1990년 3월 한·몽 외교관계수립 합의이후 양국간의 교류는 활발한 움직임을 보이고 있다. 더욱이 지난해 1995년(단기 4328년)는 한국과 몽골이 교류한지 1천년이 되는 해이기도 하다. 몽골에 대해서는 한편 부끄러운 역사를 가지고 있는 우리지만 과거에 집착하는 것 또한 지혜로운 역사관만은 아닐 것이다. 같은 어족(語族), 인종(人種)이라는 인연을 떠나 양국은 동북아번영에 대한 공동의 책임이 있는 것이다. 외교관으로 일을 하면서 현지에서 보고 느낀 권영순 몽골주재 초대 한국대상의 글 또한 우리가 몽골을 이해하고 양국간의 교류를 확대강화하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 믿어 본 난에 싣기로 한다.

In this study, we aimed to examine whether attachment-anxiety and attachment-avoidance affect emotional expression ambivalence in maladaptive multicultural youth, and to confirm the mediating effect of interpersonal problems in the relationship between maladaptive multicultural youth attachment style and emotional expression ambivalence. In the study, based on previous research suggesting that understanding the level of attachment of close others is more important than understanding the attachment pattern with parents, the subjects of the study were multicultural adolescents attending 10 high schools located in Gyeonggi-do. A survey was conducted on a total of 176 participants, analyzing 78 male and 98 female adolescents. The self-report questionnaires ECR-R, AEQ-K, and IIP were used for measurement. For the analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were conducted using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program, followed by regression analysis and Sobel tests to verify the mediation effect. The results of the study showed firstly significant differences in the correlation between interpersonal relationship problems and emotional expression ambivalence according to the attachment type of maladaptive multicultural youth. Secondly, it was found that interpersonal problems had a mediating effect in the relationship between emotional expression ambivalence, according to the attachment type of maladaptive multicultural youth.
요오드화은 막전극(AgI/PVC.THF)에 관한 연구 (Ⅰ) : 막전극의 특성 A Study of the Characteristics of the Prelude

PVC 가루를 THF 에 녹이고 이 용액을 AgI 가루와 섞어 Infrared pellet presser 로 막을 만들어 AgI/PVC·THF 막전극을 제조하였다. 이 막전극의 은이온 활동도에 대한 감응은 은이온의 농도가 10-¹M에서 10?M 까지의 범위에서 좋은 직선을 보여준다. 이 직선의 기울기는 순수한 요오드화은과 PVC 를 섞은 요오드화은 막전극의 기울기와 비교할 때 Nernst 기울기에 가장 가까웠으며 또한 이 막전극은 다른 요오드화은 막전극과 비교할 때 막표현이 변하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이 전극은 Hg²+ 이외의 다른 양이온에 대하여는 감응을 하지 않으며 I-, CN-, Br- 그리고 CI-에 대하여 좋은 감응을 보여 주었다. The AgI/PVC·THF membrane electrode was prepared by dissolving PVC in THF and mixing this solution with AgI powder and pressing the mixture on Infrared pellet presser. This membrane electrode has showed a linear potential response to the activities of silver ion in the concentration range from 10-¹ to 10?M. The slope was closer to Nernstian slope as compared with that of the pure silver iodide and PVC mixed silver iodide membrane electrodes. The mechanical and chemical durability of this electrode was found much better than the others. This electrode did not show response to the other cations except Hg²+, but exhibited good response to halide ions, i.e., iodide, cyanide, bromide and chloride ions.

요오드화은 막전극은 붕산염 완충액에서 이 전극에 전혀 감응하지 않는 금속이온을 착화법적정으로 정량할 때에 사용할 수 있다. 당량점은 전극전위가 급격히 감소하는 점으로 잡을 수 있는데 이 현상은 과량으로 가해진 EDTA가 막표면에 감응하기 때문에 나타나는 것으로 생각된다. 이 방법은 물의 경도를 측정하는데 이용할 수 있다. The silver iodide membrance electrode could be used in the complexometric titration of non-responsing metal ions in borate buffer with EDTA standard solution. The end point was taken at the sharp potential drop which seemed to be appeared by the response of the excess EDTA on membrane surface after completion of complexing reaction. This method could be applied in the determination of water hardness.

‘Buddybell’ is a promising crabapple variety developed as a pollinizer at the Apple Research Institute, National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science, Rural Development Administration, Korea, in 2019. This variety was selected from seedlings obtained by natural crossing of Malus baccata. It was collected from Mt. Jeombong, Inje-gun, and Gangwon-do. Line selections were conducted from 2009 to 2016, and characteristic evaluations were performed from 2009 to 2010. Tree vigor and tree form of ‘Buddybell’ were medium and upright, respectively. The first flowering time was early, around April 16, and the flowering period was as long as 14 days. The flowers of ‘Buddybell’ were pink in the balloon stage and white in full bloom. ‘Buddybell’ has a high fruit setting rate with major apple varieties(‘Fuji’, ‘Hongro’, and ‘Tsugaru’). The amount of pollen weight per 1,000 inflorescence of ‘Buddybell’ was 2.5 times higher than that of 'Maypole'; hence, it is highly useful as a pollinizer in apple orchard. ‘Buddybell’ was officially applied for variety protection on Korea Seed & Variety Service in 2020 (Application no.2020-237).
염화은막전극과 요오드화은막전극의 아지드화이온에 대한 감응에 대하여

염화은막전극과 요오드화은막전극을 제조하여 수용액에서 ??에 대한 감응을 조사하였다. 이 전극은 ??를 AgNO₃를 적가액으로 하여 전위차법적정할 때에 지시전극으로 사용할 수 있다. 또한 ??이나 ??용액 존재하에서 ??를 정량할 때에 사용할 수 있다. Silver chloride and Silver Iodide membrane electrodes are prepared and the responses of the electrodes on azide ion in aqueons solution are tested. Both electrodes are used as ?? indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of azide ion with silver nitrate solution. Also, those electrodes are applied in the determination of azide in chloride or iodide presence.
