한국어 자모 Viable Prefix를 이용한 외래어 표기 교정 기법

한국어 문서에서 외래어 표기는 한 단어에 대해 한 개만 존재하는 것이 아니라 여러 개의 다른 표기로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 표기상 불일치는 하나의 단어가 다른 개념으로 인식되어 정보 검색 시스템의 성능 저하의 원인이 된다. 따라서 정보 검색 시스템에서는 다양한 외래어 표기에 대해 같은 개념으로 인식하여 검색할 수 있도록 외래어 표기법에 맞는 외래어 표기로 교정하는 전처리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 질의어로 외래어가 입력되면, 이를 근거로 외래어 표기법에 맞는 외래어 표기로 교정해주는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 한국어 자모의 viable prefix를 이용하여 후보 외래어 표기를 생성하는 가상 트리를 작성하고 불필요한 외래어를 가지치기함으로써 검색 정확도를 높이고 속도를 개선한다. In Korean documents, there are diverse spellings of transliterated foreign loanwords. This fact diminishes the performance of information retrieval systems in that a foreign word can be recognized differently, which is to say, as two or several different words. Thus, information retrieval systems require preprocessing to correct nonstandard loanword spellings prior to searching and recognizing corresponding equivalent words. This paper proposes a method that improves precision and processing efficiency using the Korean alphabet's viable prefix, which prunes a virtual tree from which candidate loanwords are created.

Flatness inspection of PC elements is normally conducted manually by inspectors at manufacturing sites. However, the manual inspection is error-prone and subjective, so it is necessary to develop a robust and efficient flatness measurement method. Recently, a few studies of laser scanner-based flatness inspection have been conducted. However, little attention on field applicability in terms of accuracy, time and cost has been paid. To tackle the limitation, this study aims to compare three sensing method including floor profiler, terrestrial laser scanner and total station for flatness inspection of PC elements. A series of experiments on two full-scale PC slabs were conducted and the results show that the laser scanning method is the most suitable for the PC elements flatness inspection in the aspects of accuracy, time and cost.

교육적, 문화적 활동으로서의 한국 여대생들의 음악활동 조사연구

한국 여대생들의 음악문화 활동은 자기 개선을 위한 가장 중요한 필요 요건 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는, 음악문화 활동에 대해서 여대생들의 실태를 설문 조사하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대다수의 여대생들이 음악문화 활동으로 삶이 윤택하게 되었으며 정신적 건강에도 도움이 되었다고 응답했다. 여대생들의 대부분은 대학 생활에서의 음악문화 활동을 통해 가치 있는 삶을 갖기를 원했다. 한국 여대생들은 스트레스를 해소하고 심신을 전환하기 위하여 교양 과목으로 음악 관련 수업을 듣기를 원하며 음악 관련 수업들이 좀 더 다양한 내용들로 구성되기 원했다. "음악과 관련된 수업을 들어 본 적이 있는가?"라는 질문에 응한 65%가 넘는 응답자가 "그렇다"라고 답했다. 조사에 의하면, 여대생들은 "음악에 관심이 있어서", "좋아서", "호기심에", "음악적 교양을 쌓기 위해", "기분 전환으로", "스트레스를 해소하기 위해", "마음의 여유를 갖기 위해서" 등의 이유로 음악과 관련된 수업을 듣기 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 또, "들어 본 적이 없다"라고 답한 이유로는 "전공이 우선이다", "기회가 없다", "시간이 없다", "음악과 관련된 과목이 부족하다", "흥미는 있지만 공부는 하기 싫다" 등을 꼽았다. 따라서 대학은 많은 음악 분야의 수업들을 개설과 동시에 우리 사회에서 여대생들이 자유롭게 다양한 문화적 활동들을 대학 캠퍼스에서 할 수 있도록 여건을 조성해 주어야 한다. 한국의 여대생들은 전공 수업은 물론 장차 좋은 직업을 갖기 위한 준비 과정에서 많은 스트레스를 받고 있다. 음악문화 활동을 위한 적극적인 지원은 여대생들에게 큰 도움을 준다. 온전한 인간 교육의 산실의 기능까지 하게 된다. 근본적으로 한국 여대생들에게 음악문화 활동에 대한 선행적 사전 교육을 통해 음악문화 활동 방법에 대한 올바른 이해를 시키고 보다 많은 음악 관련 수업을 개설할 필요가 있다. 이를 통해 여대생들의 삶의 질을 높이고 음악적 활동의 보다 다양한 측면을 제공하는 것이 그 역할이라고 할 수 있다. 앞으로 한국 여대생들의 음악문화 활동의 활성화를 위하여 본인들의 노력이 우선적이겠지만 가정과 사회, 대학과 국가의 인적, 물적, 정책적 지원과 연구는 필수적이라고 하겠다. This paper tries to deal with several questions to Korean female college students regarding their musical activities both at the campus and in their social life. More than 50% of students have experienced at least one music class at the university. In addition to this, most of students want to participate in some kinds of musical activities at the campus because they think that music classes in the college are helpful for their career and personality development. Considering tremendous stresses faced by Korean female students especially due to worry about their jobs in the future, a variety of music classes at the campus might be useful for them to overcome these heavy psychological burdens. This study reveals that these needs are expressed by Korean female students. They showed their opinion that if the more music classes are offered at the campus, the better college life they could have. Based on the research findings we can draw some recommendations to Korean universities and education policy makers that a wide variety of music classes should be developed and offered to female college students in Korea.

한국형발사체 발사임무를 위한 나로우주센터 원격자료수신장비 개발 현황

한국형발사체(KSLV-II)는 나로호(KSLV-I)에 비해 비행임무범위가 대폭 증가하여 나로우주센터의 원격자료수신장비 성능개선 및 해외추적소 다운레인지 원격자료수신장비 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 개념설계단계의 한국형발사체 비행궤적에 대해 우주센터 각 추적소에서의 추적정보를 분석하고 임무구간을 설정하여, 임무수행을 위한 요구사항을 지상국별로 도출하였다. 도출된 요구사항은 원격자료수신장비 성능개선(기존 시스템), 해외추적소 다운레인지 장비구축(신규), 감시제어시스템(지상국 운용 소프트웨어) 개발을 통해 구현되고 있으며 이의 현황을 살펴본다. The mission scope of KSLV-II will be significantly increased compared to KSLV-I launch vehicle. So, it is required to upgrade of the Ground Telemetry Station in NARO Space Center and to establish a Downrange station in PALAU Republic for the launch mission of KSLV-II. In this paper, the nominal trajectory of KSLV-II is analyzed on each telemetry station. With these tracking information, the mission scope(AOS, LOS) and the system requirements of each station are defined. In addition, the current situation and development of upgrading the Ground Telemetry Station, establishing Downrange station and operating software development in NARO Space Center are presented.

도시지역의 침수저감을 위한 내외수 연계 운영 기법 개발: 목감천 유역을 중심으로

최근 전 세계적으로 기후변화로 인해 설계빈도를 초과하는 강우가 발생함에 따라 도시 지역의 침수피해가 종종 발생한다. 도시 침수방어 대책으로는 구조적 대책과 비구조적 대책이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비구조적 대책 중에서 내배수 시스템의 운영에 초점을 두었다. 제안 방법인 내외수 연계 운영 방법은 상류 지점에 모니터링 지점을 선정하여 빗물펌프장에 유입되는 유입량을 예측하고, 이를 바탕으로 펌프를 운영하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 내외수 연계 운영 기술을 목감천 유역에 적용하였으며, 서울특별시에 큰 침수피해가 발생했던 기왕 강우인 2010년, 2011년 사상을 바탕으로 내외수 연계 운영 방법을 검증하였다. 2010년, 2011년 강우 사상을 적용 결과, 기존 운영 방법대비 침수 저감 효과는 각각 34.9 %, 54.4 % 만큼 감소한 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 본 연구에서 제안한 내외수 연계 운영 방법은 유수지의 추가 저류공간을 확보함으로써 도시 유역 내에서 침수피해를 최소화했음을 확인하였다. 또한, 집중호우가 많이 발생하는 도시지역에서 침수를 예방하고, 시민의 생명과 재산을 지킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Urban areas can often suffer flood damage because of the more frequent catastrophic rainfall events from climate change. Flood mitigation measures consist of (1) structural and (2) non-structural measures. In this study, the proposed method focused on operating an urban drainage system among non-structural measures. The combined inland-river operation technique estimates the inflow of pump stations based on the water level obtained from a preselected monitoring point, and the pump station expels the stored rainwater to the riverside based on those estimates. In this study, the proposed method was applied to the Mokgam drainage watershed, where catastrophic rainfall events occurred (i.e., 2010-and 2011-years), and severe flood damage was recorded in Seoul. Using the proposed method, the efficiency of flood reduction from the two rainfall events was reduced by 34.9 % and 54.4 %, respectively, compared to the current operation method. Thus, the proposed method can minimize the flood damage in the Mokgam drainage watershed by reserving the additional storage space of a reservoir. In addition, flooding from catastrophic rainfall can be prevented, and citizens" lives and property in urban areas can be protected.

놀이문화로서의 음악활동

People in the present time have been trying to satisfy an emotional desire by doing various musical activities since their career cannot gratify ones wants. Gradually, an increasing number of people are pursuing their self-realization through the playing culture such as musical activities not from their professional achievements. As the result of an adequate and up-to-date survey, this paper will present that musical activities as a playing culture regard by means of acquiring sociality and individuality as well as the quest of the mental rest. The followings are results from the analysis. 1. The first reason for the activities of the playing culture due to getting rid of stress and desiring for mental stability. 2. People perceive as equally important their activities for the amusement and their jobs. 3. The main reason that people cannot enjoy their musical activities is lack of time to spare as a cultural life. Usually, people in Korea can afford for the musical activity 1 or 2 hours a week in consequence of reflecting the busy life. 4. The most favorite musical activity is listening music. Most people like to listen to popular songs. 5. In general, a large part of people in the survey answered `They feel happy in their life` after their musical activities. In addition to this, these activities maximize labor efficiency, and give encouragement to students for being active and filling a desire to learn on the higher level in their school life. In case of full-time housewives, musical activities speed up their houseworks so they can enjoy break time with music. Musical activities are related not only with rest, refreshment, freedom, happiness and satisfaction but also with cultural and social value. Participating various activities can get a lot of experiences and it is also a good chance to heighten the level of ones cultivation and personality and to contribute self-development.
