      • 豚脂 및 鷄脂添加給食이 白鼠의 營養에 미치는 影響

        This study was devised to observe the effect of diet supplemented with lard and chiken fat on rat. The diet was prepared by adding 4, 8 and 20g% of each fat respectively, but the level of protein was maintained equally. Each diet was given to given to male rats weighing from 260 to 270g for 8 weeks continuously, and the body weight, food efficiency ratio and the change fo body composition of experimental animal were determined. The results were obtained are as follows, 1. The body weight of 20g% lard diet group(Ⅲ) was lower control group. 2. Without regard to the content of supplemented fat, the changes of liver weight were similar. 3. The amount of food in take was shown decreasing tendency according to increase of fat content in the diet generally. 4. The amount of daily average energy intake was lower in 4g%, 20g% lard diet group and 4g% or chiken fat diet group than control group. 5. The food and protein efficiency ratio of each experimental diet group were no significant difference compared with control group. 6. The values of hemoglobin and hematocrit were not effected by feeding of the diet supplemented with lard and chiken fat. 7. The content of total cholesterol: The content of total cholesterol in serum was increased generally during whole reading period, while that of liver was decreased compared with control group. 8. The contents of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and phospholipid of experimental group were increased compared with control group, while the content of total lipid in liver had a tendency to decrease. From the above results, it was found that the utilization of supplemented lard and chiken fat in the body was good at concentration of below 8g%, while excessive amount of above 20g% decreased the utilization In addition, it was concluded that the content of total cholesterol and total lipid in liver were not significantly changed when 4~8% rat was supplement to diet, while those of serum sere increased by excessive by excessive intake of animal fat like lard or chiken fat.

        Methoprene이 꿀벌부채명나방(Galleria mellonella)의 난모세포 성숙에 미치는 영향 -유리아미노산의 함량 변화-

        유충호르몬 유사물(juvenile hormone analogue: JHA)이 곤충의 난모세포 성숙에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 methoprene(isopropyl(2E, 4E)-11-methoxy-3, 7, 11-trimethyl-2, 4- dodecadienoate)을 꿀벌부채명나방(Galleria mellonella)의 번데기에 도포처리(topical treatment)하여 우화한 성충의 난모세포에서 유리 아미노산의 조성과 함량을 HPLC로 조사하였다. Galleria mellonella 난모세포 내의 유리아미노산 구성은 대조군과 methoprene 처리군에서 alanine을 비롯하여 총 16종을 동정하였다. 아미노산 함량은 대조군과 methoprene 처리군 모두에서 glutamic acid가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 대조군의 경우 alanine, proline, threonine, serine 등이 비교적 많은 함량을 보인 반면, asparagine, isoleucine, phenylalanine 등은 낮은 함량을 나타냈다. methoprene 처리군에서는 lysine, proline, arginine, alanine 등이 높게 나타났으며 asparagine, isoleucine, valine 등의 함량은 낮았다. 총함량도 전체적으로 methoprene 처리군이 대조군 보다 감소하여(P<0.01), methoprene이 난모세포 성숙 과정에서 유리아미노산 함량에 억제 효과를 나타내었다. The effects of methoprene, juvenile hormone analogue. on free amino acid compositions of oocytes in the wax moth, Galleria mellonella were analysed by means of HPLC. A total of 16 free amino acids were found. Glutamic acid(control:1.33pmol/mg, methoprene treatments:0.44pmol/mg) were predominant amino acids in both groups. In control groups, the level of alanine(1.26pmol/mg), proline(1.24pmol/mg), threonine(0.70pmol/mg) and serine(0.66pmol/mg) were high. Also asparagine, isoleucine and phenylalanine were lower amounts. The contents of lysine(0.38pmol/mg), proline(0.33pmol/mg), arginine(0.27pmol/mg) and alanine(0.24pmol/mg) were relatively abundant, and those of asparagine, isoleucine and valine were low amounts in methoprene treatment groups. For significance level 1%(p<0.01), there exist differences between control and methoprene treatment groups. Therefore, free amino acid contents of the methoprene treatment groups were lower than those of the control groups. So we found that methoprene had a effects on free amino acid compositions of oocytes in the methoprene treatment groups.

        Simvastatin이 골결손부 회복에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : To observe and evaluate the effects of Simvastatin-induced osteogenesis on the wound healing of defective bone. Materials and Methods : 64 defective bones were created in the parietal bone of 32 New Zealand White rabbits. The defects were grafted with collagen matrix carriers mixed with Simvastatin solution in the experimental group of 16 rabbits and with collagen matrix carriers mixed with water in the controlled group. The rabbits were terminated at an interval of 3, 5, 7, and 9 days, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks after the formation of defective bone. The wound healing was evaluated by soft X-ray radiography. The tissues within defective bones were evaluated through the analysis of flow cytometry for the manifestation of Runx2 and Osteocalcin, and observed histopathologically by using H-E stain and Masson’s trichrome stain. Results : 1. In the experimental group, flow cytometry revealed more manifestation of Runx2 at 5, 7, and 9 days and Osteocalcin at 2 weeks than in the controlled groups, but there was few difference in comparison with the controlled group. 2. In the experimental group, flow cytometry revealed considerably more cells and erythrocytes at 5, 7, and 9 days in comparison with the controlled group. 3. In the experimental group, soft x-ray radiography revealed the extended formation of trabeculation at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks. 4. Histopathological features of the experimental group showed more fibroblasts and newly formed vessels at 5 and 7 days, and the formation of osteoid tissues at 9 days, and the newly formed trabeculations at 4 and 6 weeks. Conclusion : As the induced osteogenesis by Simvastatin, there was few contrast of the manifestation between Runx2 and Osteocalcin based on the differentiation of osteoblasts. But it was considered that the more formation of cells and erythrocytes depending on newly formed vessels in the experimental group obviously had an effect on the bone regeneration.

        This study is with regard to the physical Education and Sports of Sweden, and has the purpose to give the assistance to the development of Physical Education and Sports in Korea, by use of the characteristics in the Physical Education and Sports of Sweden. As the result of this study, we would like to suggest the under-mentioned for the development of Korea Physical Education and Sports. 1. The Korean Physical Education and Sports Program must use the geographical conditions. 2. We must move its importance to the Social Physical Education from the administration based on the Elite Physical Education, and thus it is necessary to make it as 2 base in the Korean Physical Education. 3. We make promote the physical strength from the young times and guide to be interested in the use of leisure by the strict performance of School Sports Time. 4. The person graduated from the Dept, of Social Physical Education of each University of Social Sports Instructor are sure to be dispatched in the General Sports Field, and thus it is necessary to take charge of the sports guidance for the public sincerely. 5. The Social Sports Class of Health Class related to the housewives is operated in each Village Ward Office or upon the School during the vacation, and thus progress the concern on Physical Education, and acknowledge the service credits for the students who perform the voluntary service in the program and thus it is necessary to promote the participation degree. 6. We are out of the department which takes charge of the formal Social physical education, and thus it is necessary to make the research part for the national-wide network. 7. The law on promotion of national sports is changed to the compelling law, and then it is strongly required which the Government shows the powerful will on the Sports Marking as Living.

        Physical training has been extended not only receiving the needs of each time and the history human beings but also being in different its own conception and value. Modern physical training is realizing based on plentiful humanity and sound sociality in order to develop body and soul harmoniously with a desirable human life. Physical training, fitness can be called the a pocket edition of our society as one of significant social behaviors. They can therefore give chances not only to cooperate, compete and take responsibility for common goals but to make closer relationship with the competition of cooperation and favorable sense. While educating the respect of rules, the observation of time and manner of self-control and generosity, they make us taking all responsibility ourselves and then, we can be one of desirable social members. As the course to learn various kinds of behavior required with age, socialization is to make familiar with their social norm or culture through the reciprocal process with others. The socialization in sports is that an individual takes part in sports activities and adopts to social group as member. Under these circumstances, she/he learn social and cultural values from experience. They are the courses to make them displaying their individual characteristics favorably. The social fitness is the activity from inner motives and leisure activities from inner motives are not only the significant ones individually but the main sources of life satisfaction and happiness. What is more, the leisure activities from inner motives are supposed to improve its satisfaction compared to those from outer motives, so the fitness programs of school are required that can take part in and enjoy by themselves. We should give them chances and given conditions to take part in by themselves besides the roles for military drill and physical training to bringing up elites , based on the physical training of military or the fitness for physical strength.
