        학교조직 특성이 학생의 학업성취와 정의적 성장에 미치는 효과분석

        이 논문은 학교효과를 밝히고자 했던 선행연구들이 학교 성과에 영향을 주는 다양한 학교변인들을 밝히고 있지만, 학교조직의 특성을 보다 잘 드러내기 위해서는 변인의 구성 역시 학교조직 특성에 맞게 구성해야 한다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 이를 위해 “교육행정학적 시각”에서 학교조직의 특성에 초점을 두고 변인을 구성함으로써 학교조직 특성이 학생의 학업성취와 정의적 성장에 주는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석은 표본선택(sample selection bias)을 조정한 Tobit모형을 이용하였으며, 학교조직 특성이 학생의 학업성취와 정의적 성장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 추정한 결론은 다음과 같다. 학교조직 특성 변수 모든 영역(교육활동, 구조, 교직원 역량, 학교풍토, 환경)에서 학생의 학업성취와 정의적 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 현재 중앙부처나 평가기관, 그리고 단위학교에서 학생의 교육적 성장을 위한 조직개선에 필요한 분야와 방안을 개발하거나 전략적 계획의 수립 등에 활용될 수 있다. Though previous studies on school effectiveness reveal the impact of various variables on school performance, they ought to be re-organized in terms of school’s organizational characteristics. From “the perspective of educational administration,” this study investigates impacts of organizational variables on students’ educational growth. Censored normal Tobit model is utilized to resolve sample selection bias. Results indicate that organizational variables selected for this study(educational process, structure, personnel capacity, school climate, and internal/external environment) positively influence student’s academic performance and educational growth. They could be applied to school restructuring or strategic planning for individual schools, government institutions, or evaluation agencies.

      • 학과 중심 행정체제 수립을 위한 행정인력 배치에 관한 연구

        This study is to analyze job content and work load of administrative staff of Pusan National University in order to raise the efficiency of the university administration. The research adopted the daily job description method. For the daily job analysis, offices at three levels, university, college, and department, were selected. Administrative staff from those offices reported their work load for a month. Contained in the reports were the description and time length of the job. In addition, a survey method was adopted to examine subjects' view of the job. There were 332(52.78%) respondents out of 629 employees. 1. The major findings from survey questionnaires to Pusan University administrative staff are as follows. 1) Average daily work load is about 472 minutes which includes 300 minutes for dealing with formal letters, 102 minutes for meetings and field sites. 2) Average number of official trips out of city is 4.4 times per year. The average length of official trips is 3.88 days. Average number of official trips within the city is 3.023 times per month. The average length of official trips is 5.162 hours. 3) 55% of respondents worked at night or at home because of work load. The overwork averaged 4 days per month. 4) 70% of respondents pointed out that work load changed over the months. While work loads were high in December, January, February, and March, work loads were low in May, June, July, August, and April. University work was centered around the end as well as the beginning of the year because of university entrance examinations and preparation of the new semester. 5) 60% of respondents noted that the deadline of dealing with official letters is short. The three steps of the official letter procedure could be reduced for time saving. 6) Administrative staff favored the ideas of a management information system using computer, manpower rearragement based upon job anaysis, providing educational opportunity for job performance, and change of work procedures (from three steps to two steps, university office and department office) for administrative efficiency. 7) For efficiency of administration 48% of respondents favored strengthening of department offices instead of the reorganization of the university administration offices. For the support of department offices respondents favored a computer management system(52%) and assignment of administrative staff to department offices (36%). 2. The findings from job analyses using daily work load descriptions are as follows. I) the university wide office At H office the number of administrative manpower has been reduced from 15 in 1992 to 10 in 1995. It was found that there were still extra manpower of 0.28 person at H office. Work load at middle and upper level of difficulty had increased. This fact should be noted when considering manpower rearrangement. 2) the college office At S office there were 1.37 extra manpower which were distributed evenly among the levels of work difficulty. 3) department offices It was found that there were 0.813(G department), 0.479(0 department), 0.516(K department) in extra manpower. Compared with other offices, there were more extra manpower in department offices than in H university wide office, but fewer than in S college administrative office. 3. The research results suggest that the assignment of support staff to deparment offices as well as computer based management system is very important because of rapid increasing work load in department offices. The results also suggest that the rearrangement of support staff from college administrative office to department office would be desirable. Finally, at the university wide offices the support staff should be rearranged considering the work load of each office.

        감광성 BCB를 이용한 절연막층에서의 비아형성

        Via for achieving reliable fabrication of MCM(Multichip Module) substrate was formed on photosensitive BCB layer. The MCM substrate consists of photosensitive BCB(Benzocyclobutene) interlayer dielectric and copper conductors. In order to form the vias in the photosensitive BCB layer, the process of forming the BCB layer and its via forming plasma etch using C$_2$F$\_$6//O$_2$ gas were evaluated. The thickness of the BCB layer after hard bake was shrunk down to 40% of the original. The resolution of vias formed on the BCB was 15㎛ and the slope after develop was 85 degree. AES analysis was done on two vias, one is etched in C$_2$F$\_$6/O$_2$ gas and the other isnot etched. On the via etched in C$_2$F$\_$6//O$_2$, native C was detected and the amount of native C was reduced after Ar sputter. On the via not etched in C$_2$F$\_$6//O$_2$, organic C was detected. As a result of AES, BCB residue was not removed by Ar sputter, so plasma etch is necessary for achieving reliable vias.

        경사진 전극링을 이용한 고균일도의 미세 솔더범프 형성

        The plating shape in the opening of photoresist becomes gradated shape in the fountain plating system, because bubbles from the wafer surface are difficult to escape from the deep openings, vias. In this paper, the bubble flow from the wafer surface during plating process was studied and we designed the tilted electrode ring to get uniform bump height on all over the wafer and evaluated the film uniformity by SEM and $\alpha-step$. In a-step measurement, film uniformities in the fountain plating system and the tilted electrode ring contact system were $\pm16.6\%,\;\pm4\%$ respectively.

        학교선택권의 보장을 위한 학교체제 재구조화 방안에 관한 연구

        This study is to explore the school restructuring alternatives in order to ensure students and parents the right of school choice. For the purpose it adopted the literature review on the subject. As a literature review it examined the theoretical ground of the school choice policy, the potentials and limitations of the school choice policy, and compared school choice policies among the countries to draw policy implications for Korea. It also utilized survey research to gain opinion from parents on the school choice and the school restructuring policy. The major finding of the opinion survey are the followings. First, parents respond that present school system does not adequately meet the needs of students' aptitude and interest. Secondly, they respond that when the education authorities provide more right on school choice to the parents, it will influence positively the equality of educational opportunities as well as school accountabilities and educational quality. On the contrmy, they respond, it will increase the gaps among schools. If they choose among schools, they consider important factors schools' records of college admission, humanity education as school goal, relations between teachers and students, · distance and access to school etc. Thirdly, they respond positively that high schools be diversified in educational purpose and ideals as well as in educational program. However, they afraid that it is related to the matters such as the choice information among schools, policy consistency, disadvantage of college admission. Due to the societal changes it requires for students and parents to exercise more rights on school choice. Diversified high school system will provide students and parents more school choice rights that affect positively the quality of education. However, It might affect negatively the equality of education. Therefore, it needs that the policy ensuring students and parents the rights of school choice he introduced incrementally and controlled in a certain degree to harmonize important educational values.

        조직진단도구를 활용한 학교조직의 특성 분석

        본 연구는 단위학교 조직을 진단하기 위해 개발된 진단도구를 활용하여 실제 우리나라 학교조직의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산 및 경남지역의 초중고 60개교 1800여명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 활용된 ``학교조직진단설문지``는 학생의 교육적 성장, 교육활동, 조직구조, 교직원 역량, 학교풍토, 교육환경의 6개 지표, 28개 요소로 구성되었다. 분석결과 우리나라의 학교조직은 ``교육적성장``영역(자기주도학습)이 가장 낮게, ``교직원역량``영역(교사효능감)이 가장 높게 인지되고 있었다. 둘째, 학교배경변인별에 따른 지표 영역의 수준을 살펴본 결과, 읍·면지역의 학교일수록(소재지), 공립학교일수록(유형), 그리고 초등학교일수록(학교급) 높게 인식하고 있었다. 또한 학교배경변인의 ``소재지``와 ``학교급``의 변수는 진단지표의 교육적성장 영역에 영향을 주며, 그 중 학교급의 차이가 중요한 것으로 보였다. 셋째, 교육적 성장 영역은 ``교육활동``과 ``환경``영역이 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점으로는 우리나라 학교에서 학생의 자율적 학습능력 함양과 교사 효능감의 수준 유지, 교육적 성장을 위한 학교규모 축소와 고교 교육의 정상화 노력, ``교육적 성장``영역 진단시에 수업개선과 같은 ``교육활동`` 요인 그리고 학부모 지원과 같은 ``환경`` 등 요인에 대한 고려 중시 등을 제시할 수 있다. The Study is to find out the characteristics of school organizations utilizing school organizational diagnosis indicators. The study adopted the ``School Organization Diagnosis Questionnaire(SODQ)`` which was developed by Hong et al. The SODQ consists of 6 fields such as ``educational growth,`` ``educational activity,`` ``school organizational structure,`` ``teachers and staff competence,`` ``school climate, environment.`` The study results are the followings. First, the field of ``educational growth`` is perceived as the lowest while the field of ``teachers and staff competence`` is the highest. Second, relating to background variables schools locating county or town, public schools, primary schools have shown relatively higher scores. Third, the field of ``educational activity`` and ``environment`` have significant relations to the field of ``educational growth.`` The implications could be drawn as follows. First, the schools need to foster students ``self-learning ability and maintain teachers`` self-efficacy. Second, it needs to reduce school size as well as improve the academic emphasis climate of high schools. Third, it needs to reflect the factors such as ``educational activity`` and ``environment`` for "educational growth."
