        Dimethylformamide가 사람 혈청의 과산화지질 농도와 Superoxide dismutase 활성도 변화에 미치는 영향

        The variation in the enzyme activities of human liver usually represents the particular physiological conditions of each individuals. Thus, we investigated the variation in the activities of SOD, HR and LPO of (1) non-exposed workers (56 subjects), and (2) exposed workers to DMF (43 subjects) in synthetic leather process. Serum levels of enzyme activities of exposed workers (AST:$30.26{\pm}20.041$U/L, ALT:$32.72{\pm}23.393$U/L, GGT:$28.47{\pm}18.635$ U/L, ALP:$81.77{\pm}34.879$ U/L)were slightly higher than those in nonexposed workers (AST:$24.00{\pm}9.441$ U/L, ALT:$23.89{\pm}18.305$U/L, GGT:$21.95{\pm}17.970$U/L, ALP:$70.84{\pm}24.678$U/L), but only the level of ALT was statistically significant (p< 0.05). Serum levels of LDH, TRF and CHOL in non-exposed workers were slightly higher than those of exposed workers. However, they were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). Serum levels of HR and LPO of the exposed workers appeared to be reduced, but not those of the non-exposed workers. The SOD activities of exposed workers were also slightly higher than those of non-exposed workers, but the results were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). The level of HR was increased with age, but the SOD level was not. These results suggest that the intermittent exposure to DMF at time-weighted average (TWA) level (10 ppm/$m^3$) has affected on the activities of enzymes such as AST, ALT, TRF, but not on the generation of HR, activity of SOD. However, if high dose of DMF was used, there would be severe effects for the generation of HR and LPO.

        흰쥐 간의 microsomal enzymes의 유도에 있어서 benzene, toluene과 xylene의 복합적인 영향과 그들의 대사산물

        We studied the effects of a single, combined and mixed exposure of benzene, toluene and xylene on the activities of rat liver microsomal AHH, ADH and ALDH, and the excretion of their metabolites in urine. The AHH activities of the rats treated in combination and mixture were slightly higher and/or similar to those rats treated with single solvent, while the reverse effects were observed for ADH and ALDH. Similar effects were observed when the metabolites were examined in urine (p < 0.01). These results suggest that each solvent might interJkre the induction and action of ADH and ALDH, and decrease the excretion of their metabolites into urine.

        We consider design factors for a SQUID sensor array to construct a 52-channel magnetocardiogram (MCG) system that can be used to measure tangential components of the cardiac magnetic fields. Nowadays, full-size multichannel MCG systems, which cover the whole signal area of a heart, are developed to improve the clinical analysis with high accuracy and to provide patients with comfort in the course of measurement. To design the full-size MCG system, we have to make a compromise between cost and performance. The cost is involved with the number of sensors, the number of the electronics, the size of a cooling dewar, the consumption of refrigerants for maintenance, and etc. The performance is the capability of covering the whole heart volume at once and of localizing current sources with a small error. In this study, we design the cost-effective arrangement of sensors for MCG by considering an adequate sensor interval and the confidence region of a tolerable localization error, which covers the heart. In order to fit the detector array on the cylindrical dewar economically, we removed the detectors that were located at the corners of the array square. Through simulations using the confidence region method, we verified that our design of the detector array was good enough to obtain whole information from the heart at a time. A result of the simulation also suggested that tangential-component MCG measurement could localize deeper current dipoles than normal-component MCG measurement with the same confidence volume; therefore, we conclude that measurement of the tangential component is more suitable to an MCG system than measurement of the normal component.

        Cytochrome P-450 의존성 radical 전달에 의한 Benzene, Toluene, Xylene의 대사기전 연구

        This study was undertaken to investigate the effects of organic solvents on xenobiotic metabollzing enzyme system in vivo by meaas of experimental conditions i.e. (1) single group which was treated by benzene (B), toluene (T) and xylene (X), respectively, (2) combination group which was treated by mixture of benzene+toluene (BT), benzene+xylene (BX), and toluene+xylene (TX), respectively, (3) mixture group which was treated by benzene+ toluene+xylene mixture (M), and to interpreat the interaction between the organic solvents metabolizing enzymes. 1. The contents of cytochrome P-450 in liver microsomes were increased (p < 0.01) in organic solvents treated groups, and the contents of cytochrome P-450 were increased by following order of B < T < M < BT=BX < X < TX. 2. The activity of cytochrome P-450 dependent AHHase was significantly higher in organic solvents treated groups than in control group (p < 0.01), and the activity of AHHase was increased by following order of B < T < BT=BX=TX=xylene < M. 3. The activity of NADPH P-450 reductase was significantly higher in organic solvents treated groups than in control group (p < 0.01), and the order of M < combinated group < X < T <B, however, the activity of NADH b5 reductase was the reverse order of NADPH P-450 reductase activity. 4. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), and generation of hydroxyl radical and lipid peroxide were significantly higher in organic solvents treated groups than in control group (p < 0.01), and the order of M < T=X=combinated group (BT=BX=TX) < B. These results suggested that the first step of biotransformation pathway of organic solvents(benzene, toluene and xylene) may be proceeded by a different metabolic reaction. Because benzene was metabolized by radical reaction through cytochrome P-450 dependent radical intermediates, meanwhile toluene and xylene were hydroxylated by cytochrome P-450 dependent AHHase.

        IPA와 MDS를 활용한 방송사별 프로야구 해설자 공신력 연구: 2020 KBO리그를 중심으로

        본 연구는 각 방송사 해설자의 공신력에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 분석, 평가하고 미디어 수용자들이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 파악함으로써 프로야구 중계방송 해설자의 질적 수준 향상을 위한 실증적 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2020년도 KBO 프로야구 중계방송을 시청한 경험이 있고 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하고 있는 미디어 수용자를 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 눈덩이표집법을 활용하여 총 534부의 자료를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. SPSS 23 ver을 활용하여 빈도분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 대응표본 t-test, IPA 분석, MDS 중 PROXSCAL분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 IPA분석 결과, Ⅰ사분면에는 KBS, MBC, SBS 해설자의 전문성과 SBS의 대중성이 위치하였고, Ⅱ사분면에 KBS, MBC 해설자의 대중성, 신뢰성과 SBS의 신뢰성이 위치되었다. Ⅲ사분면에는 KBS와 MBC 해설자의 역동성이 위치하였으며, Ⅳ사분면에는 SBS 해설자의 역동성이 위치되었다. 또한 MDS 중 PROXSCAL 분석결과, 공신력의 하위 요인 중 전문성은 SBS>KBS>MBC 순으로 나타났고, 신뢰성은 KBS>SBS>MBC, 역동성은 KBS>MBC>SBS, 대중성은 KBS>MBC>SBS 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 각 방송사는 시청자 인식하는 자신들의 포지션을 보다 바람직한 포지션으로 변화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical data for the improvement of the quality level of professional baseball relay broadcasting commentators by analyzing and evaluating the importance and satisfaction of the public confidence of commentators at each broadcasting company and identifying how media audiences perceive them. The study subjects selected media viewers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, who had watched KBO professional baseball broadcasts in 2020, as the population, and a total of 534 copies of data were selected as the final effective sample using snowball sampling. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, corresponding sample t-test, IPA analysis, PROSSCAL analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23 ver. First, as a result of the IPA analysis, the expertise of KBS, MBC, and SBS commentators and the popularity of SBS were located in the I quadrant, while the popularity, reliability, and SBS reliability of the KBS and MBC commentators were located in the II quadrant. The dynamics of KBS and MBC commentators were located in the III quadrant, and the SBS commentators' dynamics were located in the IV quadrant. In addition, as a result of PROXSCAL analysis among MDS, among the sub-factors of public confidence, expertise was SBS>KBS>MBC, reliability was KBS>SBS>MBC, dynamism was KBS>MBC>SBS, and popularity was KBS>MBC>SBS in order. Therefore, each broadcasting company must find a way to change its location perceived by viewers to a more desirable location.

      • 치매 선별을 위한 한국어판 하세가와 치매척도의 신뢰도와 타당도

        연구목적: 치매 환자의 선별과 중증도 평가에 간편하면서도 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 인지기능 검사도구인 개 정 하세가와 치매척도(HDS-R)를 한국어로 반안하고, 번안된 검사에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증 하여 한국어판 하세가와 치매척도(HDS-K)를 개발하고자 하였다. 방 법: 원본인 HDS-R의 구성을 유지하여 HDS-K로 번안하여 174명의 치매 환자와 160명의 정상 노인 에게 시행하였다. 내적 일치도를 나타내는 Crohnbach alpha 계수와, 검사자간 신뢰도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 또 MMSE-KC, SBT-K 및 CDR을 함께 시행하여 HDS-K 점수와의 상관관계 를 분석함으로써 동종 타당도를 검증하였다. ROC 곡선분석을 통해 민감도와 특이도를 동시에 만족시 키는 최적 절단점을 추정하고, ROC 곡선의 곡선하 면적(Area Under Curve:이하 AUC)을 비교함으 로써 SBT-K 및 MMSE-KC와 치매에 대한 진단적 효율성을 비교하였다. 결 과: 1) HDS-K는 높은 내적 일치도(Cronbach alpha 계수=0.948, p<0.01)와 우수한 평가자간(Pearson 상관계수=0.999, p<0.01) 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도(Pearson 상관계수=0.848, p<0.01)를 보 였다. 2) HDS-K 점수는 MMSE-KC 점수, SBT-K 점수 및 CDR과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. ROC 곡 선 분석을 통해 추정된 최적 절단점은 15/16점이었으며, 여기서 치매에 대한 민감도와 특이도는 각각 0.950과 0.902였다. 3) ROC 곡선의 AUC 분석 결과, HDS-K는 MMSE-KC나 SBT-K와 치매에 대한 대등한 진단적 효율성을 보였다. 결 론: HDS-K는 높은 신뢰도와 타당도를 보이는 간편하면서도 유용한 치매 선별 인지기능 평가 도구이다. Objects:We developed the Korean version of Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS-K) by translating the revised Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS-R) which is known to be a useful brief screening instrument for dementia. Materials and Methods:The translation was carried out keeping the basic structure of Revised Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS-R). HDS-K, along with MMSE-KC, SBT-K and CDR, were administered to 174 dementia patients and 160 elderly control subjects. Cronbach alpha coefficient, inter-rator reliability, and test-retest reliability of HDS-K were examined. The correlations of MMSE-KC, SBT-K and CDR with HDS-K were also examined to confirm the validity of HDS-K. Cut-off scores for dementia were estimated by Receiver Operator Characteristic(ROC) curve anslyses. By comparing Area Under Curve(AUC), the diagnostic efficiency of HDS-K was compared with those of MMSE-KC and SBT-K. Results: 1) HDS-K was found to have significantly high internal consistency(Cronbach alpha coefficient= 0.948, p<0.01), inter-rater reliability(Pearson correlation coefficient=0.999, p<0.01) and test-retest reliability(Pearson correlation coefficient=0.848, p<0.01). 2) All the correlations of HDS-K with MMSE-KC, SBT-K and CDR were significant indicating that HDS-K has good concurrent validity. Its optimal cut-off point for dementia was estimated as 15/16, where the sensitivity and specificity were 0.950 and 0.902, respectively. 3) The ROC curve analysis indicated that the diagnostic efficiency of HDS-K(AUC=0.972) was comparable with MMSE-KC(AUC=0.951) and SBT-K(AUC=0.963).
