In IMT-2000 system, fast packet transmission is essential for internet services and multimedia services. Recently, because of the needs for discontinuous data transmission and asymmetric data traffic property of fast packet services, there's great interest in the study of CDMA/TDD. In this paper, for efficient implementation of the H-ARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) scheme for TDD system, several methods on the transmission frame composition, retransmission of erroneous frame, and channel coding are investigated, and performance comparisons are made.

GlobalcitizenshipeducationGCED)hasbeenattractingallsectorsof education with the focus on universal human rights and global issues. While all sectors are involved, the mainstream of instructional delivery is taking place in the informal education sector in Korea. The curriculum typically covers moral, values, and ethics with civics and citizenship education. Justice in relations to global issues, however, are often assumed, ignored or overlooked. Based on the changing educational demand in a rapidly changing world, there is a need for teachers with competency in addressing issues of globalization, diversity, and social justice. This paper identifies the crucial gaps along with missing context as to how justice fits into the larger picture in relation to grounds for recognizing the pathway for domesticating global issues through social justice.
고등 교육에 대한 글로벌 탐색 : 팬데믹 이후 도전과 대응

연구목적: 본 연구는 팬데믹 이후 전 세계 고등교육에서의 변화는 무엇이고 새로 등장하는 테크놀로지가 코로나 팬데믹 이전과 이후 교육적으로, 조직적으로 어떠한 변화가 있을지에 대한 탐색에 목적을 두었다. 연구방법: 질적 해석적 메타통합 분석(Qualitative Interpretive Meta-Synthesis, QIMS)을 적용하여 연구와 실천의 격차를 좁히면서 체계화된 질적 연구가 되도록 2018년부터 2021년 사이에 출간된 관련 연구를 고찰하였다. 연구결과: 선행 연구 분석을 토대로 개념적 모델을 구체화하여 고등 교육에서 테크놀로지 활용의 패러다임 전환과 지향해야 할 대응 방향으로 12가지 도전과 대응을 제시하였다. 논의 및 결론: 팬데믹 이후와 4차 산업 혁명에 대한 대응이 요구되는 상황에서 고등교육에서의 운영 전반에 관한 기획 및 설계에 관한 대안을 제시하여 향후 역량 구축 방향을 제시한다. Purpose: The coronavirus pandemic brings a new discussion that other crises in the past had not – it functioned as a catalyst for student-centered education delivery and provided opportunities to integrate emerging technologies in the higher education sector. This study examines the potential changes in pedagogical and organizational changes in the post-pandemic. Method: Qualitative Interpretive Meta-Synthesis(QIMS) was applied to review related studies published between 2018 and 2021 while narrowing the gap between research and practice. Results: Findings from the literature review were are formulated, conceptual models were specified, then the results are provided with then provided with an interpretation of the future direction of the field. Twelve challenges and opportunities were are presented as a paradigm shift in the use of technology in higher education. Discussion and Conclusion: This study offers planning and design options as higher education institutions responding respond to the post-pandemic and the 4th industrial revolution thereby suggesting the direction of building the capacity for the future.

This paper presents a strategy to deal with upcoming ULEV regulations. Usually the HC emission is caused by poor fuel atomization during the cold starting and warm-up period.<br/> Improvement on fuel atomization is planned by heating the fuel in fuel-rail. In this experiment, the heated fuel-rail system is constructed to investigate the reduction effects on the size of the fuel droplet by fuel heating. The fuel atomization is examined by measuring Sauter Mean Diameter (SMD) of the fuel droplets from three different types (two-hole, pintle, and six-hole) of injector based upon the returnless heated fuel-rail system.<br/> The result shows that the six-hole type injector with the heated fuel provides the best fuel atomization result in terms of SMD among three different types of injector.<br/>
