약 $900^{\circ}C$에서 합성된 코디에라이트의 합성 방법인 졸겔방법은 구리와 세라믹간의 상호 열처리를 가능하게 해준다. 구리와 코디에라이트 기판과의 강한 결합은 eutectic bonding 기술로 얻어질 수 있다. 구리와 코디에라이트의 접촉면에서 미시적 특성을 STEM을 이용하여 연구하였는데 구리의 확산은 강한 화학적, 구조적 변화와 함께 접촉면 영역에서 이루어지고 있다. 비록 이들 접촉면이 강한 접촉력을 가지고 있지만 접촉면에서 구리화합물의 형성에 대한 명백한 입증을 얻어내지는 못하였다. The use of a sol-gel processed cordierite precursor sinterable about$900^{\circ}C$ allows cosintering of the copper and the ceramic. A strong bonding between the copper film and the cordierite substrate can be achieved through an eutectic bonding technique. These interfaces were investigated using STEM. copper diffusion as well as strong chemical and structural modifications was observed in the interface region. Although these interfaces have good adhesion properties, there was no evidence of the formation of the copper compound at the interface.

The agriculture and fishery share in the Korean GDP is continuously decreasing after 1960s. Furthermore the proportion of these industries in the GDP has diminished as low as 10 percent in recent years. However, the stockbreeding sector in these industries are considerably expanded. More than 50 percent of the whole farmhouses are involved in the livestock farming, and the stock farming portion is steadily increased in its size and scope. Thus, the mechanization and the automization of stockbreeding equipments are greatly required to reduce down production cost, as well as to win the competitiveness in the global market. From this aspect, developed in this paper is a stockbreeding management system (SMS) for dairy cattle, which can be used in small and medium sized dairy farms. First, the basic schema of the stockbreeding management system are addressed in view of stockbreeding management for individual dairy cattle. Electronic identification (EI) systems and sensory devices have changed stockbreeding management strategy from group stock control into individual stock control manner. The SMS receives stock body measurement data through the sensory devices such as weight, temperature, and milk conductivity meters. A common database then integrates those measuring data together so that the SMS can determine the appropriate solution on each stock's breeding such as feeding and milking. Thus, each stock can be supervised by a sophisticated SMS that provides the best solution to the stockbreeding throughout the stock's whole life-cycle. Secondly. six major submodules of the SMS, based on the EI and sensory devices, are proposed. They are individual stock management, disease management, health management, feeding management, milking management, and a propagation management submodule. Finally, a prototype system for the SMS is demonstrated. The system is developed using Delphi 2 client-server system run under the Windows 95 environment.

본 논문은 권선내부에 온도계가 설치된 지상변압기를 제작하여 부하운전에 따른 배전용 변압기의 온도상승 특성과 절연유의 유전특성 변화를 관찰하였다. 관찰결과 배전용변압기의 경우 과열점은 세 권선 중 두개의 권선이 접하고 권선의 약 2/3 높이에 위치하고 있으며, 과열점과 절연유 상부 간에 약 17[℃]의 일정한 온도차를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 절연유의 정전용량특성은 온도와 선형적인 관계로 감소하는 특성을 보이며, 그 기울기는 열화율과 무관하게 -0.0106의 일정한 값을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이 결과는 수명손실의 정확한 계산과 열화진단을 위한 기구로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Temperature rise characteristics of medium voltage class transformers and dielectric characteristics of its insulation oil according to the loading rate were investigated using the transformer that has thermocouples embedded in the windings. The hottest-spot of the transformer locates at about 2/3 height of the windings where they adjoin each other among the 3 phase windings. The temperature difference between the hottest-spot and top-oil is about 17[℃] and the value keeps uniformly in short time after changing the loading rate. Capacitance of the oil varies in inverse proportion to temperature and the inclination rate is about -0.0106 that is not dependent on the aging rate. On the other hand the capacitance is increased depending on the aging rate, so the capacitance characteristics of the oil could be applied to the diagnostic technique.

가공선로와 지중선로가 혼합된 배전계통에서 뇌서어지와 개폐서어지가 입상주를 통하여 유입될 수 있다. 이러한 서어지는 케이블을 따라서 이동하게 되고 케이블의 종단에서 반사된다. 이때 반사되는 서어지는 그 크기가 2배 정도가 되고 지중배전선로의 절연을 위협할 수 있다. 한전의 지중배전계통을 모의할 수 있는 모델계통을 만들고 이 계통에 서어지를 인가하여 케이닥의 서어지 전파 특성을 측정하였다. 실제시험으로 측정한 결과를 EMTP 해석 결과와 비교하여 EMTP 파라미터들을 수정하였다. EMTP해석에서 케이블 절연체의 유전율, 피뢰기의 특성곡선, 서어지의 파형을 조정하면 실증시험 결과와 거의 일치하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 케이블의 말단에서 2배 정도 전압상승이 되고 분기에 의하여 복잡하게 전파되는 것을 확인하였다. The lightning surge and switching surge could be injected to the underground distribution line through the riser pole in the mixed distribution line of overhead and underground These surges travel along the cable and are reflected at the end of cable. It can be doubled and affecting underground distribution facilities. It was made a underground distribution model representing KEPCO's distribution system. It was measured propagation characteristics by applying lightning surges to this underground distribution model. Meanwhile, this system was simulated with ATP-EMTP and compared these real test results and tuned up the EMIP parameters. EMTP simulation results showed that accord with real test result by adjusting the cable insulation ramitivity, arrester characteristics, surge wave shape.

Inside the existing superconducting cables, the superconducting wire carries a loss-free current, and the cable former (the stranded copper wire) bypasses the fault current to prevent damage and loss of the superconducting cable when the fault current is applied. The fault-current-limiting-type superconducting cable proposed in this paper usually carries a steady current; but in a fault state, the cable generates self-resistance that makes the fault current lower than a certain width. That is, the superconducting cable that transmitted only a low voltage and a large capacity power repetitively limits the fault current, as does a superconducting current limiter. To complete this structure, it is essential to investigate the mutual resistance relationship between the superconducting wires after applying a fault current. Therefore, in this paper, one kinds of superconducting wires (a wire without a stabilization layer) were connected parallel 4 tapes, respectively; and after applying a fault current, the current, voltage, resistance and thermal stability of the HTS thin-film wires were examined.

When an abnormal condition occurs due to a fault current at a consumer location where electricity is supplied through high-Tc superconducting(HTS) cable, the HTS cable would be damaged if there is no appropriate method to protect it. The fault-current-limiting type HTS cable that is suggested in this study has a structure of transport part and limit part. It conduct a zero impedance transport current at ordinary operations and carry out a fault current limiting at extraordinary operations. To make a perfect this structure, it is essential to investigate electrical properties of transport part that comprise the fault-current-limiting type HTS cable. In this paper, transport part that comprise HTS wire with copper stabilization layer is examined the current transport properties and the stability evaluation.
