전지의 연결방법에 따른 전류의 특성에 대한 이해도 향상 프로그램 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop a program for improving elementary teachers' understanding of the characteristics of currents on the way in which the batteries are connected. The contents of the program are based on elementary-school teachers' misconceptions. The program is constructed to do an experiment on the size of currents according to the connection methods of batteries proposed the elementary school science textbooks, and then inquire into why the results are not consistent with the predictions. It is also constructed to allow the students naturally to generalize from the level of phenomena to the level of realizing the detailed cause for the changes the characteristics of currents that occur when the batteries are connected differently. The results of this study may be used to develop a program of teaching professionalism related to electricity and magnetism for not only elementary teachers but also secondary science teachers and to prepare new science textbooks. 이 연구는 전지의 연결방법에 따른 전류의 특성에 대한 초등교사들의 이해도를 향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 이론적 근거는 전지의 직렬연결 또는 병렬연결 전기회로에서 전류의 특성은 전지의 내부저항과 부하저항의 상대적 크기의 관계로 결정되어진다는 Hyun의 연구 결과에 두고 있다. 이 프로그램의 내용은 전지의 연결방법에 따른 초등교사들의 이해도를 조사한 결과에서 나타난 오개념들을 근거로 하였다. 이 프로그램은 초등 과학 교과서에 제시된 전지의 연결방법에 따른 전류의 크기에 대한 실험을 하고 난 후 실험 결과가 예상과 일치하지 않는 이유를 탐구하도록 구성하였다. 또한 전지의 연결방법에 따른 전류의 특성에 대한 현상적 수준의 일반화부터 현상의 원인과 세부원인을 파악하는 일반화까지 할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 활동지 개발틀은 오개념 변화에 효과적인 Driver의 개념변화 모형을 근거로 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 초등교사와 중등교사를 위한 전기와 자기 관련 교수 전문성 프로그램의 개발과 새로운 과학 교과서 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

지난 1.11 부동산 대책에 따르면, 분양가 승인의 실효성을 제고하기 위해 별도의 심의 기구를 전국 시.군.구에 의무적으로 설치하는 내용을 포함하고 있다. 현재 임의 기구인 '분양가 상한제 자문 위원회'를 '분양가 심사위원회'로 개칭해 확대, 개편하겠다는 것. 분양가 심사위원회 구성이나 내용 등 자칫 주택 공급의 족쇄로 작용할 수 있는 분양가 심의위원회의 향방에 대해 알아본다.

코어 트레이닝이 여자 축구선수들의 하지 근력 발달 및 안정성에 미치는 효과

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of core training on physical fitness, isokinetic strength of knee and core for female soccer players. For the purpose, twenty-six female soccer players were divided into two groups (Con; n=12, Ex; n=14) and core training was conducted for the Ex group after regular training (wimter training 9 weeks). As a result of the experiment, it was founded that in the case of basic fitness, push-ups (muscle endurance) and body flexion (flexibility) were significantly increased in the exercise group that had undergone core training. In addition, in the case of isokinetic muscle strength, the left extensor and flexors, and the right extensor and flexors muscle strength increased significantly compared to the previous one, while maintaining the ratio of strength in hamstring/quadriceps and the deficit value of extensor and flexor muscles in the exercise group. Overall, Core training for female soccer players has been shown to affect development and stability of lower extremity muscle strength. If done regularly, it seems to be a positive training method for improving the performance and preventing injury of female soccer players. 본 연구는 실업 여자 축구선수들을 대상으로 코어 트레이닝을 실시하여 기초체력, 허리 및 하지 등속성 근력발달과 안정성에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 목적을 위해 실업팀 여자 축구선수 26명을 통제 집단(Con; n=12)과 운동 집단(Ex; n=14)으로 분류하였다. 팀에서 진행되는 체력 및 축구 훈련 이외에 추가적으로 코어트레이닝을 운동집단에 적용하였다(동계 훈련 9주). 연구 결과, 코어 트레이닝을 실시한 운동집단에서 기초체력 중 팔굽혀펴기(근지구력), 체후굴(유연성)이 사전에 비해 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 또한 등속성 근력은 운동집단에서 햄스트링과 대퇴사두근의 비율과 신근과 굴근의 결손율을 유지하면서 좌측 신근과 굴근, 우측 신근과 굴근의 등속성 근력이 사전에 비해 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 이상의 결과, 여자 축구 선수들을 대상으로 한 코어트레이닝은 하지 근력의 발달 및 안정성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 규칙적으로 실시한다면 실업 여자 축수선수들의 경기력 향상과 부상 예방에 긍정적인 트레이닝이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

복수예비가격 생성 및 추첨방법이 예정가격에 미치는 영향

정부기관, 지자체 및 공공기관의 입・낙찰제 운용과정에서 예정가격은 낙찰자를 선정하기 위한 기준금액이 되므로발주자와 입찰자에게 아주 중요한 요소이다. 예정가격이높으면 입찰자에게 불리해지고 낮으면 낙찰자에게 불리해지기 때문이다. 그러므로 대부분의 발주기관들이 예정가격을 공정하고 투명하게 결정하기 위해서 복수예비가격을 사용하여 예정가격을 결정하는 방식을 채택하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 예비가격 15개를 추출(복수예비가격 생성)하는방법과, 15개의 예비가격 중에서 4개를 추출(예비가격 추첨)하는 방법에 따라 예정가격이 어떻게 달라지는지를 다룬다. 이를 위해 여러 가지 복수예비가격 결정방식별로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 예정가격을 분석한다. 분석을 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 복수예비가격의 생성범위를 15개로 분할하고 각 구간에서 4개의 예비가격을 추첨97하는 방식이 전체 범위에서 예비가격을 4개 무작위로 추첨하는 방식보다는 예정가격이 기초금액 근처에서 형성될 가능성이 높다. 둘째, 복수예비가격의 생성범위를 15개로 분할하고 각 구간에서 무작위로 예비가격을 추첨하는 경우,발주자 입장에서는 100%보다 큰 범위에서 7개, 아래에서8개의 구간으로 나누는 방식이, 입찰자 입장에서는 100%보다 큰 범위에서 8개, 아래에서 7개의 구간으로 나누는방식이 다소 유리한 방식이다. 셋째, 기초금액 기준으로위와 아래에서 구간의 수를 달리 할 경우라도, 100% 위의구간에서 2개, 아래 구간에서 2개로 나누어 예비가격을 추첨하게 되면, 예정가격의 평균이 기초금액과 같아지며 표준편차도 15개 구간에서 4개의 예비가격을 무작위로 추첨할 경우보다 크게 작아진다. In bidding processes conducted by government agencies, local governments or public agencies, budget prices arecritical to both ordering bodies and bidders since budget prices are bases for selecting a successful bidder. Since a highbudget price goes against ordering bodies and a low one goes against bidders, most ordering bodies adopt a systemusing multiple preliminary prices for determining a budget price to ensure fair and transparent manners. Discussed arehow budget prices change depending on the methods of sampling 15 preliminary prices and the methods of sampling4 out of 15 prices. Computer simulation is conducted to analyze budget prices for various methods to determine multiplepreliminary prices. It is more likely for budget prices to be close to base prices when splitting a range of generatingpreliminary prices into 15 intervals and taking 4 preliminary prices from 15 intervals than when taking 4 preliminaryprices from a whole range. In cases when splitting a range of generating preliminary prices, if we take 2 preliminaryprices out of intervals above 100% and take 2 out of intervals below 100%, the expected budget prices are equal to abase price and the standard deviations are about half in comparison with those when taking 4 out of 15 intervals.

전통인사법 남자 큰절의 기본 절차 및 동작과 관련된 쟁점

초등학교 교육과정에는 2가지 유형의 남자 큰절이 소개되어 있다. 하나는 읍례가 포함된 남자 큰절이다. 또 다른 하나는 읍례가 포함되지 않은 남자 큰절이다. 읍례가 포함된 남자 큰절과 읍례가 포함되지 않은 남자 큰절 간에는 기본 절차 및 동작 등과 관련된 여러 가지 쟁점들이 존재한다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 초등학교 교육 과정에서는 그러한 쟁점들을 정당화하거나 수정하고 보완하여 남자 큰절을 소개하고 있지 않다. 만일 그러한 여러 가지 쟁점들이 합리적으로 정당화되거나 수정․보완되 지 않는다면, 초등학교 교육현장에서 남자의 큰절을 지도하는 데 있어서 많은 혼란 을 겪게 될 수도 있을 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 남자 큰절의 기본 절차 및 동작과 관련된 쟁점들을 논 의해 보고, 그것의 결과를 남자 큰절의 기본 절차 및 동작을 정당화하거나 수정하고 보완하는 데 반영하여 봄으로써 초등학교 교육현장에서 남자 큰절을 체계적이고 합 리적으로 지도할 수 있는 방향을 제시해 보려는데 그 목적을 두었다.

제조 추출물의 혈전 용해 활성에 대한 실험적 연구

1. Objectives This study was performed to find the activities and characteristics of purified thrombolytic enzymes from Holotrichia extracts. 2. Methods In the first time, a coarse enzyme fluid was made by using the freedried Holotrichia extracts. After manufacturing total soluble proteins and purifing enzymes, it was evauluated the activities and characteristics of this enzyme's dissolving capability to fibrin and thrombus. This study was taken using azocasein assay, fibrin-plate method, native-PAGE and fibrin zymography. 3. Results A soluble proteins were efficiently extracted form freezedried Holotrichia extracts. And, this purified enzyme had a ten times fibrinolytic capability compare with ustulation Holotrichia sample. In native PAGE and fibrin zymography, Holotrichia extracts showed the respectable fibrinolytic activity. Also, It had higher thrombolytic activities compared with general thrombolytic enzyme 'plasmin'. In experiment of various protease inhibitors of the purified enzyme from Holotrichia extracts on the azocaseinolytic activity, the enzyme was strongly inhibited by EDTA ${\cdot}$ EGTA, and weakly by APMSF ${\cdot}$ PMSF ${\cdot}$ TPCK. 4. Conclusion Holotrichia extracts has the thrombolytic activities, and it will operate directly th fibrin-clot and thrombus.
