The purpose of this paper is to explore morphological effects on tensification in Korean triconstituent compounds. Under the assumption that the internal bracketing of compound words is reflected in the tensification of head nouns, 40 triconstituent compounds were selected and presented to 30 native Korean speakers, aged between 20 and 25. Participants were asked to choose which tensification pattern is more acceptable in their production. This study revealed that the strength of morphological boundaries and the frequency of embedded compounds may be reflected in varying degrees of tensification. That is, embedded constituents are more prone to tensification, such that the higher the frequency of the embedded compounds, the greater the propensity for tensification becomes. By examining the phonetic detail of morphologically complex words, we may be able to make some progress in understanding the highly dynamic and variable nature of tensification in Korean compound nouns.
전산해석을 통한 키로플러스 사파이어 단결정 성장공정의 유동 및 remelting 현상 분석

사파이어($Al_2O_3$) 단결정 웨이퍼는 청색 LED(light emitting diode) 제작을 위한 핵심 소재로 사용되고 있으며, 사파이어 단결정의 품질에 따라 LED의 성능이 크게 좌우하게 된다. 여러 가지 사파이어 단결정 제조방법 중 키로플러스(Kyropoulos)법은 도가니 직경에 근접한 크기로 잉곳 생산이 가능하며, 내부 전위밀도가 낮아 고품질의 대구경 사파이어 잉곳 제작이 가능하다. 키로플러스법 공정에서 용융 알루미나의 유동은 seed의 성장 형태, 도가니 및 단열재의 형상에 영향을 받으며, 유동양상에 따라 단결정 사파이어 잉곳의 품질이 좌우된다. 특히 온도구배는 hot-zone 내부의 히터 구조와 밀접한 관련이 있으므로 본 연구에서는 도가니 단위표면적당 하부와 측면 히터의 발열비율에 따른 CFD(computational fluid dynamics) 해석을 실시하고, 해석결과를 토대로 각각 용융 알루미나의 유동 및 remelting 현상에 대해 분석하였으며, 이상적인 히터 발열비율을 도출하였다. Sapphire wafers are used as an important substrate for the production of blue LED (light emitting diode) and the LED's performance largely depends on the quality of the sapphire single crystals. There are several crystal growth methods for sapphire crystals and Kyropoulos method is an efficient way to grow large diameter and high-quality sapphire single crystals with low dislocation density. During Kyropoulos growth, the convection of molten melt is largely influenced by the hot zone geometry such as crucible shape, heater and refractory arrangements. In this study, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulations were performed according to the bottom/side ratios (per unit of the crucible surface area) of heaters. And, based on the results of analysis, the molten alumina flows and remelting phenomena were analyzed.
F-164 Immunogenicity of Xenogeneic Human Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell

The alveolar destruction associated with emphysema cannot be repaired by current practices. Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are a promising tool for cell therapies and several researches using syngeneic, allogeneic MSCs have demonstrated the therapeutic potential in a variety of applications both in animal models and in humans. However, applications of MSCs produced conflicting results in solid organ transplantation and GVHD. This study aimed to evaluate the immunogenicity of the xenogeneic human adipose tissue derived-MSCs(AD-MSCs) in animal model of elastase-induced pulmonary emphysema. To generate emphysema model, 6-week-old female mice were intratracheally instilled with elastase. Then elastase injected mice were separated three groups of elastase-treated only group, every week and every second week AD-MSCs-treated group. Every week treated group were injected with 1×105 of AD-MSCs i.v. on week 0,1,2,3,4 and every second week treated group were injected on week 0, 2, 4. Then lymph nodes and spleen were harvested and varying amounts of MSCs were added to proliferate previously stimulated T cell in vivo. T cells were harvested after 3 days, analyzed with a FACS. In the analysis, each of all four groups did not induce markers of T cells. There were no differences in average percentage of the anti-CD3+ and anti-CD28+ T cell population. In addition, it was demonstrated that expression of Vβ T cell receptor in each group indicated no significant differences. Human AD-MSCs have low immunogenicity, therefore they have immunologic safety for use in clinical applications.

우주발사체나 유도탄은 발사환경이나 고속의 비행환경에서 발생되는 매우 큰 동적 하중에 노출된다. 주요한 동적하중으로는 랜덤진동, 충격, 음향하중이 있으며 이에 대한 예측이 시스템의 설계 초기부터 필요하다. 본 연구의 목표는 고속비행 유도탄에 대한 운용환경을 분석하고 각각의 운용환경에서 발생하는 동적하중을 예측하여 비행체 임의의 위치에서 탑재장비 및 비행체의 동적하중 설계규격을 확보하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 그 첫 번째 단계로, 본 논문에서는 유도탄은 대부분의 동적하중이 고주파 영역을 고려하여야하기 때문에 고주파수 진동 해석방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. Spacecrafts and Missiles are subject to very large dynamic loads which are excited by launch environments and in-flight environments. The dominant dynamic loads are random vibration, shock, and acoustic loads, It is important to predict their vibration level at the beginning of the design stage. The final objective of this study is to develop a methodology to predict the design specification of dynamic loads in vehicle and electronic units at an arbitrary position of the vehicle. It can be performed by analyzing operating environment of the vehicle and predicting dynamic loads which are generated by each operation environment. As a beginning of this study, it is shown the analysis methodology for the high frequency vibration range because most dynamic loads of missiles are considered in the high frequency vibration range.
