Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the prospective impact of the apolipoprotein E (APOE) ${\varepsilon}4$ on cognitive performance in the community-dwelling elderly individuals with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods : The total number of subjects was 30 (12 men and 18 women) who were diagnosed with AD from a Korean project of "Early Detection of Dementia". People aged 65-85 years were included in the analysis. The eight neuropsychological domains from the Korean version of Consortium to Establish a Registry of Alzheimer's Disease (CERAD-K) were conducted to test subjects. They have been followed at 24-month intervals with the same assessments at each interval. Their cognitive performance at 2 year intervals was compared by the occurrence of the APOE ${\varepsilon}4$. Results : The impact of ${\varepsilon}4$ allele was significant in the Word List Memory Test (WLMT, F = 4.345, df = 1, p = 0.021) and Word List Recall Test (WLRT, F = 5.569, df = 1, p = 0.033). Conclusions : The APOE ${\varepsilon}4$ allele was significantly correlated especially with verbal episodic memory domain in community-dwelling elders diagnosed with AD.

KC-100 is a 4 seats, single piston engine, civil aircraft whose type certificate is applied for KAS 23 (FAR 23) for the first time in Korea. Its system safety assessment and analysis have been conducted to meet the minimum safety requirement in KAS 23 and to verify the safety of equipment, system, and installation in accordance with the requirement of ${\S}$23.1309 and the guidelines in FAA AC 23.1309-1D and SAE ARP 4761. This safety assessment begins with the FHA (Functional Hazard Assessment) at aircraft and system level in preliminary design phase, and all of the safety assessment and analysis reports including the preliminary version of SSA (System Safety Assessment) have been prepared during detail design phase. The revised version of these safety reports will be approved by Airworthiness Authority through the ground and flight test phases. In this paper, the safety assessment requirement in ${\S}$23.1309, safety assessment guideline in AC 23.1309-1D, and safety assessment and analysis methods in ARP 4761 will be explained based on the application example for KC-100 development. The experience and knowledge of this system safety assessment for civil aircraft can be applied to commuter aircraft of FAR 23 class or large transport airplane of FAR 25 class.

The RE100 campaign in response to the climate crisis began mainly with global companies and global efforts to reducing carbon. Carbon neutral of agricultural and livestock will be the inevitable change also, and various studies for carbon neutral were conducted by applying RE100 with using energy from utilizing livestock manure which was continuously problematic. Based on this study and demonstration, livestock manure and waste became electricity and can get accreditation for agricultural RE100 beyond simple electrification. Also, see the possibility through registration of carbon reduction methodology and so on, that will show the way of the carbon neutral for agriculture. Based on the result of this study, waste and livestock manure became electrification, also additional value such as reduction of greenhouse gases and RE100 certification by operate resource circulation facilities which demonstrate research case that create economic efforts. Accordingly, we will reach RE100 of agricultural by cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Environment and Korea Energy Agency.

This paper describes a requirement architecture modeling for the front end of KT-1 export version requirement definition processes to construct SDS(system development specification). The requirement definition process is a highly conceptual process that is difficult to carry out. This paper focuses on how to perform the KT-1 export version requirements definition process including the integration of process, methods and tools for the front-end activity of requirements definition process. This requirement model is structured in four segments, including requirement layering, requirement categorization, life cycle stakeholder and requirement definition process using Computer-Aided Systems Engineering tool(CORE).
확장된 Grunwald-Winstein 식에 의한 Di-n-butyl Phosphorochloridate의 가용매 분해반응 연구

Di-n-butyl phosphorochloridate((CH<sub>3</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>2</sub>POCl, 1)의 가용매 분해반응의 속도상수를 여러 가지 용매 중에서 구하였다. 반응용매 28개의 속도상수를 이용하여 확장된 Grunwald-Winstein 식에 의하여 구한 용매의 친핵성도와 이온화력에 대한 기질의 민감도(l = 1.40, m = 0.42)는 S<sub>N</sub>2 반응임을 예상할 수 있다. 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 추가 요소들은 상대적으로 작은 양의 값의 ΔH<sup>≠</sup> (8.0 ~ 15.9 kcal·mol<sup>−1</sup>)와 큰 음의 값의 ΔS<sup>≠</sup>(−25.8~−53.1 cal·mol<sup>−1</sup>·K<sup>−1</sup>), Kivinen의 n 값(0.9~1.7) 그리고 용매동위원소효과 값(1.69)이다. The solvolysis rate constants of di-n-butyl phosphorochloridate ((CH<sub>3</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>CH<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>2</sub>POCI, 1) in 28 different solvents are well correlated with the extended Grunwald-Winstein equation, using the N<sub>T</sub> solvent nucleophilicity scale and Y<sub>Cl</sub> solvent ionizing scale, with the sensitivities values of 1.40 and 0.42 for l and m, respectively. These l and m values can be considered to support an S<sub>N</sub>2 reaction pathway. This interpretation is further supported by the activation parameters, i.e., relatively small positive ΔH<sup>≠</sup> (8.0 to 15.9 kcal·mol<sup>−1</sup> ) values and large negative ΔS<sup>≠</sup> (−25.8 to −53.1 cal·mol<sup>−1</sup> ·K<sup>−1</sup> ) values, the Kivinen’s n values (0.9~1.7), and the solvent kinetic isotope effect (1.62).
전기방사에 의한 폴리아미드/다중벽 탄소나노튜브 나노복합체섬유의 제조

This study used a new and simple processing route to incorporate multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) into a polymer matrix via in-situ interfacial polymerization and electrospinning. Poly(hexamethylene sebacamide) (nylon 610)/MWCNT composites were prepared using two liquid phases containing the reactants and MWCNT. One phase contained a solution of sebacoyl chloride in carbon tetrachloride and the other contained a solution of hexamethylenediamine and MWCNT in water, which was prepared by sonication with a surfactant. Electrospinning of the composite solution produced fibers with well embedded MWCNT. We investigated morphology of individual MWCNT incorporating in nylon 610 fibers by scanning electron microscopy and transmssion electron microscopy and the electrical conductivity of the electro spun nylon 610 fibers with MWCNT.
