어머니의 훈육 방식과 유아의 사회정서능력의 관계

The purpose of this research was to seek out the relations between a mother's method of discipline and the child's social and emotional competence. The respondent of 153 mothers having 3-year-olds, and 162 mothers having 5-year-olds, living in G city were joined. Judither Christopher(2002)'s method was used for the determination of mothers' discipline method. Also, for the determination of the teachers' discipline method, 55 teachers of those children were joined as the respondent. La Freniere and Dumpas method(1996) was used for the determination of children's social and emotional competence. For the analysis of data, Two-way ANOVA and Pearson's difference between boys and girls in anxiety. Third, there was a relation between 3 and 5 year older boys' anger ? aggression and mothers' mode of psycho-regulatory rearing discipline and children's social competence, 3 and 5 year girls' social and emotional competence had relation with mothers' supportive discipline. According to these results, we can know that not only age and gender but also mothers' mode of rearing was an important variable in promoting. social and emotional competence. Expecting more progressive studies for the measurement of early children's social and emotional competence, the systematic programs that can develop social and emotional competence. That is, the program classified by ages and situations are needed to be developed by implementing qualitative researches.

프랜차이즈 헤어살롱 종사자가 인식하는 ESG 촉진요인이 도입의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in ESG promotion factors and adoption intentions among franchise hair salon employees based on their general characteristics, and to identify the impact of ESG promotion factors on adoption intentions. This study aims to provide the necessary foundational data for establishing effective policies and implementation strategies. A survey was conducted among franchise hair salon employees from Generation Z to older generations, resulting in 492 valid responses used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study results revealed differences in ESG promotion factors based on generation, education level, position, and work experience. Adoption intentions varied by generation, education level, and position. ESG promotion factors, including management willingness, government policy, and consumer demand, significantly influenced adoption intentions, with management willingness being the most crucial factor. This study provides essential insights for establishing ESG adoption and implementation strategies in the franchise hair salon industry and contributes to understanding generational differences in ESG perceptions. Future research should focus on collecting more diverse data and conducting detailed studies on the characteristics and perceptions of franchise hair salon managers.

한글의 시각적 우수성과 오방색을 활용한 작품제작 연구

As the number of people who enjoy K-culture increases due to the recent rapid spread of the Korean Wave, the status of the Korean language is also increasing. At this time, this study aims to expand the range and realm of beauty art by sublimating the tradition of our nation into modern art by producing various Hangeul design works by fusing Hangeul and Obangsaek for the globalization of Korean traditional cultural contents. As for the research method, prior to the production of the work, the formativeness of the Korean design work and the symbolic meaning of Obangsaek were considered by referring to previous research and Internet photo data, and then the metal craft was reinterpreted with the motif of Hangeul and Obangsaek to shape the human body. It was designed using EVA foam and PVC color film, which are easy to express vivid colors. We tried to fuse Korean tradition and modern sensibility by arranging Obangsaek colors in metallic materials that are reminiscent of urban and coldness, and by embodying the researcher’s sensibility and individuality in the motif of Hangeul and Obangsaek, they were formatively embodied in the human body to design elements and principles. was harmoniously expressed and produced as a total of 5 beauty art works. Artwork 1 expresses the intensity of the sun using Obangsaek red, and Artwork 2 visually captures the dignity and sacredness of yellow. Artwork 3 expressed patriotism by designing the Korean Peninsula and Taegeukgi on the blue sea representing immortality, and Artwork 4 was designed with a unique sensibility by coloring white, which means truth and life. Artwork 5 gave functionality and artistry by producing urban and modern Hangul costume lighting by achromatic coloring of black and white with completely different meanings. The study revealed another artistic possibility of Korean traditional cultural content by creating original works that combine Hangeul and Obangsaek, and confirmed that Obangsaek combined with Hangeul is effective in expressing unique and modern design away from the framework of traditional colors. We hope that traditions, including Hangeul and Obangsaek, will motivate new culture and arts, and that the development of Hangeul design using various materials will lead to continuous follow-up research in the modern beauty art world that can promote the image of K-culture and increase competitiveness.

서울시 청년안심주택의 입지 유형별 특성 분석 - 사업 초기 개발된 16개 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 청년안심주택의 입지와 주변 환경을 파악하고, 청년층의 수요를 반영하는지 확인하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 청년에 대한 주택의 공급 활성화를 위해 양적 확대를 주장한 기존의 연구와 달리, 본 연구는 거주자의 관점에서 대상지를 질적 평가하고자 하였다. QGIS 3.22 프로그램을 통해 청년안심주택의 대상지와 청년 1인가구 밀집지역의 분포 차이를 파악하였고, 청년안심주택이 일반 주거지역보다 상업지역에 다수 분포하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이후 청년안심주택을 유형별로 구분하고, 16개의 사례 대상지에 대한 접근성 분석 및 거주자 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 초기 역세권 청년주택이라는 취지에 맞게, 대중교통에 대한 접근성은 우수하였지만, 연령별, 혼인여부, 자녀유무에 따라 입지 및 도보권 내 선호하는 시설에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 청년안심주택의 입지는 도로 현황 및 인프라, 대지 특성을 고려하여 선정되어야 하며, 신규 건설을 통한 공급 위주의 정책 대신 청년층의 수요를 반영하는 청년주거 지원 정책의 필요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 역세권 청년주택에서 청년안심주택으로 변화하는 과정에서 현재를 살펴보고, 추후 새롭게 추진하는 청년주택의 입지 선정에 정책적 자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에 연구의 의의가 있다. This study examines the locations and surrounding environments of 20s-30s youth housing to determine whether they align with the needs of young residents. Unlike previous research, which emphasized the quantitative expansion of youth housing supply, this study takes a qualitative approach by assessing housing sites from the residents’ perspective. Using QGIS 3.22, the study identifies discrepancies between the locations of 20s-30s youth housing and the concentration of youth single-person households. The findings confirm that 20s-30s youth housing is more frequently located in commercial areas than in general residential zones. The study further categorizes 20s~30s youth safe housing by type and conducts an accessibility analysis and a resident survey across 16 case sites. The study’s results indicate that, in line with the original purpose of youth housing in station area, 20s-30s youth housing sites provide generally fair accessibility to public transportation. However, location preferences and desired facilities within walkable distance vary depending on age and marital status and whether residents have children. The selection of 20s-30s youth housing locations should take into account road conditions, infrastructure, and site-specific attributes, highlighting the necessity of youth housing policies that reflect the actual needs of young residents, rather than relying solely on supply-driven policies through new construction. This research is significant in that it examines the transition from youth housing in station area to 20s-30s youth housing in underdeveloped areas, thereby offering valuable insights and policy recommendations for the strategic selection of future youth housing locations.

SNS 미용정보품질이 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to understand SNS satisfaction and behavioral intentions by applying SNS beauty information quality and to seek SNS marketing strategies that can attract consumer satisfaction based on this. For the empirical survey according to the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on adults using SNS, and the final 273 copies were used as the final analysis data. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 22.0, and the collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that SNS beauty information quality affects satisfaction and behavioral intention, and specifically, information provision, usefulness, reliability, and up-to-date should be noted, and consumers are expected to have a positive effect when trendy and reliable information is useful to consumers. These findings are expected to help attract efficient customers to revitalize the beauty industry by providing important information to understand the behavior of recent SNS consumers, and in subsequent studies, various factors of SNS beauty information quality that affect the satisfaction and behavioral intentions of diversified SNS users are expected to be conducted.

Maternal Death due to Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy

Acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) is one of the sudden unexpected causes in pregnancy and maternal deaths. It has been considered as a potential fatal disease in pregnancy, but the postmortem findings of AFLP is not well known. Because an unexpected maternal death may lead to a legal dispute, forensic pathologists should be aware of clinical presentations and postmortem findings of AFLP. Therefore, we presented our case and reviewed with literatures.

마케팅 활성화를 통한 건진 수익증대

문제: 2008년 수입예산의 편성을 위해 2개년도의 수입 구조를비교했을때검사공간의 부족외에 여러 내부적 요인과 동일 권역에 경쟁 건진센터의 건립 등 외부적요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 수입의 감소가 예견되고 있는상황이었다. 목적:해결가능한 내부적요인을 찾아 시정하고 외부적 요인에 대해서도 적극적으로대처하여 수입을 증가 시킬방안을실행한다. 의료기관: 서울에 소재한대학병원의 건강증진센터 질향상활동: 수입을 감소시키는 원인을 내부와 외부로 나누어 분석하고 개선할수 있는 방안을 찾아내고 실현 가능한 것을 시행하였다. 개선효과: 개선 활동후 건강검진 수입이 전년대비 27%, 수입이 가장 높았던 해와 비교 할 때 17%가 증가 한 것 으로 나타났다. 교훈: 수입감소를 유발하는 요인들을 여러경로를 통해 문제점을 수집 및 분석하고고객이 요구하는것을 파악하는것이 최우선이었다 그결과장비 신규구입과 건진 젠터 규모의 확대와 같은시설과장비의 개선, 해외의료 홍보, 텔레마케터의 양성과 교육등과 같이 여러부서에 걸쳐 협조가 필요한 사항과, 새로운 건진프로그램의 개발 및 영업력의 강화등부서 차원의 프로세스 개선과 교육을통해 고객에게 한걸음 더 다가가는 것이 가장중요한 요소로 나티났다.
