The purpose of the study is to investigate the dissatisfaction factors of package tour products and to provide better information to develop package tour products using content analysis method by analyzing tourists’ actual reviews. Content analysis is often used for analyzing the meaning of text in the fields of tourism. Singapore tourists’ customer feedback were analyzed after they traveled Korea through Singapore E Travel agency. The qualitative data was collected from March 2018 to March 2019. A total of 242 responses were obtained from a total of 47 tour groups, and content analysis was used to figure out dissatisfaction factors of package tour products. The result of this research found six factors: schedule related item, transportation related item, shopping related item, meal related item, accommodation related item, and tour guide related item. The results of this study can provide practical implications to inbound travel agent. The article concluded with limitations and suggestions for the future research.

The railway industry is continuously making great efforts to secure passenger convenience and safety. However, due to freezing of facilities such as entrances and stairs located outdoors every winter, pedestrians using railways may be injured due to falls. A method of applying a heating wire to facilities is considered as a solution, but there are limitations such as complicated installation method and high installation cost. Therefore, in this study, heating mats with low construction and maintenance costs and excellent energy efficiency were developed to ensure pedestrian safety in winter. Specifically, the heating film was manufactured using a carbon fiber sheet, and this was inserted into the heating mat. The standard size was set and the heating mat was multi-connected by applying a connection module. Then, heat performance was evaluated, and field applicability was verified by operating a field test-bed.

Recently, composite materials have been used for the purpose of weight reduction in railway vehicles, and application areas are gradually expanding. In addition, these materials are gaining market competitiveness through research on the resin infusion method, which can reduce production costs by about 20%. However, to satisfy the fire performance, phenolic resin is applied to the interior materials of railway vehicles; this addition increases brittleness and makes materials vulnerable to vibration or damage, so there is a high need for improving the resin toughness. Therefore, in this study, additives suitable for improving the toughness of existing phenolic resins were selected and laminated specimens were manufactured using the resin infusion method to evaluate whether mechanical performance and fire performance were satisfactory. As a result, we developed a phenolic resin with 27% improved toughness that satisfies all technical standards for railway vehicles; this material is expected to contribute to expansion of application of composite materials when applied to interior materials of railway vehicles.

Recently, research on material-based weight reduction has been actively conducted to promote speed-up in the field of transportation, such as railways. However, in the case of composite materials, low competitiveness of the final product caused by high fabrication cost as well as high level of material cost compared to conventional metal materials acts as an obstacle to the application of the composite material product, though such products have excellent weight reduction effects. To overcome these obstacles, a 1:1 scale(1.6m 2 ) composite skirt panel was fabricated using the resin infusion method, which has been confirmed in previous research [12] to be more competitive for the manufacture of composite laminate panels for railway vehicles, substituting for the conventional vacuum thermoforming method. To this end, flow analysis to optimize the resin infusion process and non-destructive testing to evaluate the molding quality of the manufactured products were performed, and it was confirmed that about 20% better price competitiveness was achieved compared to the manufacturing cost with the existing method.

Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a material mainly used for bone graft component. However, sintered HAp has poor mechanical properties and difficulty for cell adhesion and proliferation with irregular pore structures. Porous 3D scaffolds for bone tissue regeneration were fabricated by mixing poly(glycolic acid) (PGA) and HAp with 3D printing technique. This technique can induce improved bone conduction ability with similar mechanical strength. Through the cell proliferation test, PGA/HAp scaffolds with a 400 μm pore size were accepted. PGA scaffolds containing 12.5 wt% HAp showed significant compressive strength, osteogenesis, mineralization and biodegradation. In in vivo animal test using rabbit bone defect model, the PGA/HAp scaffolds exhibited 47% bone regeneration, with superior bone mineral density 8 weeks after surgery. 3D-printed PGA/HAp scaffolds could provide a possible option to promote patient-customized bone regeneration.

정준상관분석 (canonical correlation analysis, CCA)은 두 변수집단 사이의 선형 관계를 측정하는 확률적 분석 기법으로 이를 이용하여 다수의 신호가 혼재되어 수신된 신호로부터 각각의 신호원을 분리하는 것이 가능하다. 기존에 CCA와 자기회귀(auto regressive) 기법을 이용하여 혼재된 신호를 분리하는 기법이 제안되었으나 신호원 분리를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 높은 신호 대 잡음비 (signal-to-noise ratio)가 요구되는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 자기회귀 기법의 파라미터 계산시 잡음성분이 포함되어있는 자기공분산 행렬의 주대각 원소를 제거하여 잡음의 영향을 최소화하고 이를 통하여 신호원 분리 성능을 개선하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 기존에 제안된 CCA와 자기회귀을 이용한 신호 분리 기법에 비하여 더 우수한 신호 분리 성능을 보일 뿐 만 아니라 신호원 분리 과정에서 요구되는 계산량을 줄일 수 있다. The CCA (canonical correlation analysis) is a well known analysis tool that measures the linear relationship between two variable sets and it can be used for blind source separation (BSS). In previous works, a blind source separation scheme based on the CCA and auto regression was proposed. Unfortunately, the proposed scheme requires high signal-to-noise ratio for successful source separation. In this paper, we propose an improved BSS scheme based on the CCA and auto regression by eliminating the main diagonal elements of auto covariance matrix. Compared to the previously proposed BSS scheme, the proposed BSS scheme not only offers better source separation performance but also requires low computational complexity.
