        자생 수생식물의 인공연못에의 이용성 평가

        인공연못 녹화를 위해 국내 11개 연못에서 수집한 84종의 자생 수생식물을 6mx3mx1.5m 크기의 인공연 못에 식재하여 12개월간 생장시킨 후 관상가치가 뛰어 나고, 체내 N, P함량이 많아 수질정화용으로 이용 가 능성이 높을 것으로 예상되는 종을 선발하였다. 체내 N함량이 높은 종은 마름, 어리연꽃, 수련, 벗풀, 물수 세미였으며, P함량은 물옥잠, 벗풀, 소귀나물에서 높았 다. 생태연못 조성에 이용할 수 있는 종으로 4월에 5 종, 5월 19종, 6월 23종, 7월 32종, 8월 31종, 9월 28종, 10월 26종을 각각 선발하였다. 연못의 pH는 22개월 동안 6.8~7.6수준이 유지되었으며, EC는 식물 생장기인 봄과 여름에는 비교적 낮았으나 가을로 갈 수록 높았다. 인공조성 연못의 1년 경과 후 식생은 당 초 78종(Potamogeton octqandrus, Salvinia natans, Potamogeton malaianus etc.)에서 38종(Scirpus tarbernaemontani, Scirpus karuizawensis, Scirpus triqueter etc)으로 감소되었으며, 종 다양성면에서 종수 는 38종, 총개체수는 1,437개, 종풍부성지수는 11.72, 최대 다양성지수는 0.97로 나타나 인공연못이 비교적 안정되게 유지되었다. This experiment was conducted to acquire the basic data necessary for the artificial pond greening. Eighty four hydrophytes collected from 11 domestic small ponds and a farm were used in this experiment. The size of the artificial pond used was 6mx3mx1.5m (lengthxwidthxdepth). Twelve months after planting, species were selected for their high ornamental values and tissue contents of N and P in each month. Tissue contents of N in Trapha nantan, Nymphoides indica, Nymphaea hybrid, and Murdannia keisak were high. Tissue contents of P in Monochoria vaginalis and Murdannia keisak were also high. The pH of artificial pond stabilized at a 6.8~7.6 range from May 2005 to March 2007. The EC was low in summer and high in autumn. From April to October, 5, 19, 23, 32, 31, 28, and 26 species, respectively, were selected for artificial pond greening. One year after planting, vegetation changed from 78 species (Potamogeton octqandrus, Salvinia natans, Potamogeton malaianus, etc.) to 38 species (Scirpus tarbernaemontani, Scirpus karuizawensis, Scirpus triqueter, etc.). Species diversity in the artificial pond was as follows, indicating it being a stabilized artificial pond; 38 species, 1,437 total number of plants, species richness index of 11.72, and maximum diversity index of 0.97.

        아잘레아 ‘미숀벨’의 두상관수 재배시 알맞은 배지 구명

        분화용 아잘레아 ‘Mission Bell’ 두상관수 방법에 알맞은 배지를 구명하고자 6가지 배지원료를 혼합한 5 가지 배합비율(용적비)을 달리하여 두상관수로 재배한 결과 다음과 같았다. 초장, 초폭은 T1(펄라이트 3+ 질 석 3+버미큘라이트 3)로 혼합한 배지에서 가장 생장이 좋았다. 생체중, 건물중에서는 T1에서 가장 좋았으며 T3과 T4구에서 가장 낮았다. 뿌리 발달은 T2와 T5에서 가장 좋았으며 T/R 율은 T2와 T4에서 낮게 나타 났다. T3 배지는 모든 생장에서 낮아 분화용 아잘레아 의 배지로 부적당 하였다. 광합성량은 처리 간 유의차 가 인정되지 않았다. 배지의 이화학적 특성에서 정식 전의 배지에서 pH는 T1과 T2에서 5.13, 5.31로 산성 을 띠었으며, 낮았고 T3, T4, T5에서 다소 높게 나타 났다. 기타 이화학적 성질에서는 전체적으로 원예용토 로서 대체로 알맞은 수준이었다. 정식 후 배지의 물리 화학적인 변화가 가장 적었던 구는 T1과 T2배지였으 며, 식물체 분석에서도 전질소의 경우 T1, T2에서 가 장 높게 나타났다. 아잘레아 ‘Mission Bell’ 분화용 아잘레아의 두상살수관수 재배 시 피트모스+펄라이트+버미큘라이트 또는 피트모스+버미큘라이트+훈탄을 동 일 비율로 혼합한 배지를 이용하는 것이 좋을 것으로 생각된다. The objectives of this research were to investigate the ideal medium composition for plant culture of azalea in a scientific and economic view point. The effects of various medium composition on photosynthetic rate and growth of potted Azalea ‘Mission Bell’ were evaluated at 110 days after transplanting. The growth, chlorophyll and root mat formation at 110 days after planting as influenced by overhead irrigation system were optimum in T1 (peatmoss 3+perlite 3+vermiculite 3 v/v) and T2 (peatmoss 3+vermiculite 3+burnt chaff 3). However, the T3 and T5 treatments, containing coir-dust instead of peatmoss, did gave high fresh and dry weights of plant. Net photosynthetic rate was not significantly different among treatments. pH was in the range of 5.1~7.3, and other physicochemical properties were proper as horticultural media.

        정치광고언어에 대한 화용론적 접근

        This paper seeks to define the characteristics of political language and also provides a critical discourse analysis of presuppositions and Metaphor by exploring semantic and pragmatic effects found in the political advertisement. Stanker(1978) explains presupposition as a pragmatic phenomenon, what is taken by the speaker to be the common ground of the participants in the conversation. In this paper I analyzed some presupposition triggers such as definite article, relative clause, and etc, which is quoted from Lakoff(2004, 2008). In particular, this paper broadly covers and analyzes the pragmatic aspects of language messages used by presidential candidates in Korea during the election campaign. The linguistic researches on political fields is hardly featured both in political and linguistic societies in Korea. However, in the future more papers or research topics in this field will be deeply explored and published by both political groups and linguists. (Pusan University of Foreign Studies)

      • 곰솔 水溶抽出液이 植物에 미치는 Allelopathy 效果

        Aqueous extracts, leachates of black pine (Pinus thunbergii P_(ARL).) were prepared to elucidate allelopathic effects on the selected species. Germination and seedling growth were heavily inhibitory at pH 3 below, pH 9 above extracts of leaves, and did also in extracts provided at 18°C for 96hrs. Comparing with inside species and outside species of black pine forest, in general, relative g e rrni nation percentage (RGP), relative elongation percentage (REP) and dry weight of the outside species were lower than the inside species. It was confirmed that phyt otox,c substances related to alIelopathic phenomenon largely contained in black pine leaves. 13 phenolic acids were isolated and identified by paper chromatography from black pine leaves. By HPLC 6 phenolic acids were indentified from black pine leaves, among them gallic, p-hydroxybenzoic, vanillic and syringic acid had been re cognized just same of red pine materials.

        In this paper I will deal with PP licensing relations within the framework of the government and binding theory, which has been developed in Chomsky(1981) and subsequent works. This paper investigates preposition stranding(P-stranding) in terms of movement theory. In the literature on P-stranding it is assumed that in general P-stranding is marked phenmenon so that in most languages it is excluded by general constraints. As to the nature of these constraints, some types of proposals can be distinguished. It covers syntactic incorporation phenomena in case of extraction of some NP from PP. Incorporation refers to the syntactic movement of X-o category so that it adjoins to the governing X-o. The distribution of incorporation process can be explained in terms of the Empty Category Principle as it applies to the trace of the moved X-o. In order to explain that some NP from PP can be extractable, incorporation theory is the most promising. We propose the incorporatin constraint, that is to say, incorporated complex category V+P must inherit the index of the preposition and govern object of the preposition. In conclusion, in order for some NP be extractable out of PP construction, the preposition incorporation must occur and it should obey the incorporation constraint we proposed in case of move-α out of prepositional phrase.
