        Nalbuphine 전처지후 Propofol을 이용한 전정맥마취시 Doxapram이 호흡에 미치는 영향

        Background: Total intravenous anesthesia with propofol can cause respiratory depression and apnea especially during induction of anesthesia. To study the possibility of reversal of respiratory depression during anesthesia with propofol, pretreated with nabuphine or not, the respiratory effects of doxapram to spontaneously ventilating patients were investigated. Methods: Patients were divided into 4 groups - saline-propofol-saline group(SPS), saline-propofol- doxapram group(SPD), nalbuphine-propofol-saline group(NPS), and nalbuphine-propofol-doxapram group (NPD). After saline or nalbuphine pretreatment, anesthesia was induced with propofol and then doxapram or saline was intravenously injected. Apneic time interval, blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, minute ventilation, end tidal CO2 partial pressure and oxygen saturation were measured in every minutes during induction of anesthesia. Percent changes of each values were compared. Results: There is no differences in apneic time intervals in each groups. The percent change of first minute ventilation in SPD group after doxapram injection unchanged significantly compared with those depressions of SPS, NPS and NPD group(p<0.05). Respiratory rates increased in SPD and SPS groups after laryngeal mask insertion. There is no differences in minute ventilation, respiratory rate and end-tidal CO2 concentration between nalbuphine pretreated groups regardless of doxapram injection. Conclusions: Doxapram has effect in increasing minute ventilation after propofol induction within first few minutes, but it cannot reverse respiratory depression during propofol induction pretreated with nalbuphine.         The fermented entrails of Alaskan pollack is widely consumed sea foods in Korea, But little study on the taste compounds of fermented entrails has been reported. This study was attempted to establish the basic data for evaluating taste compounds in fermented entrails of Alaskan pollack. The content of free aminc acid, TMAO and TMA a s taste compounds in fermented Alaskan pollack entrails were analyzed In the free ammo acid composition, comparatively abundant amino acids were lysine, methionine, glutamic acid, leucine, alanine, aspartic acid and proline, and having 10.2 %, 9 9%, 9 2 %, 8.4 %, 7.3 %, 7, 7. 3 %, 7.1 %, 7 1 % of the total ammo acids respectively. But arginine was detected in trace amount. Therefore the distribution of total free amino acids were equal comparetively. TAM0 hasn't influence on the taste as the content was 18.7㎎%. It is believed that lysine, methionme, glutamic acid, leucine alanine, aspartic acid and proline may play an important role with salt as taste compounds in fermented entrails of Alaskan pollack.

      • 회계학전공자의 학과만족과 전공집중도에 관한 연구

        국내 대학에 회계학과가 설립된 이후 최근 12-13년간의 짧은 기간에 걸쳐 전국 50여개 대학에 15,000명 정도의 학생을 포용할 정도로 회계학과는 현저하게 성장하였다. 또한 가속적인 경제성장에 따른 자본시장의 발달과 기업의 경영규모 확대에 의해서 회계전문가에 대한 사회적 수요도 급증하고 있다. 이와 같은 성장에도 불구하고 회계학 교육에 대한 연구는 미흡한 편이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 회계학 전공자의 학과만족과 전공집중도에 관해 연구함으로써 회계학 교육에 대한 논의의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

      • 식물성 유지와 도라지 및 더덕의 첨가식이가 흰쥐의 뇌,고환 지방산 조성에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to observe the effects of the feeding platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata, perilla oil and safflower oil on the fatty acid composition in brain and testis of dietary hypercholesterolmic rats. Experimemtal groups mixed with 5% cellulose +10% lard(lgroup, control group), 2% cholestyramine +10% lard (2group), 5% C.lanceolata +10% perilla oil (3group), 5% P.grandiflorum +10% perilla iol (4group), 5% C.lanceolata +10% safflower oil (5group) and 5% P.grandiflorum +10% safflower oil (6group)were administered to the male rats of the Sprague Dawley for 3weeks. The following shows the results obtained from this research. 1. In the fatty acid composition of brain lipids (total fatty acid, phospholipid), Eicosapentaenoic(EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) contents were more in the Polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) and so they were major fatty acid, but showed little difference among the groups. 2. In the fatty acid composition of testis lipids (total fatty acid, phospholipid), PUFA showed high content, EPA and DHA were major fatty acid There was almost little difference among the groups.

        Simultaneous Translocation of Both TCR Loci (14q11) with Rare Partner Loci (Xq22 and 12p13) in a Case of T-lymphoblastic Leukemia

        The most common recurrent cytogenetic abnormalities in T-lymphoblastic leukemia (T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia [T-ALL]) involve T-cell receptor (TCR) loci and a variety of partner genes, including HOX11, HOX11L2, MYC, and TAL1. In this report, we present a rare case involving simultaneous translocation of the TCR α/δ loci with different partner loci (Xq22 and 12p13); this resulted in a poor prognosis. Chromosomal analysis showed 46,Y,t(X;14)(q22;q11.2),t(12;14)(p13;q11.2) and FISH analysis by using a T-cell receptor alpha delta DNA probe, Split Signal (DakoCytomation, Denmark), showed translocations at the same TCR α/δ locus on both chromosomes. FISH with 2 bacterial artificial chromosome clones showed break apart signal, which suggests involvement of the IRS4 gene. To our knowledge, this is the first report of T-ALL in which both TCR α/δ loci were translocated with different partner loci, and 1 of the partner loci, Xq22, was a rare translocation partner locus that included IRS4 gene.

      • 옥수수기름과 들깨기름의 섭취과 흰쥐의 lipeprotein pattern 및 지방산조성에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigated the effects polyunsaturated fatty acid on lipid composition in serum. Male rats were fed for 3 weeks with corn oil and perilla oil. And then lipoprotein pattern and fatty acid composition of serum were analyzed. The result were follows : 1. Fatty acid composition of test lipids were detected 8 kinds of fatty acids. Linolenic acid was the most perilla oil group(62%), while linoleic acid was the most corn oil group(57%). 2. In the fatty acid composition in phospholipid fraction of plasma lipids, Palmitic acid and oleic acid were higher all the groups than test lipids. corn oil group was high w-6 fatty acid contents, influence of test lipid, perilla oil group was high w-3 fatty acid contents. 3. Fatty acid composition in triglyceride fraction of serum lipids was increased satulated fatty acid. Corn oil group was determined EPA, DHA. 4. In the fatty acid composition in cholesteryl ester of serum lipids, perilla oil group was abundant EPA, DHA contents(약 12%), while corn oil group was abundant arachidonic acid contents. 5. In lipoprotein composition of serum, HDL contents were the most 2 group (7.5% perilla oil + 2.5% corn oil), while LDL contents were the least.

      • 거래량회전률에 의한 기업도산예측에 관한 연구

        최근 많은 기업들이 도산하고 있다. 이에 투자자 보호라는 관점에서 향후 여타기업에서 발생될지도 모르는 기업의 도산 상황을 투자자에게 환기시키고자 기업의 거래량회전과 종합가지수라는 변인에 기초한 횡단면분석과 시계열분석을 실시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 1989년 1월 이후 부도발생이나 법정관리 신청으로 해당 기업의 주식이 관리종목에 편입된 16개사와 그렇지않은 기업으로 동일업종, 동일규모, 유사한 자본금을 가진16개사를 짝지은 표본추출방법에 따라 추출하여 이를 비교 고찰하였다.
