        MFC 기반 하이브리드 전자보오드 검사를 위한 규칙기반 솔루션 설계

        This paper proposes an expert system which is able to enhance the accuracy and productivity by determining the test strategy based on heuristic rules for test of the hybrid electronic circuit board producted massively in production line. The test heuristic rules are obtained from test system designer, test experts and experimental results. The guarding method separating the tested device with circumference circuit of the device is adopted to enhance the accuracy of measurements in the test of analog devices. This guarding method can reduce the error occurring due to the voltage drop in both the signal input line and the measuring line by utilizing heuristic rules considering the device impedance and the parallel impedance. Also, PSA(Parallel Signature Analysis) technique is applied for test of the digital devices and circuits. In the PSA technique, the real-time test of the high integrated device is possible by minimizing the test time forcing n bit output stream from the tested device to LFSR continuously. It is implemented in Visual C++ computer language for the purpose of the implementation of the inference engine using the dynamic memory allocation technique, the interface with the electronic circuit database and the hardware direct control. Finally, the effectiveness of the builded expert system is proved by simulating the several faults occurring in the mounting process the electronic devices to the surface of PCB for a typical hybrid electronic board and by identifying the results.

      • 저압 아크 고장 차단 기술에 대한 기초 조사 연구

        The ELCB(Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) determines whether the earth leakage is or not by comparing the sensitive current furnished from ZCT(Zero Current Transformer) with the predefined threshold value. However, it can not recognize the arc fault in which the magnitude of fault current is very small and so, the arc fault is expanded into very severe electrical fire. The America has propelled making the laws for the arc fault protection from 1999, and NEC(National Electrical Code) defines and mandates the installation of the AFCI(Arc Fault Current Interrupter)s in diverse places such as bedroom, living room, dinner room, sunroom and closets in 2008. GE and Siemens developed the determination technology of arc fault by making R&D effort for AFCI practicalization, and to mitigate the electrical fire, the developed AFCIs are applied widely to home. However, the effort of us about this field is insufficient, and the level also is very low. Accordingly, this paper surveys and analyzes systematically the basic technology needed in developing the arc fault determination technology. Key Words : AFCI, Electrical Panel, ELCB, ZCT, NEC

      • 주상변압기 상관계수에 기반한 배전계통 부하관리 기법 분석 연구

        Although the load management strategy based on distribution transformer correlation coefficients between kWh and peak load requires the inefficiency that the electric crews must install, record, remove the load management recording devices in the transformer sites, this technique make it possible to avoid work it for all the transformer sites pertaining the electric branches. However, because that the rapid increasing of the air conditioner load makes it impossible to represent accurately correlation between kWh and load current. the correlation coefficients more than second-order are required quickly. Accordingly, this paper studies the load management method based on the second-order distribution transformer correlation coefficient. First, the second-order correlation coefficients are determined using LMS(Least Mean Square) method, next, the prediction method for the electric load of the near future is studied based on it. Finally, the accuracy and effectiveness of the method determining second-order correlation coefficients and of the load prediction method are verified by simulation results.

        This paper surveys and analyses the configuration and function of distribution automation system which is able to correspond effectively to requirements of high quality power. it analyses the configuration relationship between distribution system and distribution automation system in overall distribution automation system composition. Also it surveys hardware composition of distribution automation system, intelligent alarm processor, and feeder automation software, database. Expecially methodology searching the connectivity of distribution system is proposed through relationship among databases in distribution database. Also relationship between distribution SCADA and power SCADA is surveyed. It is expected that this study results can be utilized as basic data for automation of distribution system.

      • 감염증 치료에 항생제는 만능인가?

        The issues related to the antimicrobial resistance and the immunologic meaning of fever are briefly reviewed. Antimicrobial resistance is an ongoing challenge for the clinicial. The resistance is associated with inappropriate use of antimicrobial drugs. The emergence of penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae, methicillin-resistant staphylococcus, expanded spectrum β-lactam antibiotics, and vancomycin-resistant enterococci have the great impact on the practice of medicine. The problem of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis is also serious problem in our country. We might be faced with post-antibiotic era if current practice prevails; high usage and misuse of antimicrobials. Despite increasing awareness, health care providers have paid little attention to the problem. To reduce antimicrobial resistance, physicians should throughly stick to appropriate principles of antimicrobial chemotherapy. Fever has been recognized as a common sign of clinical disease but its biological purpose is unclear. To investigate the effect of heat shock response on acute lung injury (ALI) of the rats induced by intratracheally administered tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF) which is an important mediator of sepsis, we instilled either saline or TNF intratracheally with and without heat pretreatment in Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 325-375 g. The heated rats were raised their rectal temperature to 41℃ and was maintained thereafter for 13 mins at 18 h before intratracheal administration of saline or TNF. We found that there is no difference in lung leak index and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity after 5 h of teratment among the rats given saline intratracheally with and without heat pretreatment. Rats administered TNF with heat-pretreatment had decreased lung leak index (0.137±0.012) and lung MPO activity (5.51 ± 1.04 U/gm) compared to those of TNF administered rats without heat-pretreatment (0.186±0.016, 14.34±1.22 U/gm) (P〈0.05 in each). There were no significant difference in lung leak index and MPO activity between TNF-treated rats with heatpretreatment and saline-treated rats. These findings indicate that the heat shock response attenuated neutrophil recruitment and acute lung leak induced by intratracheal instillation of TNF in rats. Although fever has not been determined a definite beneficial effect in ALI, it would be cautious before determintion of fever suppression in the patients with ALI based on evaluation of relative risks and benefits of fever individually.
