksang(洛上), Nammyeong-studies(南冥學) of Nakha(洛下), Hanryo-studies(寒旅學) of Nakjung(洛中) and so on. Shin Ji-je(申之悌) is recognized as a member of the school of Toegye(退溪) from the poem written for the scroll of poems of Kim Bu-ryun(金富倫) in the way of Rhyme-matching(步韻), and the fact of exchanging poems in the way of Rhyme-sharing(分韻) with Kim Gang(金堈) during the sightseeing to Mt. Cheongryang(淸凉山) with Kum Nan-su(琴蘭秀), along with the story between him and Lee Hwang(李滉)’s disciples found in the annals of Toegye. But his literary activities were not limited by his own academic stream. He exchanged poems with Lee Yun-woo(李潤雨) ,the disciples of Jung Gu(鄭逑), in the way of Rhyme-Proposing(呼韻). He also had a poetry club with Lee Min-seong(李民宬) and Lee Min-hwan(李民寏), who admired Chang Hyeon-gwang(張顯光). In addition, he exchanged poems with Cho Im-do(趙任道), who is his cousin’s brother in-law, in the way of rhyming words(用韻), interacting with writers in Haman where his in-laws lived. As stated above, It is clear that he also actively interacted with writers of Nakjung(洛中) Furthermore, with his poem on showing respect for Cho Sik(曺植), he exchanged poems with Kwak Jae-woo(郭再祐), Yoe Dae-ro(呂大老) and Park Seo-gui(朴瑞龜) in the school of Nammyeong(南冥) and among them, Park Seo-gui was the one he exchanged most poems with, when he served as the magistrate in Changwon(昌原). Uiseong-born Shin Ji-je was married to the one from Cho clan residing in Haman, and he served as a local government official in Changwon for the considerable amount of time before going back to his hometown following the wartime. His particular position and circumstances surrounding him which he was encouraged to socialize with writers of Nakjung(洛中) and Nakha(洛下) ultimately allowed him to interact with writers and produce literary output regardless of academic stream. 지역 문인의 소통은 대개 해당 학맥을 구성하는 문인 집단을 중심으로 이루어지지만, 문학 활동은 작자가 처한 특수한 상황에 따라 다각도로 이루어질 수 있으며 酬唱 방식도 다양한 면모를 보인다. 이에 『梧峯集』의 酬唱詩에 나타난 다양한 관계망에 주목하고, 영남 학맥을 洛上의 退溪學ㆍ洛下의 南冥學ㆍ洛中의 寒旅學 등으로 세분화하여 申之悌의 교유와 학맥, 酬唱 방식 등을 살폈다. 年譜에 밝혀진 李滉 제자들과의 일화를 비롯하여 金富倫의 詩軸에 步韻한 작품, 琴蘭秀와 청량산을 유람하며 金堈과 分韻의 방식으로 수창한 일들을 통해 신지제가 退溪學脈의 일원임을 알 수 있다. 그러나 그의 문학 활동은 학맥에 구애되지 않았다. 鄭逑의 문인 李潤雨와 呼韻으로 수창하고, 張顯光을 종유한 李民宬ㆍ李民寏 형제와 詩會를 가졌으며, 처가인 咸安 지역의 문인들과 어울리며 사촌 처남인 趙任道와 用韻의 방식으로 수창하는 등 洛中의 문인들과도 활발히 교유하였다. 또한 曺植을 존숭하는 시를 남겼던 申之悌는 南冥學脈의 郭再祐ㆍ呂大老ㆍ朴瑞龜와 수창하였는데, 昌原에서 府使로 재직하던 시기에는 朴瑞龜와 가장 많은 시를 수창하였다. 의성 출신의 신지제는 함안의 趙氏 문중 사람을 부인으로 맞이했으며, 전란 후 고향에 돌아오기 전까지 창원에서 짧지 않은 고을살이를 하였다. 洛中ㆍ洛下의 문인들과 자연스럽게 어울리게 된 주변 상황들은 결과적으로 그에게 학맥을 뛰어넘는 교유와 문학 활동을 가능하게 하였다.

        W치환 2205 이상 스테인리스강의 크리프 특성 평가에 관한 연구

        22Cr-5Ni 2상 스테인리스강의 합금원소 중 몰리브덴(Mo) 원소를 텅스텐(W)으로 치환하여 크리프거동에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 크리프시험은 600℃와 650℃의 온도에서 실시하였다. 650℃ 크리프 시에는 취약한 금속간화합물인 σ상이 석출하였으며 이것은 크리프수명을 급격히 감소시키는 역할을 하였다. Mo에 대한 W원소의 치환은 일반적으로 σ상의 석출을 지연시킨다고 알려져 있으나, 2wt.%까지 W 치환을 실시한 본 연구범위에서는 크리프 수명 및 최소 크리프속도에 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 크리프손상의 정도를 평가하기 위하여 크리프시편에 대한 초음파검사를 실시하였다. 크리프온도 600℃에서는 크리프시편의 수명이 증가함에 따라 음속이 비례적으로 증가하였으나 650℃에서는 반대로 감소하였다. The effect of the substitution of Tungsten(W) for Molybdenum(Mo) on the creep behaviour of 22Cr-5Ni duplex stainless steel(DSS) has been investigated. Creep tests were carried out at 600℃ and 650℃. Intermetallic σ phase is precipitated during creep at 650℃, at which creep rupture time was much lower compared with at 600℃. The substitution of W for MO in the duplex stainless steel was known to retard the formation of σ phase. Minimum creep rate and creep rupture time, however, were hardly influenced by the substitution of 2wt.% W. An ultrasonic measurement for the creep specimens has been carried out for the evaluation of creep damage. The sound velocity increases propotionally with the increase of creep rupture time at 600℃ of creep temperature. On the contrary, the sound velocity decreases with the increase of rupture time at 650℃, which can be correlated with the microstructural evolution during creep.
