프로세스 마이닝 기반의 프로세스 혁신 지식 발견과 진단: 전자결재 업무를 중심으로

다양한 디바이스(엑스레이 장비와 자기공명촬영장치 등)와 전사 어플리케이션(전사적자원관리 시스템, 고객관계관리 시스템, 그룹웨어 등)이 데이터의 폭발적인 성장을 이끌고 있다. 프로세스 마이닝은 이러한 디바이스와 전사 어플리케이션이 남긴 업무 수행에 관한 로그 데이터(이벤트 로그)를 분석해서 프로세스 혁신 지식(프로세스 모델, 프로세스 성과 정보, 병목지점, 위반사례 등)을 발견하고, 프로세스를 진단하는데 활용될 수 있다. 프로세스 마이닝의 산업 활용 사례가 전 세계적으로 증가하고 있으나, 국내 산업에 적용된 사례가 드물고 관련 방법론이 견고하지 못한 상황이다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해서 본 연구는 전사 어플리케이션 중의 하나인 전자결재 시스템의 로그 데이터를 분석하여 전재결재 업무에 관한 프로세스 지식 발견과 진단을 위한 프로세스 마이닝 기반의 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 방법론은 국내 M대학교의 전자결재 업무에 대한 진단 사례를 통해서 검증된다. 본 연구의 결과는 IT 시장조사기관인 IDC가 예측한 빅 데이터(big data)의 폭발적인 성장 환경에서 국내 민간과 공공분야가 프로세스 혁신 지식의 발견을 통해서 새로운 기회를 찾는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 토론된다.
한국초등미술에서 종이판화의 실제 문제와 그 대안 연구 : 기법, 판화용구 및 매체 사용을 중심으로

This report has been studied in order to guide the desirable collagraph producing in art subject in an elementary school. The content of this study was the review of various techniques, forms and teaching aids and their usage. The methods of this study was to research and analyze teacher's actural state of understanding, art teacher's book, the techniques described on teaching aids and their usage. So I can find out the real problems and make an alternative measure through this study. Finally this studty is as follows. First, the collagraph which has alternative quality on the original printmaking techniques has a possibility to extend the range of printmaking in the elementary school. Second, the successful art(expression) activity can be done with the concrete techniques and proper teaching aids and usage. Third, this study inspected the potential of collagraph as a formative art, possibility of teacher's real guidance and educational development through the various techniques and proper teaching aids and usage.
산수유(Corni Fructus)의 채취 시기에 따른 이화학적 품질 특성

To determine the proper picking period for Corni Fructus, the seed removal degree, free sugar contents, antioxidant capacities, and Hunter's color values were investigated at intervals of 15 days from 236 days after full bloom (DAFB) to 327 DAFB. The seed removal degree maximized at 280 DAFB (p<0.05), at this point the moisture contents were 197.40% (db) and 66.00% (wb). The seed removal degrees were also investigated during hot air drying, and the best seed removal degree was obtained at moisture contents of 191.90% (db) and 65.74% (wb), similar to those observed at 280 DAFB. Fructose and glucose were detected, and their contents decreased slowly after 280 DAFB. Total phenolic contents (TPC), and DPPH radical scavening activity both decreased over the picking periods, but total anthocyanin contents (TAC) decreased after 280 DAFB. The redness, and yellowness of Corni Fructus powders, determined by using Hunter's colorimeter, decreased after 280 DAFB, but lightness decreased over the picking periods. Studies of the physicochemical quality characteristics revealed that the proper picking period of Corni Fructus should be 280 DAFB.
약용버섯(상황·영지) β-glucan 미세캡슐 제품의 유통기한 설정

This study was conducted to establish the shelf life of β-glucan microcapsules from the medicinal mushrooms (Phellinus baumii and Ganoderma lucidum). Changes in the quality attributes, including moisture content, color, and total bacterial count, of the β-glucan microcapsules were analyzed during storage for 5 months at 10℃, 25℃, and 40℃. The moisture content of β-glucan microcapsule from P. baumii did not show any significant difference during storage at 25℃ and 40℃, but decreased after 3 months storage at 10℃. The moisture content of the β-glucan microcapsule from G. lucidum showed slight increase and decrease during storage at 25℃ and 40℃, but at 10℃, showed an initial decrease for 3 months and then increased. ΔE values of β-glucan microcapsules from P. baumii and G. lucidum did not change during 5 months at various storage temperatures. The total bacterial count of the microcapsules from both P. baumii and G. lucidum maintained their initial values without significant changes according to storage period and temperature. Overall, the shelf life of β-glucan microcapsule from P. baumii was determined to be 30.11 months according to the moisture content and β-glucan microcapsule from G. lucidum was determined to be 24.82 months according to the total bacterial count. Thus, it is desirable to establish the storage period of 24 months at 25℃.
프로세스 마이닝 기반의 프로세스 분석과 개선에 관한 연구 :글로벌 IT 기업의 인시던트 관리 프로세스 분석을 중심으로

Recently, there has been an increasing interest in process analytics which provides insights gained from analyzing voluminous log data recording business process behaviors in IT systems. Among process analytics fields, process mining offers innovative techniques for gaining process insights through evidence-based understanding and analyzing business process behaviors. We analyzed incident and problem management processes in a global IT company by using process mining and related analytical techniques. The incident and problem management logs contain 7,554/2,306 cases and 65,533/9,011 events respectively. By analyzing these logs, we could deal with the four challenges raised by the company. In addition, improvement initiatives based on analysis results have been successfully suggested. We hope that domestic managers will be interested in process mining in a big data world.
