The purpose of this study is to conduct empirical analysis on the influence for the emotional response and the intention of revisiting when it is perceived by foreign tourists after they used guesthouses in Korea. The existence of the guesthouse, providing not only accommodations but also various values, must be magnified by providing great convenience with satisfying tourists` demand who want inexpensive and comfortable travel in the time of the lack of lower-priced accommodations for tourists` convenience and the absolute need of service quality`s improvements. This might help the promotion of revisiting by making good images on the tourist attractions. Therefore, following results are obtained by selecting samples through convenience sampling method for foreigners who have used guesthouses located in Dongdaemun, Myeongdong and Hongdae, Seoul. First, when customers perceived the value of guesthouse highly, it affects meaningful influence on the emotional response. Second, when customers perceived the value of guesthouse highly, it affects meaningful influence on the intention of revisiting. Third, the emotional response of customers using guesthouses affects meaningful influence on the intention of revisiting. It is expected that guesthouse which is in the initial research stage will be able to be in one category of tourism industry and also the guesthouse which is one of the most important categories in tourism industry to be generalized among the guesthouse in initial market stage oriented.
FastImage1300에서의 효율적인 MPEG - 4 부호화기 구현

본 논문은 FastImage1300가 제공하는 병렬처리 구조를 사용하여 최적의 MPEG - 4 부호화기를 구현하기 위한 프로세서 및 데이터 관리 방법을 제시한다. MPEG - 4 부호화기가 가진 병렬성과 순차성을 FastImage1300 특성에 맞추어서 이 시스템이 제공할 수 있는 최대 속도로 동작하는 MPEG - 4 부호화기를 구현한다. 이 부호화기를 사용하여 CIF 영상을 MPEG - 4 CP@L3로 최대 25fps까지 부호화 할 수 있다.

Piezocone penetration testing(CPTu) results such as cone resistance(q<SUB>c</SUB>), sleeve friction(f<SUB>s</SUB>), and pore pressure(u), have been carried out at 5 sites in Honam high-speed railway areas of Korea, in order to continuously estimate the characteristics of soil layers and the undrained shear strength(S<SUB>u</SUB>) in a soft ground. For the applications of the conventional CPTu results to undrained shear strength, the cone factors(N<SUB>kt</SUB>) were deduced based on Field vane tests, and Monte-Carlo Simulation(MCS). Moreover the correlations of the undrained shear strength of CPTu by soil depths were compared and revised with the results of triaxial compression(UU test), field vane and Dilatometer tests(DMT). The depths of soft foundation at 5 sites in Honam high-speed railway areas were calculated based on the results of the various field tests in addition CPTu. The applicability of CPTu for a soft foundation criterion referred to the criteria of high-speed railway and related agencies in Korea was evaluated.

최근, 스마트폰이 필수로 자리 잡히면서 사람들은 주로 스마트폰을 이용해 사진 또는 영상을 찍는다. 이때 삼각대를 사용하게 되는데 혼자 있는 상황에서는 높낮이와 수평이 알맞은지 확인할 수가 없다. 사진을 촬영 후 맞지 않는다면 조정을 위해 여러 번 움직여야 하는 불편함이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하고자 제작한 삼각대는 삼각대에서 스마트폰으로 넘어온 카메라 화면 데이터를 보고 직접 움직이지 않고 높낮이와 좌우 조정을 할 수 있다. 이는 어플을 이용해 삼각대에 부착된 모터를 다양하게 구동한다. 이 삼각대는 문화생활과 취미의 질을 높여주고 전문가들에게도 전보다 편리하게 사진을 찍을 기회를 제공한다. Recently, as smartphones have become essential, people mainly take pictures or videos using smartphones. Here, the tri-pod is used, but when you are alone, it is impossible to check whether the tri-pod"s high and low and horizontal are fit. If it doesn"t fit after taking a picture, it"s inconvenient that you have to move several times with adjusting tri-pod. The new tri-pod manufactured to solve these drawbacks can be adjusted in high and low, left and right without moving directly by looking at the camera screen data transferred to the smartphone. It uses the application to drive the motor fixed to the tri-pod in various ways. This new tri-pod improves the quality of cultural life and hobbies, and provides professionals with more convenient opportunities to take pictures than ever before.
