        In recently, annealing process of cold rolled sheet tend to change to continuous annealing process for improving quality, saving yield. In the meaning as demand for various kind and small lot of products has been increasing, batch annealing has been appreciated for its small restriction for the opreation. So, we tested on the effect for a hydrogen contents of atmospheric gas at annealing furnace. As a result of several investigation. We confirmed for the following chatacteristics ;improved productivity, uniform heating, improved surface quality, saving energy. Therefore, the use of hydrogen instead of nitrogen as the protective gas, combined with high convection in batch annealing furnaces, has shown that considerable increase in furnace output and material quality are attainable. Owing to the low density, high diffusion and reducing character of hydrogen, a better transfer resulting in uniform material temperatures and improved coil surfaces can be achieved.

        서해안 지역의 환경 오염에 의한 수산식품 오염실태 및 예방에 관한 연구(Ⅰ. 어류)

        본 연구는 최근 수년 동안 공업단지가 조성되어 오염이 예측되는 서해안 일부지역을 대상으로, 이 지역에서 생산된 15종의 어류에 함유된 중금속(납, 수은, 카드뮴) 및 미량무기질 (구리, 아연, 철분)을 측정하여 실제 섭취량에서의 문제점을 살펴보고, 수산식품의 오염정도와 식품내의 함유된 미량무기질을 이용한 예방책을 강구하고져 계획하였다. 어류에 함유된 납, 수은과 카드뮴의 평균 함량은 우리나라 규제치에 비하여 낮은 수준이었으나 일부 어류에서 기준치 이상의 결과도 보였다. 또한 납과 수은의 경우는 과거 같은 분야의 연구결과에 비하여 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 어류에 함유된 철분의 평균 함량은 돼지고기나 닭고기에 함유된 철분 함량과 유사한 수준이었으며 구리, 아연의 함량도 육류 함유량에 비하여 부족되지 않아 적절한 어류의 섭취는 철분, 구리, 아연 등의 좋은 급원으로 중금속 축적 예방에도 도움이 되는 식품이라하겠다. 실제 1일 어류섭취량을 기준으로 중금속 및 미량무기질의 실제 섭취량을 추정한 바, 허용 기준치 범위내에 있어 아직까지 오염의 염려는 없으나 과거의 연구결과에 비하여 다소 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 어류 중 중금속 및 미량무기질 상호간에는 납과 수은(p<0.0001), 카드뮴과 구리(p<0.0001), 카드뮴과 아연(p<0.05), 구리와 아연(p<0.05) 간의 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 서해안 수산식품 중 어류 중의 일부 중금속 함량은 다소 증가되고 있어 이에 대한 조속한 환경적인 예방책이 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 이들 중금속의 인체내 축적을 방지하는데 어류의 적절한 섭취는 중금속 축적을 예방하는 방안이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to investigate the contamination level of harmful heavy metals and the level of trace elements in 15 kinds of fish collected at the western coast in Korea from July to December in 1996. The levels of total lead, cadmium, mercury, iron, copper and zinc were determined and the results were summarized as follows: The minimum and maximum values(ppm) of fish, mean value bracketed, were; Pb: 0.02~4.80(2.26), Cd: 0.001~0.54(0.04), Hg: 0.007~1.08(0.52), Fe: 7.76~66.39(25.70), Cu; 0.37~121.6(10.90), Zn: 12.01~112.10(54.78). The results show that mean contents of Pb, Cd and Hg in 15 species fish were not yet dangerous levels enough to cause a health problem. But the contents of Ph and Hg tend to increase.

        비타민 C 의 수종 암 세포 증식 억제 효과에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to observe the effects of vitamin C administration on the division of P 388 and L 1210 cells in vitro and the survival time ef the mice inoculate with sarcoma 180 cells. The cancer cells, P 388 and L 1210, were cultured in vitro by the method of Fischer and Sartorelli, and the growth rate and dose-response of the both cells in the absence or in the presence of the various amounts (15 to 80 ㎍/㎖) of vitamin C were compared. The male Swiss mice (80 heads), weighing about 20 g, were inoculated with the sarcoma 180 cells (1,000 cells), and then divided into seven groups (two are control groups ; I for comparison of survival time, II for sacrificed, and six are vitamin C treated groups, 0.29 to 1.16 ㎎/g once a day). For the survival time, the cell numbers in the ascites and the body weight change were determined during all experimental term. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. The division of P 388 and L 1210 cells in vitro were gradually inhibited in proportion to increment of the concentration of the vitamin C added. 2. The survival times of the mice inoculate with the sarcoma 180 cells were significantly extended by administration of vitamin C compared with the control, especially the effects were remarkable in 0.58 ㎎ of vitamin C administered group. 3. The increase cf the body weight caused by ascites, in each vitamin C administered groups were shown similar tendency to the central. 4. The numbers of the P 388 and L 1210 cells in vitro were decreased by the administration cf vitamin C, but th4t cf the sarcoma 180 cells in viva were not shown significant change. From the above results it was found that vitamin C has the inhibitory activity on the division of the leukemic cells (P 388 and L 1210) in vitro and extends survival time cf mice inoculated with sarcoma 180 cells.

        서해안 일부지역에서 생산된 젓갈의 무기질 함량조사

        우리나라는 산업의 발달로 산업 폐기물 및 각종 오염물질들이 해양을 오염시킴에 따라 이들 해양에서 생산된 해양식품에 중금속이 잔류하게 되어 해양식품의 안전성에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 우리나라에서는 그동안 부분적으로 식품의 오염정도를 검토하고 있으나 식품이 섭취되기까지 여러 단계의 가공을 거치게 되므로 실제 섭취량은 식품 중 잔류 중금속 양과 다를 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해양식품 중 가공 단계를 거치는 젓갈 7종을 산지에서 수거하여 동결건조 후 영양학적 면과 더불어 중금속 함량을 함께 고찰하고자 Fe, Cu, Zn, Cr, Co, Mn, Pb와 Cd 등의 미량무기질 함량을 분석하였는데, 7종(새우젓, 조개젓, 어리굴젓, 밴댕이젓, 곤쟁이젓, 황석어젓, 한치젓)의 젓갈의 수분 함량은 각각 68.3, 71.5, 81.1, 62.2, 71.3, 64.2, 66.74% 이었고, 철분함량은 각각 66.46, 309.10, 27.03, 23.01, 132.45, 35.75, 9.72ppm이었으며, 구리함량은 각각 4.60ppm, 4.36ppm, 3.75ppm, 2.21ppm, 10.36ppm, 2.71ppm, 58.15ppm이었으며, 아연함량은 각각 16.02ppm, 75.06ppm, 37.43ppm, 28.43ppm, 132.45ppm, 35.75ppm, 9.72ppm이었다. 그리고 크롬함량은 각각 0.80ppm, 1.61ppm, 0.84ppm, 0.96ppm, 1.12ppm, 0.96ppm, 0.59ppm이었고, 코발트함량은 각각 0.13ppm, 0.54ppm, 0.31ppm, 0.46ppm, 0.50ppm, 0.63ppm, 0.35ppm이었으며, 망간함량은 각각 7.30ppm, 10.69ppm, 14.87ppm, 4.12ppm, 8.03ppm, 2.94ppm, 1.54ppm이었다. 그리고 7종의 젓갈의 납함량은 각각 1.80ppm, 4.30ppm, 2.53ppm, 4.61ppm, 3.08ppm, 5.04ppm, 2.74ppm이었으며, 카드뮴함량은 각각 0.005ppm, 0.03ppm, 0.06ppm, 0.005ppm, 0.01ppm, 0.00ppm, 0.10ppm이었다. This study was performed to assess the levels of the trace elements(Fe, Cu, Zn, Cr, Co, Mn, Pb, and Cd) in salt-fermented fish products from some areas of the west coast in Korea. Seven samples were Shrimp(Seawoo-jeot), Clam(Jogai-jeot), Oyster(Orikul-jeot), big eyed horring(Bendeng-ie jeot), Mysis(Gonjeng-ie jeot), Hwangandali(Hwangsegi-jeot), and Squid, Han Chi(Han chi-jeot). They were ashed with ternary solution. After ashing the samples, the amount of trace elements in the samples were measured by ICP. The moisture content of the 7 samples before freezing dry were 68.36, 71.52, 81.19, 62.27, 71.30, 64.27, and 66.74%, respectively. Jogai-jeot and Gonjeng-ie jeot contained the most amount of moisture among the samples. Fe contents were 66.46, 309.10, 27.03, 23.01, 132.45, 35.75, and 9.72ppm, respectively. Jogai-jeot contained the most amount of Fe among the samples. Cu contents were 4.60, 4.36, 3.75, 2.21, 10.36, 2.71, and 58.15ppm, respectively. Hanchi-jeot contained the most amount of Cu among the samples. Zn contents were 16.02, 75.06, 37.43, 28.43, 132.45, 35.75, and 9.72ppm, respectively. Gonjeng-ie jeot contained the most amount of Zn among the samples. Cr contents were 0.80, 1.61, 0.84, 0.96, 1.12, 0.96, and 0.59ppm, respectively. Jogai-jeot contained the most amount of Cr among the samples. Co contents were 0.13, 0.54, 0.31 0.46, 0.50, 0.63, and 0.35ppm, respectively. Hwangsegi-jeot contained the most amount of Co among the samples. Mn contents were 7.30, 10.69, 14.87, 4.12, 8.03, 2.94 and 1.54ppm, respectively. Origkul-jeot contained the most amount of Mn among the samples. Pb contents were 1.80, 4.30, 2.53, 4.61, 3.08, 5.04, and 2.74ppm, respectively. Hwangsegi-jeot contained the most amount of Pb among the samples. Cd contents were 0.005, 0.03, 0.06, 0.005, 0.01, 0.00, and 0.10ppm, respectively. Hanchi-jeot contained the most amount of Cd among the samples. This study is limited within 7 samples caught and producted from the some areas of the west coast in Korea. Therefore, I hope there will be broader experiments concerned with this study to make clear not only nutritional aspect(the contents of Fe, Cu, Zn, Cr, Co, and Mn) but also toxicological aspect (the contents of Pb and Cd).

        복합운동프로그램이 경증치매여성노인의 일상생활활동 및 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study is to know that combined exercise program impacts on cognitive function of elderly women with mild dementia and Activities of Daily living(ADL) and Functional fitness. It was conducted from september to december 2008. The exercise program was conducted for the 14(EG: 7, CG: 7) people[They were elderly women with mild dementia] who were visiting to the dementia center which located in Busan B Women`s University for 12 weeks(2 times a week, 1 time 35-40 minutes). The change of ADL in this study improved statistically meaningfully pre movement(EG: 14.14±1.07pt, CG; 13.57±0.98pt) and post exercise(EG; 12.71±0.05pt, CG; 13.71±1.11pt). There was an interaction effect between group and period according to the factor, showing the effect of exercise. we had measurements following these. The lower leg muscular strength and muscle endurance measurements pre exercise(EG: 11.00±3.42, CG; 12.86±1.35) and post exercise(EG; 14.14±2.34, CG; 12.43±1.40). The upper leg muscular strength and muscle endurance measurements pre movent(EG; 13.71±1.CG, CG; 14.86±1.77) and post exercise(EG; 17.07±1.73, CG; 14.00±1.63). The lower leg muscular Flexibility measurements pre movement(EG; 8.50±3.53, CG; 8.50±3.53) and post exercise(EG; 54±3.86, CG; 7.49±3.55). The upper leg muscular Flexibility measurements pre movement(EG; 8.41±5.46, CG; 7.86±5.87) and post exercise(EG; 4.56±4.66, CG; 19.43±5.72). Agility and movement balance measurements pre movement(EG; 12.63±3.65, CG; 12.57±3.07) and post exercise(EG; 10.74±3.67, CG; 12.59±3.88), Heart and lung endurance measurements pre movement(EG; 49.29±6.40, CG; 57.00±9.85) and post exercise(EG; 71.14±5.46, CG; 54.29±6.58). There was an interaction effect between group and period according to the factor, showing the effect of exercise. As above, Measurement of these changes represents improvements in general and has a positive meaning. The result of comparing the changes of functional fitness pre and post rehabilitation exercise for elderly women with mild dementia in B dementia center, was improved statistically significantly.
