종교성은 인간 본성의 중요한 부분을 이루고 있다. 고대인의 문화와 사유가 투영되어 있는 『주역』에는 인간의 종교적 심성이 반영되어 있다. 동양의 종교와 철학이 확립되기 이전에 형성된 『주역』은 인류의 보편적인 원형을 담고 있기 때문에 시대적 이념의 한계를 초월한다. 『주역』에는 인간의 삶에 관한 모든 것이 응축되어 있으며, 인류문화의 중심축 가운데 하나인 종교성이 깊이 배여 있다. 『주역』에 내재한 종교성을 제사(祭祀)와 신탁(神託)에 관한 종교문화와 신(神)과 신앙(信仰)에 관한 종교적 사유로 나누어 살펴보았다. 현대종교문화는 세속화와 종교다원성이라는 특징을 보여주고 있다. 특정 종교의 절대적인 권력과 권위를 거부하고 다른 종교와의 교섭이나 수용을 통하여 개인의 영성을 추구하는 새로운 변화를 보여주고 있다. 이러한 현상들은 조직화된 권력으로서의 종교라는 울타리를 벗어나, 진정한 인간으로서 신성(神性)과 영성(靈性)을 추구하고자 하는 새로운 변화로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 『주역』에 함유된 종교성은 현대 종교문화에서 새로운 가치를 보여주고 있다. 이것은 현대 인류가 지향해야 할 이상적 상태를 실현할 수 있는 길이기도 하다. Religion is an important part of human nature. The I-Ching (Book of Changes) in which the culture and thought of the ancients are projected reflects the religious mentality of human beings. Since the I-Ching which was formed before the establishment of oriental religions and philosophies, contains the universal prototype of mankind, and it transcends the limits of the ideology of the times. Everything about human life is condensed in the I-Ching and the religiosity which is one of the central axis of human culture is deeply embedded in it. The religiousness inherent in the I-Ching is divided into the religious culture about sacrificial rituals and trusts and the religious thinking about god and faith. Contemporary religious culture is characterized by secularization and religious pluralism. It shows a new change that rejects the absolute power and authority of a particular religion and seeks individual spirituality through the negotiation and acceptance with other religions. These phenomena can be seen as a new change to pursue divinity and spirituality as true human beings, escaping from the fence of religion as an organized power. The religiousness contained in the I-Ching shows new values in contemporary religious cultures. This is a way to realize the ideal conditions that modern humanity should aim for.

This paper pertains to the process and implication of the transition of Republic of Korea Navy officer’s hat device insignia. This article will investigate the process of transition that lead to today’s design of the Navy officer"s hat device insignia as well as the implication of each change that was made to the design. Although various categories exist within the history of uniform regulations, the author chose to focus on the Navy officer’s hat insignia for a special reason. The author believes that an investigation of the transitional history of the hat device insignia will help us understand what tradition was succeeded by the Republic of Korea Navy. This will aid in the understanding of the historical background and characteristics of the formation of identity of the Korean Navy. In the process of examination of a record of the uniform regulation history published in late 2013, three distinctive features were found to be monumental in the history of transition of the Republic of Korea Navy officer’s hat device insignia. The first design was the insignia that was used during the liberation era and the founding era of the armed forces. The Navy anchor, Mugunghwa(Hisbiscus syriacus, national flower of the Republic of Korea), and the leaf of Mugunghwa appears on the insignia. This design harmoniously arranged a universal symbol for Navy as well as two unique symbols of the Republic of Korea. This has a historical meaning in symbolizing the birth of the Republic of Korea Navy. The second design was the insignia that was used during the Korean War. An eagle appears on the insignia, which was modeled after the insignia of the United States Navy. This shows the desire of Admiral Sohn, Won-il to build a Navy as powerful as the Navy of the United States. Unlike the previous insignia, this insignia shows features of the imitation the insignia in the United States Navy. The third design was newly adapted in the mid-1950s, which features the Turtle Ship at its core. This shows the identity of the Republic of Korea Navy as a Navy that inherits develops the naval tradition of Chungmugong Lee, Sun-shin. This brings much meaning to the insignia, in the sense that it establishes the history and tradition of the Navy as well as the origin of its identity. The unique design and the ideological tradition of the Navy officer’s hat device insignia that features the Turtle Ship at its center has remained unchanged for more than sixty years, deeply rooted as the symbol of the Republic of Korea Navy.

오늘날 국제범죄는 첨단과학기술의 발달과 세계화로 국가간에 신속하게 이동할 수 있는 범죄 기동여건이 조성되고 범행공간도 크게 확대됨에 따라 새로운 범죄양상을 나타내고 있다. 최근 국제범죄 발생사례와 선험연구 등을 토대로 분석한 결과 사이버범죄, 보이스피싱, 산업스파이, 신용카드 사기 등의 신종범죄가 출현하고 외국인범죄가 조직화, 지능화, 흉포화하고 있으며 국가간 인적교류가 가속화되면서 국제매춘의 세계화 현상이 나타나고 있다. 그리고 제 3국에서 귀순을 준비 중인 북한이탈주민들이 국제범죄에 연계되는 사례가 증가하고 국제범죄조직간 연계도 강화되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 분명한 것은 국제범죄가 날로 심각해지고 있다는 것이다. 그 중 어느 것 하나 중요하지 않는 부분은 없지만 현재 국제금융범죄의 실태는 심각한 수준이며 앞으로 더욱 심각해질 것이라는 예측이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 국제범죄의 정의에 대해 검토하고 우리 사회에서 일반인들에게 가장 많은 피해를 유발할 가능성이 있는 국제금융범죄의 종류 및 유형과 범죄수법에 대해 살피고자 한다. 결론적으로 체계적이고 효과적인 국제공조를 위하여 첫째, 국제공조를 위한 정부간 협력체제를 구축하는데 노력하여야 한다. 둘째는 국제사법질서를 위한 국제적 관심과 이를 위한 상호교류가 활발해져야 한다. 사실 국제범죄 또는 국제금융범죄를 다룸에 있어 현재 각국별로 그 나라의 실정법에 따라 범죄를 다루고 처벌하고 있다. 하지만 본 연구는 국제금융범죄에 대한 정확한 해결책을 제시하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 현재 국내에서 이와 관련된 자국만의 해결책 및 예방책은 많은 연구와 매뉴얼을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 “국제”라는 개념 속에서 각국이 제시하는 방향이 다룰 수 있기 때문에 획일적인 해결책을 제시하는 것에 한계가 있다. International crime recently took on a new aspect due to the globalization and the advance of scientific technology, providing criminals with the conditions to move promptly and the wide area of crime to commit variously more than before. According to the recent research on the cases in the international crime occurrence, there is an increase in the number of new crime such as cyber crime, voice phishing, industrial espionage, credit card fraud and so on. The crimes by foreigners also have been occurred very often within the systematic organization, the intellectual crime and the savagery. As a personal exchange among nations has been accelerated, prostitution as international crime spread out rampantly throughout the world during this time. It is remarkable that North Korean defectors escaping into a third country have been frequently involved in the international crimes. Furthermore, the alliance of different criminal organizations became a serious issue. It is clear that the international crime became severe day be day. None of these international crimes could be thought of as an unimportant problem, but Many financial crimes in the international area run to the extreme level to be concerned seriously. This study aims to examine the definition of the international crime, its categories and the different kinds of criminal means possible to harm people in our society nowadays. This paper could draw the conclusion in relation to the urgent assignments. On the One hand, we must put a lot of effort into the establishment of the cooperative system among nations in order to activate easily international investigation, on the other hand, it is necessary to pay attention to the interactions between nations for the purpose of applying the rules from the private international law flexibly. When the international crimes are committed, the problems can come up. It is very difficult to be solved without the cooperation among the nations as well as the application of the private international law, but it is true that each nation usually deals with the international crimes, applying its own domestic laws. Because the extraterritorial application of domestic laws could be bounded, it is urgent to find a way to apply a uniform standard to the international crimes.
