Lesions with coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) can become complicated during percutaneous coronary intervention. Here, we report a case of a 78-year-old man who developed a rupture, and spontaneous sealing of the CAA occurred after stent implantation, as shown by computed tomography coronary angiography.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the configuration of urban walking pathways, as well as pedestrians’ affective responses such as walking excitement and enjoyment, influence perceived walking distance. Within an immersive virtual reality (VR) urban setting, 87 participants randomly experienced 258 differing conditions, after which they were queried about their VR walking experience. Results show that current pathway indices, such as the number of right angle turns, did not successfully explain differing perceived walking distances in the urban setting. When participants enjoyed or were more excited during their walking, however, their perceived walking distance decreased. The analysis findings call for a new research lens for measuring configurational characteristics of urban pathways and a new hypothesis that explores walking distance estimations in association with street or pathway features that enhance pedestrians’ affective responses of excitement and enjoyment. The new lens and hypothesis will help encourage the walkability of the urban setting. Gastric xanthoma which is not a true neoplasm and clinically insignificant consists of the small yellowish lesion of the gastric mucosa, frequently of multiple occurrence. Histologically the lesion shows chronic superficial gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and occasional collections of foam cells within the lamina propria. Electron microscopically. the xanthoma, cells are composed of. lipid-laden histiocytes with. many autophagocytic Iysosomes surrounding the cytoplasmic lipid vacuoles. Many residual bodies are also noted. The pathogenesis of the gastric xanthoma is obscure, however it is thought that a previous focal lesion of the gastric mucosa may have been a factor. One case of gastric xanthoma is reported here and a brief review of literature is also made.
전자현미경 검사에 의해 확진된 균상식 육종(Mycosis fungoides) 1예
권태정,김정숙,이유복,Kwon, T.J.,Kim, C.S.,Lee, Y. B. 한국현미경학회 1982 Applied microscopy Vol.12 No.1
Mycosis fungoides is an uncommon, chronic fatal disease of lymphoreticular system associated with primary ski3 involvement for many years and terminating as a malignant lymphoma with involvement of lymph nodes and viscerae. On occasion it simulates numerous other nonspecific benign skin lesions, thus it may be impossible to decide whether the infiltrate represents early mycosis fungoides or nonspecific on the histopathologic ground alone. A case of mycosis fungoides was confirmed by electron microscopy and reported here. The patient was 69-years-old male who had suffered from erythematous scaly eruption on the whole body since 10 years. Skin biopsies of 4 times showed focal ulceration with chronic nonspecific inflammation and polymorphic cell infiltration in lower dermis, thus possibility of mycosis fungoides could not be completely ruled out. Electron microscopically several atypical lymphoid cells, which had a large cerebriform nucleus with peripheral condensation of dense chromatin and scant cytoplasm, were noted in the upper dermis. Intraepidermal infiltration of these atypical cells was also seen. It was thought that the electron microscopic study may be very helpful to differentiate equivocal mycosis fungoides from the nonspecific dermatosis.
