數種酵素 및 炎症이 實驗的 硝子體內血液吸收에 미치는 影響

Ⅰ. Introduction This paper describes the effects of several kind of enzymes and inflammation on absorption of experimentally induced vitreous hemorrhage. In this study, vitreous hemorrhage was induced by intravitreal injection of autologous radioactive chromium(Cr51) tagged whole blood, and the rates of absorption of the blood by several factors are compared with each other. Ⅱ. Material and Method 1. Material 1) Animal: Thirty-eight healthy albino rabbits weighing approximately 2㎏. 2) Blood: Cr51-tagged autologous rabbit blood which was prepared by Gray and Sterling method. 3) Enzymes and Drug: (1) Hyaluronidase (Wyeth, U.S.A.) (2) Varidase (Lederle, U.S.A.) (3) Cortisone (Upjohn, U.S.A.) 2. Method The rabbits were generally anesthetized with ether and in addition, locally with 0.5% tetracaine solution. 0.2㎖ of vitreous was aspirated with a 26 gauge needle through the pars plana at 9 o'clock position and the same amount of Cr51-tagged autologous whole blood was injected into the vitreous cavity through the same site. In each group, radioactivity (C.P.M.) was counted with a scintillation counter every 24 hours its percentage was obtained. 1) Control: Eight rabbits were injected intravitreally with 0.2㎖ of autologous Cr51-tagged whole blood. 2) Experimental Variations: (1) Six rabbits were injected intravitreally with 0.2㎖ of autologous Cr51-tagged whole blood which was hemolyzed prior to injection. (2) Six rabbits were injected intravitreally with 0.2㎖ of autologous Cr51-tagged whole blood and daily injected subconjunctivally with 75 t.r.u. of hyaluronidase. (3) Six rabbits were injeted intravitreally with 1.2㎖ of autologous Cr51-tagged whole blood and daily injected subconjunctivally with 0.5㎖ of Varidase(streptokinase 5000u, streptodornase 1250u.). (4) Six rabbits were injected for two weeks intradermally with horse serum 20㎎ per week, and injected intravitreally with 10㎎ of horse serum to induce inflammation, and injected intravitreally with 0.2㎖ of Cr51-tagged whole blood. (5) Six rabbits were injected for two weeks intradermally with horse serum 20㎎ per week, and injected intravitreally with 10㎎ of horse serum to induce inflammation, and injected intravitreally with 0.2㎖ of whole blood and daily injected subconjunctivally with 5㎎/㎏ of cortisone acetate suspension. Ⅲ. Conclusions: (1) The rate of absorption of the group injected with hemolyzed blood are approximately five to six times as fast as the group injected with whole blood. (2) The rate of absorption of the group injected subconjunctivally with hyaluronidase are approximately six times as fast as the group injected with whole blood. (3) The rate of absorption of the group injected subconjunctivally with Varidase are approximately six times as fast as the group injected with whole blood. (4) The rate of absorption of the group sensitized with horse serum to induce inflammation are approximately twice as fast as the group injected with whole blood. (5) Subconjunctival injection of cortisone in the group with uveitis has definite anti-inflammatory action but little effect on blood absorotion.
