The protocrystalline silicon (pc-Si:H) multilayer solar cell is very promising owing to its fast stabilization with low degradation against light irradiation. However, the pc-Si:H multi layers have not extensively been investigated in detail on its material characteristics yet. We present the material characteristics of pc-Si:H multilayer using a transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and Raman spectroscopy. In addition, we present the superior light-soaking behavior of the pc-Si:H mutt i layer solar cell. A TEM micrograph shows that a pc-Si:H multilayer has a repeatedly layered structure and crystalline-like objects in a-Si:H matrix. A Raman spectra introduces improved short-range-order and medium-range-order in pc-Si:H multilayer. As a result the excellent metastability of the pc-Si:H multilayer solar cell is primarily due to the repeatedly layered structure that improves a structural order in absorber layer.

A thin-film multijunction thermal converter was fabricated through the process using 6 inch silicon wafer semiconductor process and bulk micromachining. Evanohm R alloy and chromel-constantan were used as a heater and thermocouple materials, respectively. The temperature coefficient of resistance of Evanohm R heater was about 75.12 ppm/℃ and the voltage sensitivity of the thermal converter indicated about 5.75 mV/mW in air. The transfer differences, measured by FRDC-DC method in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 10 kHz, showed the value under about 1.36 ppm, 0.83 ppm for the film thickness of 500, 200 nm, respectively. And in case of a 200 nm-thick thermal converter, the AC-DC transfer differences seems to be stabilized below the value of 1 ppm in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 500 kHz.

We have developed highly stabilized (p-i-n)-type protocrystalline silicon (pc-Si:H) multilayer solar cells. To achieve a high conversion efficiency, we applied a double-layer p-type amorphous silicon-carbon alloy (p-a-Si_{1-x}C_x:H) structure to the pc-Si:H multilayer solar cells. The less pronounced initial short wavelength quantum efficiency variation as a function of bias voltage proves that the double (p-a-Si_{1-x}C_x:H) layer structure successfully reduces recombination at the p/i interface. It was found that a natural hydrogen treatment involving an etch of the defective undiluted p-a-SiC:H window layer before the hydrogen-diluted p-a-SiC:H buffer layer deposition and an improvement of the order in the window layer. Thus, we achieved a highly stabilized efficiency of 9.0% without any back reflector.

기존의 범용적인 분말 소화기 또는 가스계 소화장치와는 달리, 특정 성분의 고체 물질이 연소할 때 발생하는 알칼리 금속염이 함유된 에어로졸 형태의 고농도 소화성분으로 화재를 진압하는 자동소화 장치를 개발하였다. 이 장치는 화재발생 시 자동으로 작동되며, 이때 방출되는 에어로졸은 입자 크기가 <TEX>$1.0{\mu}g$</TEX> 이하로 매우 작아 우수한 소화성능을 나타내며, 또한 지구 환경에 영향을 미치는 유해성분을 포함하지 않는 환경 친화적인 차세대 자동소화장치이다. We developed fixed aerosol auto fire-extinguishing systems which are different from fire suppression systems like powder extinguisher or halon extinguishing system, etc. Fixed aerosol auto fire-extinguishing substances which are including solid alkali salts generated by combustion of solid composition. It represents high fire suppression ability due to particle friendly auto fire-extinguishing systems for the reason of excluding toxic substances in it's composition.

The etiology of congenital hydronphrosis are obstruction of urinary tract, underdevelpment of ureteral musculature and abnormality of nerve innervation in fetal life. The onset of symptom congenital hydronephrosis appears later and there are irreversible change of renal paranchyme in most cases. Therefore require early diagnosis and treatment. We experienced a case of congenital hydronephrosis containing about 1,500 cc of hydronephorotic fluid, which was caused by congenital ureteropelvic junction stenosis and report this case with review of lite rature.
