        원기둥 압축 공정에서 접촉 경계면의 변형 특성

        In this study, surface deformation patterns have been investigated by the rigid-plastic finite element method for friction factor test in solid cylinder compression process. AA1100 and AA6063 aluminum alloys, which show different work hardening characteristics respectively, have been adopted as model materials used for analysis. The main objective of this study is to provide the deformation mechanics in detail in solid cylinder compression process, especially at the die/workpiece interface that is closely related with the frictional conditions. For this reason, solid cylinder compression process has been numerically analyzed. The surface flow patterns at the contact boundary have been analyzed in terms of surface expansion, surface expansion velocity, pressure distributions exerted on the die surface along the die surface. By defining bulge factor, barreling phenomenon also have been examined with calibration curves to verify their effects on the surface flow pattern that is important for evaluating the frictional condition at the interface.

        조직구성원들이 인식한 CEO 리더십스타일이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

        This study is to analyze the effects of leadership style on the organizational outcomes of our enterprises. This study can be drawn as the following variables; CEO’s leadership style as independent variables, organizational effectiveness as dependent variables, moderator as desire motives and organizational culture. And the hypothesis on the relation between CEO‘s leadership style and organizational effectiveness on th basis of theoretical study was firmed and tested. The 226 valid responses were gotten from the questionnaire survey on 600 employees in a business organization for the testing hypothesis. The findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, it is proved that, although significant positive correlation between CEO's leadership style and organizational effectiveness, there is significant negative correlation between CEO's transactional leadership and productivity. Second, it is turned out that productivity depends on rank culture, being connected with transactional leadership, transformational leadership and Charismatic Leadership. Third, transactional leadership, which is connected with physiological needs as moderator, and transformational leadership, being linked by physiological needs and development culture as moderators, have an effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, according to the study, transactional leadership is on the increase and Charismatic Leadership decrease, self-actualization needs increase and esteem needs and social needs decrease, rational culture increase and rank culture decrease, which is undesirable results. In conclusion, the results show that change in the CEO's leadership style in korea is not good, new leadership to mix transactional leadership and Charismatic Leadership is to studied. In the next study, business employee's self-actualization needs, esteem needs and social needs are thought over, and transformational organization culture and rant organization culture are token into account. we must fasten one's eyes on recurring to the traditional value of business employee. 본 연구의 목적은 조직구성원들이 인식한 CEO리더십스타일이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 독립변수인 리더십스타일은 우리나라에 가장 보편적으로 적용될 수 있는 거래적 리더십, 변혁적 리더십, 카리스마적 리더십으로 분류하였고, 종속변수인 조직효과성은 만족성과 생산성, 조직몰입으로 분류하였으며, 욕구동기와 조직문화를 매개변수로 사용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 한국경영․기술컨설턴트협회 회원기업 사원들로부터 회수한 226부의 설문지를 근거로 가설 검증한 결과, 생산성에는 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십, 카리스마적 리더십에 따른 위계문화가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입은 거래적 리더십이 생리적 욕구를 매개변수, 변혁적 리더십은 생리적 욕구와 개발문화를 매개변수로 하여 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 거래적 리더십스타일이 증가하고 있고, 카리스마적 리더십은 감소하고 있다. 자아실현욕구가 증가하고 있지만 존경욕구와 사회적 욕구가 감소하고 있고, 합리문화가 크게 증가하고 있으며 위계문화는 크게 감소하고 있다. 이러한 결과로 현재의 CEO의 리더십스타일과 조직효과성의 제요인간의 변화는 바람직하지 않으며, 우리나라 기업종사자들의 동기요인인 자아실현과 존경, 사회적 가치를 배려한 혁신적인 조직문화와 위계문화를 고려하여야 하며 변혁적 리더십과 카리스마적 리더십을 혼용한 새로운 리더십의 연구가 선행되어야 한다.

        집단갈등이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This paper is what analysis how group conflicts in an organization have an effect on an organizational efficiency. And the hypothesis on the relation between group conflicts in an organization and an organizational efficiency on th basis of theoretical study was firmed and tested. The 403 valid responses were gotten from the questionnaire survey on 600 employees in a business organization fir the testing hypothesis. The analysis of reliability, factorial analysis, correlation and regression analysis of SPSS statistical package ver. 11.0 were implemented for testing the hypothesis formed from these data. The most of hypothesis besides a little some hypothesis were accepted or partially accepted as results of the analysis. The accepted hypothesis can say that an organizational efficiency was gotten an effect from what the causes and types of group conflicts in an organization are. And an organizational efficiency also was gotten an effect from what the characteristics of the person, group and organization are. The specific variables relatively comparing to other variables have a significant effect on the results, and the use in practical affaires is expected to control group conflicts in an organization. But the limitation of the study by insufficiency of consideration of a random sampling and variables of the group is a task of the study to be solved in the future.
