오늘날 청각장애학교는 제7차 교육과정의 국민공통기본교육과정을 적용하게 되면서 학교중심 교육과정을 개발할 책무성을 가지게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 1994년부터 학교교육과정을 재구조화하고 이를 적용한 청각장애학교를 선정하여 그 학교에 재직한 교사 9명을 대상으로 면담 등을 통하여 학교교육과정 재구조화의 필요성, 재구조화된 교육과정의 운영, 실현 과정에서 나타난 장단점 등을 분석하고 청각장애학교 교육의 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서 청각장애 학교교육과정의 재구조화는 교사가 중심이 되고 선택한 수화 또는 구화의 이분적 시각보다는 청각장애학생의 기초 학력 신장과 바람직한 자아 정체성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 학생중심 교육과정으로 편성운영되어야 한다는 결론을 제시하고 있다. The restructure of school curriculum based on the seventh curriculum in the nation level which means the standard curriculum is an essential activity to educate all children in the schools including school for the deaf. Therefore the school for the Deaf has to develop the school-centered curriculum based on standard curriculum. However the gaps between the school curriculum and the standard curriculum are existed due to the various unique characteristics of the students with hearing impairment unlike the hearing students. The purpose of this study is to illustrate why the restructure of school curriculums for the deaf is necessary. A deaf school which has managed with restructuring school curriculum for the deaf students since 1994 is selected for this qualitative case study. The research methods such as interview, observation, and video photograph and analysis are utilized to illustrate the requisite, procedure, application, and merits and demerits in the school curriculum for the deaf. Nine teachers, one vice principal, three teachers with school affairs, a kindergarten teacher, three teachers below three years teaching experiences, and two teachers who transferred to other schools were participated for this study. Therefore this study suggests that the restructuring school curriculum for the deaf students is focused and developed what are the educational effects based on social and cultural characteristics of the deaf students, not teachers- and hearing-centered thoughts, and standard curriculum itself in the national level.

Scheduling of semiconductor test facilities has been crucial since effective scheduling contributes to the profits of semiconductor enterprises and enhances the quality of semiconductor products. This study aims to solve the scheduling problems for the wafer burn-in test facilities of the semiconductor back-end process by utilizing simulation and deep reinforcement learning-based methods. To solve the scheduling problem considered in this study. we propose novel state, action, and reward designs based on the Markov decision process. Furthermore, a neural network is trained by employing the recent RL-based method, named proximal policy optimization. Experimental results showed that the proposed method outperformed traditional heuristic-based scheduling techniques, achieving a higher due date compliance rate of jobs in terms of total job completion time.

The dicentric chromosome assay is a gold standard method to estimate radiation exposure by calculating the ratio of dicentric chromosomes existing in cells. The objective of this study was to propose an automatic dicentric chromosome discrimination method based on deep convolutional neural networks using radiation exposure patient data. From 45 patients with radiation exposure, conventional Giemsa-stained images of 116,258 normal and 2800 dicentric chromosomes were confirmed. ImageNet was used to pre-train VGG19, which was modified and fine-tuned. The proposed modified VGG19 demonstrated dicentric chromosome discrimination performance, with a true positive rate of 0.927, a true negative rate of 0.997, a positive predictive value of 0.882, a negative predictive value of 0.998, and an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.997.
