급식 업무의 전산화

영양관리를 비롯하여 구매관리, 조리관리, 경영관리에서 컴퓨터의 이용에 관해 살펴보았다. 근래에는 건강에 대한 관심과 함께 식사에 대한 관심이 높아지므로, 이에 맞는 영양상담 프로그램의 적절한 개발이 필요하다. 컴퓨터를 이용한 급식 관리 체계는 급식관리자에게 원가 통제 및 노동비 활용등에 관한 정보를 제공해 줌으로써 의사 결정을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 조직 운영의 효과 및 효율성을 개선하여 왔다. 국내의 급식관리 분야에서 컴퓨터의 활용은 극히 제한되어 있는 실정이므로 앞으로 그 활용 범위를 확대시킬 필요성이 절실하다. 지금까지의 고찰을 보면, 급식 업무의 전산화는 다량의 정보처리로 구성되어 있다. 이제 컴퓨터의 발전은 단순한 데이타 베이스 처리에서 벗어나, 인공 지능의 분야로 발전해 나감을 인식하여 이에 맞는 여러가지 개발이 요구된다.

The Effect of Consumer’s Social Responsibility and Eco-friendlyClothing Consumption Awareness on Eco-friendly ClothingConsumption Behavior: Focused on Mothers of Young ChildrenShinjung Park Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of social responsibility and eco-friendly clothing consumption awareness as consumers of mothers with young children on eco-friendly clothing consumption behavior. For this purpose, 419 mothers with young children were recruited as subjects through early childhood education institutions located in G-province, and data were collected via a questionnaire survey. The statistical significance of the influence between the data was verified by correlation, multiple regression, and mediation model analysis. This study found that some of the sub-factors of mothers’ consumer social responsibility and eco-friendly clothing consumption awareness affect eco-friendly clothing consumption behavior, and mothers' consumer social responsibility influences eco-friendly clothing consumption behavior by the mediating effect of their eco-friendly clothing consumption awareness. Further study is necessary to review the variables that affect the mothers’ eco-friendly clothing consumption behavior in various aspects and analyze the influence paths of the variables more deeply. 어머니의 친환경 의복소비행동이 유아의 환경보전태도와 소비자행동에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of mothers’ eco-friendly clothing consumption behavior on young children’s environmental conservation attitudes and consumer behaviors, focusing on the necessity of practical movements in daily life for sustainable development and the importance of the mother’s role in the home. For this purpose, 252 children and their mothers who are attending early childhood education institutions in K province were selected as subjects and data were collected from them. Based on the collected data, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed to verify the statistical significance of the influence. The results of the analysis showed that the mother’s eco-friendly clothing consumption behavior had a significant effects on the young children’s environmental conservation attitude and consumer behavior. Therefore, the importance of mother’s role that can affect young children’s environmental conservation attitude and consumer behavior was illuminated, and it was discussed that it is necessary to positively form young children’s sustainable developmental attitude and behavior through mother’s eco-friendly and healthy clothing consumption behavior. 본 연구는 지속가능발전을 위한 생활 속 실천운동의 필요성과 가정 내 어머니 역할의 중요성에 초점을 두고, 어머니의 친환경 의복소비행동이 유아의 환경보전태도와 소비자행동에 미치는 영향이 어떠한가를 분석해보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 K도 소재 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 유아 252명과 그들의 어머니를 연구대상으로 선정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하여 영향력의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 어머니의 친환경 의복소비행동이 유아의 환경보전태도와 소비자행동에 일정부분 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 유아의 환경보전태도와 소비자행동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 어머니 역할의 중요성을 조명하였으며, 어머니의 친환경적이며 건전한 의복소비행동을 통해 유아의 지속가능발전적 태도와 행동을 긍정적으로 형성해나갈 필요가 있음을 논의하였다.

Effects of Clothing Material Dyed with Astringent Persimmon Extract upon Exercise-Induced Thermal Strain and Sensory Responses in a Warm Environment

This study investigated the effects of persimmon-dyed clothing materials upon thermophysiological responses and subjective comfort sensations during exercise and rest in a warm environment. Six healthy, untrained women participated in two separate testing sessions, with cotton materials dyed with astringent persimmon extract (DC) and undyed cotton materials (UDC). The physical characteristics associated with heat and moisture transfer were improved in DC; also, stiffness, anti-drapery stiffness and crispness in the primary hand values were higher in DC. The experimental protocol consisted of a 10-min rest, 15-min exercise on a treadmill (at 7 km·h-1) and 25-min recovery at 28 ± 0.2oC and 50 ± 3% RH. The results were as follows: When wearing DC rather than UDC, mean body temperature, heart rate, heat storage and body mass loss were significantly lower during the whole experimental period. Clothing microclimate temperature showed different profiles between the two clothing materials, being lower with DC than UDC during the first half of exercise and the second half of recovery. Clothing microclimate humidity was significantly lower with DC than UDC during the whole experimental period. When wearing UDC, subjects felt significantly warmer and less comfortable during exercise, and sensed greater humidity during exercise and recovery. These results suggest that eco-friendly clothing materials dyed with astringent persimmon extract can reduce exercise-induced heat load and improve subjective sensations when exercising and resting in a warm environment, due to greater heat dissipation from the body to the outside environment compared with undyed clothing materials.

The purpose of this study was to examine the sequential mediating effects of psychological flexibility and social support in the relationship between college-life stress and college-life adaptation, drawing on Lazarus and Folkman’s stress, appraisal-coping model. To examine this path process, an online survey was conducted targeting 156 nursing college students from a single university, and the results were analyzed. First, the results of the study showed that college-life stress had a direct influence on adaptation to college life. Second, psychological flexibility and social support were found to partially mediate the relationship between college-life stress and adaptation to college life. Third, college-life stress had a significant effect on adaptation to college life through psychological flexibility and social support sequentially mediated. Based on these research results, it is recommended to develop programs to increase psychological flexibility and to set up an integrated support system to reinforce a social support system in order to enhance college students' adaptation to college life by using effective coping strategies in stressful situations.

Circadian Fluctuation of Body Temperature in Different Thermal Conditions of the Distal Extremities by Clothing Type Worn during the Afternoon

Six healthy female volunteers twice undertook an experiment with different types of clothing leaving the arms and legs covered or uncovered at 24 ± 0.5℃ and 50 ± 5% RH to study how different thermal stimulation to the distal extremities during the afternoon could modulate circadian parameters of body temperature rhythm. One type of clothing consisted of long-sleeved shirts and full-length trousers (Type I, 989 g, 0.991 clo); the other type consisted of half-sleeved shirts and knee-length trousers (Type II, 750 g, 0.747 clo). Subjects wore Type I or Type II clothing during the afternoon (14:00 h - 19:00 h), and Type I clothing during the evening (19:00 h - 22:30 h) and the night sleep (22:30 h -06:00 h). Rectal temperature and skin temperatures at the arm and leg were measured continuously. Results were as follows: 1) The circadian amplitude of rectal temperature tended to be greater, and the acrophase was significantly earlier when wearing Type II rather than Type I clothing. 2) The circadian nadirs of skin temperatures of the arm and leg were significantly lower and the amplitudes were significantly greater with Type II clothing. In addition, the acrophase and bathyphase of the circadian rhythm of arm skin temperature were significantly earlier with Type II than Type I clothing. 3) The amplitude of rectal temperature was related closely with that of arm and leg skin temperature. These results suggest that a slightly cool thermal stress during the afternoon to the arms and legs exerted by wearing half-sleeved shirts and knee-length trousers induces a greater amplitude and a phase advance of the overt circadian rhythm of body temperature.
