파핏(Derek Parfit)은 공리주의의 몰개인성에 대한 철학적ㆍ직관적 거부감은 우리가 어떤 존재인가에 대한 잘못된 형이상학적 신념에서 비롯되었다고 주장한다. 그의 심리적 환원주의는 우리의 독립적 실체성을 부정하고 의식의 통일성을 심리적 연결성의 정도의 문제로 정의함으로써 견고한 인격동일성(personal identity)을 요구하는 의무론적 도덕 원칙들의 중요성을 축소하려 시도한다. 『이유와 인격』에서 파핏이 전개한 친공리주의적 논변은 인격의 본질에 대한 이론적 분석과 규범 윤리학의 관계에 대한 비상한 관심을 조성하였으나 정작 공리주의자들로부터 전폭적인 환영을 받지는 못했다. 사실적인 측면에서 공리주의자들은 파핏의 심리적 환원주의가 그려내는 인격관을 수용하지 않으며 그럴 이유도 없다. 그들은 결코 롤즈(John Rawls)나 하트(H.L.A. Hart)가 이해하는 것처럼 인격을 단순히 경험들의 용기(container) 정도로만 생각 하지 않는다. 그런데 파핏은 공리주의의 인격관에 대한 기존의 일방적이고 편협한 해석에 편승하고 있다. 전략적인 측면에서 그의 논변은 공리주의와 비공리주의의 의견충돌을 해소하는 방향으로 나아가지 못하고, 오히려 양자가 비생산적인 평행선을 걸어가도록 할뿐이다. 이러한 지적들을 비롯하여, 이 논문은 파핏의 논변이 내포한 심각한 취약점들을 진단한다.

시각질의응답과 이미지 캡셔닝은 이미지의 특징과 문장의 언어적인 특징을 이해하는 것을 요구하는 작업이다. 따라서 두 가지 작업 모두 이미지와 텍스트를 연결해 줄 수 있는 공동 어텐션이 핵심이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MSCOCO 데이터 셋에 대하여 사전 훈련된 transformer 모델을 이용 하여 캡션을 생성한 후 이를 활용해 시각질의응답의 성능을 높이는 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이때 질 문과 관계없는 캡션은 오히려 시각질의응답에서 답을 맞히는데 방해가 될 수 있기 때문에 질문과의 유사도를 기반으로 질문과 유사한 일부의 캡션을 활용하도록 하였다. 또한 캡션에서 불용어는 답을 맞히는데 영향을 주지 못하거나 방해가 될 수 있기 때문에 제거한 후에 실험을 진행하였다. 기존 시 각질의응답에서 이미지와 텍스트간의 공동 어텐션을 활용하여 좋은 성능을 보였던 deep modular co-attention network (MCAN)과 유사도 기반의 선별된 캡션을 사용하여 VQA-v2 데이터에 대하여 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 기존의 MCAN모델과 비교하여 유사도 기반으로 선별된 캡션을 활용했을 때 성능 향상을 확인하였다. Visual Question Answering (VQA) and image captioning are tasks that require understanding of the features of images and linguistic features of text. Therefore, co-attention may be the key to both tasks, which can connect image and text. In this paper, we propose a model to achieve high performance for VQA by image caption generated using a pretrained standard transformer model based on MSCOCO dataset. Captions unrelated to the question can rather interfere with answering, so some captions similar to the question were selected to use based on a similarity to the question. In addition, stopwords in the caption could not affect or interfere with answering, so the experiment was conducted after removing stopwords. Experiments were conducted on VQA-v2 data to compare the proposed model with the deep modular co-attention network (MCAN) model, which showed good performance by using co-attention between images and text. As a result, the proposed model outperformed the MCAN model.

The occurrence of immersion and flooding areas due to localized floods and heavy rains have been increasing. To prevent and cope with these annually repeated natural hazards, the overall improvements are needed, including systematic management of the existing immersion marks information. The purpose of this paper is to construct a immersion marks map of coastal area from the representation of past immersion information. In order to understand the nature of the immersion marks, it is necessary to examine first some of the past hazards information in coastal area. Because basic information is short in investigating the damage of a immersion marks, it is also needed to develop an improved method for immersion marks map, using aerial photos and hazards information which are possible for realistic representation.

통영의 복합문화 공간과 미디어 파사드의 효과적 활용방안 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 통영시의 역사 문화예술 관광자원에 관한 적극적 개발, 복합문화공간, 그리고 스토리텔링 기법 활용의 효과성을 제시하는 것이다. 통영은 역사 문화예술의 중심도시로서 다양한 방식의 디지털 스토리텔링 콘텐츠 재현 필요성이 있다. 미디어 파사드는 특정 지역만이 지닌 역사, 전통, 예술, 그리고 문화자원들의 스토리텔링 기법 전개를 통해서 재미, 감동, 그리고 공감대 형성을 극대화할 수 있다. 통영시는 복합문화공간 내 디지털 미디어 기술을 활용하여 다양한 문화, 예술, 역사 콘텐츠를 재현하면서 통영의 가치, 전통, 정체성, 그리고 문화를 관광자들에게 효과적으로 인식하게 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 연구 방법 접근은 통영시의 다양한 문화, 예술, 그리고 역사 자원을 문헌자료와 선행연구들을 토대로 확보하여 활용하는 것이다. 또한 본 연구는 통영시의 현실적 상황을 직접적 답사를 통해서 파악한 후, 비일상성의 판타지를 제공해줄 수 있는 미디어 파사드의 활용적 가치에 주목하였다. 통영시는 다양한 장르의 문화 예술인들을 배출했음에도 관련 콘텐츠의 효과적 활용이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 복합문화공간 필요성은 통영시의 대표적 문화 예술인들에 대한 효과적 활용 가능성에서 찾을 수 있다. 복합문화공간은 공연프로그램 관람, 통영을 대표하는 다양한 예술가들의 작품들, 코발트 블루 색감의 통영 바다 이미지 음료나 다양한 먹거리 제공을 통해서 종합적 관광의 재미를 제공해줄 수 있을 것이다. 복합문화공간은 통영의 문화예술 관광자원들이 새롭고 다양한 공연, 연극, 음악, 그리고 댄스로 재현되면서 지역 이해도와 만족도를 높이는 수단이 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to present the effectiveness of active development of Tongyeong Citys historical, cultural, artistic and tourism resources, complex cultural space, and use of storytelling techniques. As a central city of history, culture and art, Tongyeong needs to reproduce digital storytelling content in various ways. Media facades can provide fun, emotion, and maximize the formation of consensus through the development of storytelling techniques of the history, tradition, art, and cultural resources unique to a specific region. Tongyeong City can effectively make tourists aware of Tongyeongs values, traditions, identity, and culture by using digital media technology within the complex cultural space to reproduce various cultural, artistic, and historical contents. The research method approach of this study is to secure and utilize various cultural, artistic, and historical resources of Tongyeong City based on literature data and previous studies. In addition, this study identified the realistic situation of Tongyeong City through a direct field trip and focused on the useful value of media facades that can provide a fantasy of extraordinaryness. Although Tongyeong City has produced cultural artists of various genres, the city is not making effective use of related content. The need for a complex cultural space can be found in the possibility of effective use for Tongyeong Citys representative cultural artists. The complex cultural space will be able to provide the fun of comprehensive tourism through viewing performance programs, works by various artists representing Tongyeong, drinks with images of the cobalt blue sea of Tongyeong, and various foods. The complex cultural space can be a means of increasing local understanding and satisfaction by reproducing Tongyeongs cultural arts and tourism resources through new and diverse performances, plays, music, and dance.

폭굉파관 설계에 있어 중요한 요소인 점화위치가 폭굉파 천이에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 2차원 관내에서 전산모사를 수행 하였다. 연료와 산화제는 수소와 산소를 사용하였고, 당량비는 1로 혼합하였다. 해석은 비정상 압축성 오일러 방정식을 계산하였으며, Westbrook이 제시한 17개의 요소반응들을 사용하여 화학반응을 모사하였다. 해석결과 점화의 위치는 폭굉파의 초기 특성과 천이거리에 영향을 주지만 충분히 발달된 폭굉파의 특성은 전부 동일하다는 해석결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
