      • 정보통신 산업 생태계에서의 사업자간 전략적 협력 모델에 관한 연구

        기술 발달로 인한 컨버전스의 급속한 진전과 스마트 기기 등이 등장하면서 기존 정보통신산업의 각 주체들간에 벌어지는 경쟁이 새로운 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 가치사슬의 변화와 주체들이 다양하게 분화되어 기존의 비즈니스 모델이 해체되면서, 해외의 선도 기업들이 주도하는 생태계에 국내 기업들이 끌려가고 있는 상황이다. 생태계 관점에서 참여 사업자들 사이의 경쟁력 연계는 생태계의 경쟁력 강화로 귀결된다. 국내 정보통신산업 생태계의 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 각 생태계 참여자간 다양한 형태의 협력과 경쟁을 기반으로 발생되는 공진화가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ANP분석을 통하여 산업내 각 참여자들간 협력행위의 우선순위를 도출하고,이를 바탕으로 참여자간 전략적 협력 모델 구조를 제시하고자 한다.

        양재우면지역의 ICT 클러스터 지원방안에 관한 연구

        최근 한국 정부는 양재-우면 지역에 4차 산업혁명을 견인할 ICT 중심의 클러스터 조성을 계획하고 있다. 클러스터가 성공하기 위해서는 지원체계 및 제도와 같은 거버넌스 등의 혁신 환경이 적절하게 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 중소기업에 대한 지원방안과 클러스터에 필요한 요인들을 종합한 후 ICT 중소기업 지원방안 의 계층화 모형을 제안하고 지원방안의 우선순위를 도출하였다. ICT 중소기업 및 R&D 전문가 9명을 대상으로 설 문을 배포하여 총 6부를 회수하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 지원방안의 우선순위는 향후 추진될 양재 R&CD 클러스 터의 성공적인 조성과 지원예산의 분배에 활용될 것으로 예상된다. Recently, the Korean government is planning to create ICT-centered clusters that will lead the fourth industrial revolution in the Yangjae-Umyeun area. In order for a cluster to be successful, innovation environments such as support systems and institutions should be appropriately prepared. In this study, we present a hierarchical model of ICT SME support measures after comprehending the support measures for existing SMEs and the factors needed for clustering, and then deriving the priorities of support measures. The questionnaire was distributed to 9 ICT SMEs and R&D experts. A total of 6 copies were collected. The priority of the support measures in this study is expected to be utilized for the successful development of R&CD cluster and the allocation of the support budget.

        차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업 분류체계에 관한 연구

        Recently the value and importance of contents industry is rapidly increasing. In particular, consumption on contents convergence integrating contents and new technologies is being increased as smart devices become popular. Next generation contents convergence industry is being recognized as a new engine for national economic development. However there is no concrete framework defining next generation contents convergence industry. This fact brings about serious problems in defining the scope of the industry. To develop effectively new industry, there is a strong need to define types of contents convergence based on dominant factors leading content convergence trend while shedding light on contents, technologies and industry. To define classification of next generation contents convergence indudstry, this study analyzes attributes of contents convergence and carries out conjoint analysis. Based on the attributes found from conjoint analysis, the study suggests new classification scheme of contents convergence industry.

        A Study on Calculating the Fee Range of Broadcasting Contents : Focus on IPTV

        Concerns have been growing about whether domestic internet protocol television (IPTV) can establish a solid foothold in the pay TV market, largely because of the lack of IPTV-only content and service differentiation. It has been difficult for IPTV providers to attract valuable PPs (program providers) to strengthen their positions, and IPTV providers have invested much money into procuring content. To survive this difficult situation, IPTV providers need to reappraise their profit sharing methods and content distribution structure to facilitate the expansion of their subscriber base. This can be done by attracting valuable PPs to IPTV providers and securing extra revenue by distributing more content for their PP partners. The IPTV industry has a different structure and value chain from the digital cable industry. Moreover, profit sharing schemes among participants in the IPTV industry are complicated. Thus it is essential to analyze the criteria for profit sharing, the selection of attributes in profit sharing, and their cause-effect relationship in developing fair pricing for broadcast content in the IPTV industry. This study introduces the attributes that need to be considered for the pricing of content and profit sharing among IPTV providers and PPs. In addition, this study uses system dynamics to analyze the relationship among those attributes along with additional associated factors for the pricing of content.

        TiO<sub>2</sub> 하이브리드에 의한 바이오-폴리우레탄 멤브레인 필름의 투습성 향상에 관한 연구

        The aim of this work was to enhance the water vapor permeability of bio-polyurethane thin film, whose essential application is as a non-microporous type of film in breathable fabrics, by hybridizing it with nano- and micro-sized titania ($TiO_2$). The bio-polyurethanes were synthesized from 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and a polyol mixture containing polyethylene glycol (PEG) and soybean oil-based polyol, that is, bio-glycols by the hydroxylation of soybean oils upto 25% by weight of bio-polyurethane. We studied the effect of hybridizing the bio-polyurethane films with hydrophilic nano- or micro-sized $TiO_2$ on their breathability by measuring the water contact angle and the water vapor permeability of the films; it was found to significantly enhance the permeability of the bio-polyurethane film. Further, nano-$TiO_2$ was more effective than micro-$TiO_2$ due to the higher surface area resulting from nano particles. On the other hand, it is expected that it would be possible to provide additive functionality to the bio-PU membranes due to photocatalytic effect of nano-$TiO_2$.

        ERP시스템 사용성과 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Turbulent changes of competitive environment have forced organizations to continue enhancing their capabilities to respond to the dynamic environment. With the competitive pressure and the development of information and communication technology (ICT), many organizations have introduced various kinds of enterprise-wide systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as strategic tools for the purpose of improving organizational performance. Despite their promised strategic benefits, however, their implementation has suffered from a high failure rate and difficulty in realizing the anticipated benefits. Many factors have been widely reported to account for the success and failure of ERP systems implementation, which are not limited to technical issues but various causes arising from the interactions among people, task, and technology. Previous studies have indicated that one of the most critical failure reasons is the lack of knowledge sharing and utilization across organizations. Individuals need to share and transfer their knowledge in order to attain successful usage of and performance benefits from ERP systems, while organizations have to focus on integration of existing knowledge with new one from ERP systems in order to achieve successful organizational change. As a consequence, many information systems (IS) researchers have paid attention to examining the effect of absorptive capacity closely associated with knowledge sharing and transferring on IS usage performance. Knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity can be interpreted in the context of social exchange, in which individuals anticipate future rewards without explicit promise in exchange for their contributions. Based on the social exchange, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) can be described as a set of behaviors resulting from communications and interactions among individuals that help their colleagues spontaneously, comply with the rules and policy of organizations, prevent possible problems related to their tasks, and commit themselves to working for organizations. ERP systems implementation involves changes not only in systems but also in processes and other social dimensions, which requires appropriate communications and interactions among organizational members. A lack of communications and interactions due to a lack of OCB might lead to weak absorptive capacity and thus negatively influence knowledge sharing across organizations, because OCB facilitates a successful collaboration among functional units and positively impacts individual’s attitude toward radical organizational change. In addition, this kind of spontaneous activities of individuals facilitates enhancing their learning capabilities about the new knowledge and thereby positively influences knowledge sharing across organizations. With this motivation, this study has two research objectives. First, it introduces and tests a theoretical model accounting for the relationships among performance of ERP system usage, absorptive capacity, and OCB. Second, it examines a mediating role of absorptive capacity between OCB and performance of EPR system usage. In order to test the proposed model, the overall approach employed was a field study using the structural equation model. We developed our data collection instrument by adopting existing validated questions wherever possible. A total of 168 complete and valid responses were obtained from 15 organizations. We carried out data analysis using a twostep methodology with LISREL 8.7. The empirical results supported the proposed model and identified the role of the full mediation of absorptive capacity. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were reached. First, organizational citizenship behavior significantly influences absorptive capacity.         전기자동차용 배터리 셀 전압 측정을 위한 아날로그 Front-End 회로 설계

        본 논문에서는 전기 자동차 배터리 성능 최적화 관리와 실시간 상태 진단을 위한 배터리 셀의 고정밀 전압 측정을 위한 아날로그 Front-End 회로를 설계하였다. 회로는 크게 고전압 멀티플레서와 레벨 시프터r, 델타-시그마 모듈레이터와 선형성을 개선한 밴드갭 기준전압 생성 회로와 ADC 기준전압 생성 회로로 구성하였다. 설계한 회로는 40V용 0.18um BCD 공정과 0.18um CMOS 공정으로 설계하여 MCP로 제작하였다. 선형성을 개선한 밴드갭 기준전압 생성 회로는 BJT의 VBE의 비선형성을 보정 가능하도록 설계하였고 측정 결과 300uV 미만의 선형성을 확보하였다. 설계 제작한 회로는 -20℃에서 60℃ 온도구간과 1.5V에서 4.3V 배터리 셀 전압 영역에서 측정하고 보정한 결과 460uV 미만의 전압 측정 정밀도를 달성하였다. This paper presents the design of an analog front-end circuits for high-precision voltage measurement of battery cells for optimization of electric vehicle battery performance and real-time condition diagnosis. The circuit consists of a high voltage multiplexer, a level shifter, a delta-sigma modulator, a bandgap reference voltage generator improving linearity, and ADC reference voltage generator. The circuit is designed by 40V 0.18um BCD process and 0.18um CMOS process and fabricated with MCP. The bandgap voltage reference circuit compensates the VBE of the BJT which improves linearity of less than 300uV. As the results, The chip shows voltage measurement accuracy less than 460uV in the temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃ and battery cell voltage range of 1.5V to 4.3V.

        해수욕장에 출현하는 유해 해파리 피해 저감 장치의 유형별 장ㆍ단점 분석

        This study aims to analyze merits and demerits of jellyfish blocking devices which can be applied to beach in order to reduce the damages caused by jellyfishes appearing in the Korea major coasts during the summer season. It also aims to contribute to revitalizing the local economy by suggesting countermeasures for the toxic jellyfish damages on the coasts. Both optimal design and blocking rate of the jellyfish blocking nets were tested based on environmental monitoring and survey of submarine topography near the waters of swimming beach. It was concluded that mesh-type, mobile tube-type, pile-reinforced type, and fixed fishing gear type could be applicable as jellyfish blocking nets, including the existing method using a scoop net.
