        체험품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        The specific goals of this study are as follows: First, we develop the items to measure the quality of rural tourism experience based on the Pine and Gilmore's experience economy theory and related literatures. Second, we examine the quality of experience is more important than it of service as Pine and Gilmore suggested. Third, we investigate which experience quality factors are more important in the farm tourism. Finally, we investigate the quality of experience affect on the visitors satisfaction. The results show that the importance of experience quality was more high than the service quality importance among the farm tourists. The effect of the four kinds of experience quality factors on customer satisfaction appears statistically significant. And the quality of experience results in very important factor affecting on the visitors satisfaction.         병원내 집단간의 수간호사 역할지각에 관한 연구

        The trend in administration of hospital organization is decentrali-zation and specialization by units or by functions. Therefore, there is high need to reinforce administration systems especially tuned for each nursing unit and the nursing unit manager will possess a more important position in the hospital as well as in nursing administration. A head nurse``s role will enhance patients`` satis-faction by providing improved nursing, and will set up a role model for staff nurse that affects various aspects, of the profession such as self achievement and job satisfaction. The study attempts to give understanding of and explanations to the subjective assessment of individual hospital members regarding head nurse``s role. Since perception is the process individuals use to select, organize, store, and interpret stimuli into a meaningful and coherent picture of the world, role perception is a subjective concept. So, the research method utilized Q-methodology that explains the respondent``s subjectivity by objectifying his subjectivity. The purpose of this study is to characterize the subjective structure of head nurse``s role perceptions and to examine the relationships between own cognition and the perception of the second person``s cognition of head nurse``s role according to the coorientation model. 33 head nurses and 29 other department members in 5 university hospitals served as respondents. The result of this study shows that there are three types each, respectively of subjectivity in head nurses and other department members concerning head nurses`` role, and there are four factors each, respectively of recognition of head nurse``s role perceived by each group about the other group. The relationship between the above-mentioned patterns through a coorientation model was as follows; In the relation of head nurses and other department members in Hospital to the head nurse``s role, the degree of their agreement was high. The congruency between own cognition about head nurse`` role and perception of other``s cognition showed low. Also, the accuracy of the own subjectivity on head nurse``s role and own recognition as perceived by other was low. Consequently, this study discovered dissimilarities of head nurse``s role perception between role sectors and role senders. By doing this, available evidence suggests that role conflict exists in head nurse``s role performance and that it may be caused by difference of role perceptions. Few suggestion have been made based on the conclusion. There is a need for relative study of head nurse``s role perceptions between staff nurses / doctors and head nurses.

        병원 진료 안내 디지털 사이니지 개선 효과 연구 - 근거기반디자인(EBD) 과정을 적용하여

        Purpose: Evidence-based design is the process of making design decisions based on reliable research to achieve the best results, so it is important to accumulate reliable evidence through research. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present new evidence by applying the evidence-based design process to improve the digital signage for each room spaces in hospitals and verifying its effectiveness. Method: Through the 8-step process of evidence-based design, improved digital signage for each room spaces are installed. It conducted surveys and statistical analysis to prove hypotheses by linking design and research. Results: The hypotheses established in the study are: 1) improvement in the readability of digital signage is correlated with patient satisfaction; 2) Improving the intuitiveness of digital signage correlates with patient satisfaction; 3) Improving the sufficiency of digital signage correlates with patient satisfaction. As a result of satisfaction analysis and correlation analysis, all of the above hypotheses were proven. Implications: Although the hospital sign system is the element that patients rely on most intuitively in the long journey of reception, waiting, examination, and treatment, there is insufficient evidence to refer to or apply it when designing. It is necessary to expand future research to expand the evidence that can be applied to hospital sign design.

      • ATM 점대다점 연결망에서의 자기치료 방법

        지금까지 제안된 자기치료 방법들은 점대점 연결들을 회복 시켜주는 방법들이다. 본 논문에서는 ATM에서의 점대다점 연결을 갖는 링크가 장애를 일으킨 경우 그 링크를 지나던 점대다점 연결들을 효율적으로 다른 경로로 회복시켜 줄 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 임의의 점대다점 연결에 속해있던 멤버노드가 자신이 연결에서부터 고립되었음을 감지하면 기존의 방법과 같이 장애가 일어난 물리링크로 직접 연결되어 있는 이웃노드와도 복구를 시도하지만 그 점대다점 연결에 속한 다른 멤버노드와도 복구를 시도한다. 제안된 방법은 기존의 자기치료 방법보다 복구경로의 홉(hop)수를 줄이며 복구경로를 찾는 시간을 줄이고, 보다 높은 복구율을 갖는 장점을 갖는다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 LATA (Local Access Transport Area) 망에서 모의실험을 하였다. The existing self-healing techniques have been studied and developed for point to-point connections. This paper proposes new self-healing method for ATM networks to efficiently recover from failure in multipoint connections. In our method, the node detecting the failure tries to recover from the failure with the other member nodes of the failed point. to-multipoint connection as well as the node connected directly with the failed link. The proposed method improves the time necessary to search rerouting path to replace the failed path, shorten the number of hop count of the new path and provide higher restoration ratio than existing method whose rerouting path is searched only between two nodes connected with failed link. To show the performance of proposed method, simulation study is done in LATA (Local Access Transport Area) model.

        다시마와 키토산을 첨가한 전통고추장의 품질특성에 관한 연구

        고추장의 품질향상을 위해 다시마와 키토산의 농도를 달리하여 첨가하고 20℃에서 24주간 숙성시키면서 효소활성도와 미생물상, 이화학적 특성을 비교하였다. 고추장의 α와 β-amylase는 각각 다시마 2%, 키토산 0.1%첨가구에서 조금 높은 활성을 보이나 산성 protease활성은 이들의 첨가농도가 증가하면 감소하였다. 효모수는 숙성 4~8주경에 10^5~10^6 CFU/g으로 증가하였고, 세균수는 키토산이나 다시마의 첨가로 감소하였다. 수분은 숙성 12주까지 서서히 증가하나 수분활성도는 감소하였고, 다시마 첨가구에서 낮았다. 점조성은 숙성 중기이후에 증가하였으며 다시마 첨가시 증가되었다. 고추장의 색도는 숙성 중 a값이 낮아졌고, 다시마 첨가량이 증가하면 a와 b값이 낮아졌다. ΔE값은 고추장 숙성중 증가하나 다시마 첨가구에서 낮았다. 적정산도는 4주 이후에 감소되었으며, 키토산의 첨가농도가 높을수록 낮았다. 다시마와 키토산의 농도가 증가할수록 숙성 후기의 아미노태 질소는 많았고, 암모니아태질소는 키토산 첨가구에서 낮았다. 환원당은 숙성 4~8주에 급격히 증가하였으며, 키토산 첨가량이 증가할수록 많았다. 알콜은 숙성 12~16주까지 증가되었으며, 다시마 첨가구에서 낮았다. 고추장의 맛과 색, 전반적인 기호도는 키토산 0.1%첨가시 좋았고, 다시마는 첨가량이 증가할수록 맛, 색, 향기모두 낮은 판정을 받았다. In order to improve the quality of traditional kochujang, submaterials like sea tangle and chitosan were added to kochujang and their effects on microbial characteristics, enzyme activities and physicochemical characteristics were investigated for 24 weeks of fermentation. The activities of α, β-amylase in kochujang were higher in sea tangle added at 2% level and chitosan added at 0.1% level. However, acidic protease activity decreased as the ratio of submaterials increased. Viable cells of yeasts in the kochujang increased rapidly for 4~8 weeks of fermentation, and bacterial counts decreased in submaterials added groups. Moisture contents of kochujang increased until 12 weeks of fermentation, but water activity decreased. As the ratio of sea tangle increased, water activity decreased. Con-sistency of kochujang increased after middle of fermentation, and they increased remarkably by addition of sea tangle. The degree of increase in total color difference (ΔE) of sea tangle added group was lowest. The titratable acidity of kochujang decreased after 4 weeks, and they changed a little by addition of chitosan. Amino nitrogen contents of kochujang increased as mixing ratio of submaterials increased in the late period of aging. Ammonia nitrogen contents was lower in chitosan added kochujang at 24 week of fermentation. Reducing sugar contents of kochujang increased rapidly for 4~8 weeks of fermentation, and they increased as the ratio of chitosan increased. Ethanol contents of kochujang increased until 12~16 weeks of fermentation, with lower values in sea tangle added group. After 24 weeks of fermentation, the result of sensory evaluation showed that 0.1% chitosan added kochujang were more acceptable than sea tangle added kochujang in the taste, color and overall acceptability.
