China begins to participate in the UN PKO (Peace-keeping Operations) from early 1990s, took part in the mission 25 times until December 20l0. Compared with the history of the UN PKO, China's history of participation is relanvely short and mainly dispatch non-combat troops with small scales. So a study on the China's participate in the UN PKO is not active discussion like Europe and other countries. But after 2000s, according to expand China's participation in the UN PKO and foreign influence, also increased the concerning about China's foreign policies and operations. Therefore a study on the China's participation in the UN PKO is at the base of China's foreign policies and strategies. The characteristics of China's participation in the UN PKO can be summarized as the follows. First, China has sent a large number of peacekeeper since 2002. Chinese throat, which raised the late 1990s, became a key factor to increase China's foreign operations. Second, China emphasize traditional peace-keeping rule. China opposed to non-traditional operations, only recognize the United Nations-led peace-keeping operations. The reason why China has demanding separation of minorities and Taiwan factors. Third, China's peace-keeper focused on the Africa missions. It has reviewed these characteristics from the point of view of national interests, China's participation in the UN PKO is subject to raising international image. An improved international profile is of high value for China in its pursuit of economic benefits. Chinese staff will be involved in UN PKO in the future, strengthening the UN's ability to handle conflicts.

고등학교의 체육수업환경이 체육수업몰입 및 수업만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 고등학교의 체육수업환경이 학생들의 체육수업몰입 및 수업만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 위한 목적 에서 수행되었다. 이러한 목적달성을 위해서 학생들이 지각하는 체육수업환경과 체육수업몰입, 수업만족 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자는 서울에 거주하는 고등학생으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법에 의해 400개의 설문지를 배포하고, 그 중에서 335개의 설문지를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통해 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 매력성, 현대성, 안정성은 감정몰입과 행동몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 매력성과 현대성은 인지몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 감정몰입과 행동몰입은 수업만족에 정(+) 의 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과는 학생들의 수업몰입을 위해서 체육수업의 물리적 환경이 개선되어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to explore the relation among PE class environment, flow of PE class and education satisfaction of perceived by high school students. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted with 400 highschool students in Seoul. A valid sample was made of 335. The valid sample was empirically analyzed using SPSS 20.0. and AMOS 20.0. As for research tools used in this study the measures of class environment, flow and education satisfaction. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted. The data analysis based on the above have derived the following results. First, the attractiveness and modernization of PE class environment affected emotional flow and behavioral flow positively. Second, the attractiveness, modernization, and safety of PE class environment affected cognitive flow positively. Third, emotional flow and behavioral flow affected class satisfaction. These results were suggested that physical environment of PE class needs to be improved.

재난현장 골든타임 확보를 위한 소방차량 우선신호시스템 확대 방안 연구

골든타임이란 재난 대응 목표 시간 관리 개념으로, 응급상황에서 인명구조 조치를 위한 집중 대응 시간이다. 소방청에서는 소방차량 도착시간을 7 min으로 하고 있으나, 최근 5년간 골든타임 도착률은 68%로 절반을 상회하는 수준이다. 소방차량의 신속한 통행을 위해 양보와 법규위반 특례조항을 규정하고 있으나, 소방차량이 현장에 신속하게도착하기에는 한계가 분명하다. 본 연구에서는 우선신호시스템의 확대 방안 도출을 위해 우선신호시스템의 구축 현황과 출동 기록을 통해 우선신호시스템의 실효성을 분석하고 교통 시뮬레이션인 VISSIM을 통해 청주시를 대상으로우선신호시스템 도입에 따른 시뮬레이션을 통해 효과성을 입증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우선신호시스템의 체계적인구축과 우선신호시스템 고도화 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

간소화된 주성분 벡터를 이용한 벡터 그래픽 캐릭터의 얼굴표정 생성

본 논문은 간소화된 주성분 벡터를 이용한 벡터 그래픽 캐릭터의 다양한 얼굴 표정 생성 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 Russell의 내적 정서 상태에 기반하여 재정의된 벡터 그래픽 캐릭터들의 9가지 표정에 대해 주성분 분석을 수행한다. 이를 통해 캐릭터의 얼굴 특성과 표정에 주된 영향을 미치는 주성분 벡터를 찾아내고, 간소화된 주성분 벡터로부터 얼굴 표정을 생성한다. 또한 캐릭터의 특성과 표정의 가중치 값을 보간함으로써 자연스러운 중간 캐릭터 및 표정을 생성한다. 이는 얼굴 애니메이션에서 종래의 키프레임 저장 공간을 상당히 줄일 수 있으며, 적은 계산량으로 중간 표정을 생성할 수 있다. 이에 실시간 제어를 요구하는 웹/모바일 서비스, 게임 등에서 캐릭터 생성 시스템의 성능을 상당히 개선할 수 있다. This paper presents a method that generates various facial expressions of vector graphic character by using the simplified principle component vector. First, we analyze principle components to the nine facial expression(astonished, delighted, etc.) redefined based on Russell's internal emotion state. From this, we find principle component vector having the biggest effect on the character's facial feature and expression and generate the facial expression by using that. Also we create natural intermediate characters and expressions by interpolating weighting values to character's feature and expression. We can save memory space considerably, and create intermediate expressions with a small computation. Hence the performance of character generation system can be considerably improved in web, mobile service and game that real time control is required.

쇼핑 검색광고 효과 연구: 검색결과 유형과 검색광고 구색을 중심으로

As the demand for online shopping increases, advertisers’ interests in shopping search advertising are also increasing. This study conducted two experimental studies to examine the effectiveness of shopping search ads. Study 1 examined the effects of two types of shopping search results(a shopping search ad versus a top organic search result) on purchase intention. This study demonstrated that the top organic search result led to higher purchase intention than the shopping search ad. This study also found that inferences about consumer ratings mediated the effect of the types of shopping search results on purchase intention. Study 2 examined the effect of the product assortment of shopping search ads(low brand awareness products only versus both high and low brand awareness products) on purchase intention. This study found that the shopping search advertising composed of both high and low brand awareness products (versus the search advertising composed of only low brand awareness products) led to higher perceived attractiveness of the assortment and higher perceived utility of search advertising, which in turn led to higher purchase intention of the target product.

웨이블렛 잔여 채널 융합 기법을 활용한 U-Net 기반의 단일 영상 비 제거 알고리즘

Single image deraining aims to reconstruct a clean rain-free background image from a single image deteriorated by rain streaks and rain accumulation. However, actual rain streaks have various densities, shapes, and directions, so it is not easy to decompose rainy image into a clean background layer and rain steaks layers. This paper proposes an U-Net based single image deraining network using the wavelet residue channel fusion strategy. The proposed residue channel is computed in wavelet low-frequency domain to learn enough background information, and combined with four wavelet subbands in fusion block, allowing them to take advantage of their respective strengths. To extract the main features for rain removal, we propose the extraction module based on LSTM and SE_Res. Furthermore, we present an encoder-decoder subnetwork based on U-Net structure to capture multiscale information of rain steaks. To evaluate the performance of the proposed network, experiments were performed on widely used benchmarks, and the results show that our method outperforms some popular single image deraining methods.

채도의 선형 변환을 이용한 단일 영상 안개 제거

In this paper, an efficient single dehazing algorithm is proposed based on linear transformation by assuming that a linear relationship exists in saturation component between the haze image and haze-free image. First, we analyze the linearity of saturation channel, estimate the medium transmission map in terms of the saturation component. Then, the intensity of haze-free image is assumed by using CLAHE to enhance contrast of haze image. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed algorithm can naturally recover the image, especially can remove color distortion caused by conventional methods. Therefore, our approach is competitive with other state-of-the art single dehazing methods.
