        후방 도달 반척추 절제술로 치료한 선천성 척추 측만증

        Study Design: Retrospective study Objectives: To evaluate the surgical outcome of congenital scoliosis with a hemivertebra treated by posterior hemivertebra excision and pedicle screw instrumentation. Summary of Literature Review: Posterior hemivertebra excision can be accomplished through a single posterior approach, and excellent correction and outcome may be achieved. Materials and Methods: Forty patients with one fully segmented hemivertebra treated by posterior hemivertebra excision with pedicle screw instrumentation were retrospectively analyzed after a minimum follow-up of 2 years (range 2~7.7 years). The mean age at surgery was 15.9 years (range 2.6~37.9 years). Preoperative and postoperative standing radiographs were used to assess radiographic parameters. Results: The average number of vertebrae in the major curve was 4.2 (range 3~8), and the average flexibility was 29% (range 8~59%). The average length of fusion was 3.5 segments (range 1~6). The number of fused vertebrae had a positive correlation with age at the index surgery (r=0.345, p 0.05). Mean preoperative scoliosis of 48±12。was corrected to a mean of 17±10。 (65% correction), and mean preoperative kyphosis of 46±18。was corrected to a mean of 12±12。at the most recent follow-up. The compensatory curve had a mean of 25±10。preoperatively and spontaneously corrected to a mean of 8±8。(70% correction) at the most recent follow-up. The mean operating time was 233±81 min, with an average blood loss of 2904 ml. There was neither crankshaft phenomenon nor iatrogenic spinal stenosis in 6 patients under the age of 5 years after an average follow- up of 6 years. Conclusions: Posterior hemivertebra excision using pedicle screw instrumentation in congenital scoliosis due to a hemivertebra is a safe and effective procedure. Posterior hemivertebra excision at an early age may reduce the fusion length while avoiding the induction of iatrogenic spinal stenosis during follow-up.

        장방형 용기내 자성유체의 Benard유동에 대한 전열 제어 특성에 관한 연구

        This study deals with the Benard Flow of Magnetic Fluids in a rectangular cavity which the ratio between height and width is 1 : 4 and the base side or left side is a heating face while other sides are to be cooling faces. When Magnetic field was equally impressed, considering the internal rotation of the elementary ferromagnetic particle, we found the following result from the numerical analysis of the GSMAC algorithm applied to the equation of the magnetic fluid. Benard flow is controlled by intensity and direction of magnetic fields, and critical point appears when especially magnetic field with a heating base and side area near H=-7000 and H=-10000 is applied.

      • 화상처리를 이용한 도형인식에 대한 기초연구

        The image processing technique has been utilized to extract the information of diagram pictured by CCD camera. In image processing we used the LUT method, filtering technique, connecting cord and signature technique. In order to acquire the information of diagram we have derived an equation for computing the center point, equation for computing the circumference length, equation for computing the area. Especially we have developed a signature differention method to get the summit of diagram. After having applied the image processing technique developed in this paper, we obtained a satisfactory result. We have driven the Rhino XR-Ⅲ robot and XY-plotter using the coordinate of summit of diagram, which respectively have shown the seventy and ninety nine percent accuracy approximately.

      • FEM과 ADS를 이용한 최적설계에 관한 연구

        This study is an investigation for the ADS optimum design by using FEM. We write out program which express ADS perfectly and reduce the required time for correcting of model to the minimum in solution and manufacture result. We complete algorithm which can plan optimum forming of model by feedback error information in CAE. For that, we draw up ADS program which modeling rachet wheel by using visual LISP and telegraph to ANSYS, structural solution program, we can solve stress solution. Then we correct model by feedback date obtaining in solution process, repeat course following stress solution again and do modeling rachet wheel for optimum forming. That is our aim. As a result of experience, we can develope automatic design program using Visual LISP and exhibit ADS as modeling third dimension CAD for optimum design. Also, we develop optimum design algorithm using ADS and FEM. In rachet wheel, greatest equivalence stress originates in key groove corner and KS standard is proved the design for security.

      • 슬개골 재발성 탈구와 아탈구에 대한 수술적 치료

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide the general guidence of treatment of recurrent patella dislocation and subluxation. Materials and Method: We studied retrospectively 24 patients who underwent the operation for the recurrent patella dislocation and subluxation from september 1997 to august 2002. The procedures were lateral retinacular release, medial reefing and proximal and distal realignment surgery. The clinical evaluation was graded by Crosby and Insall's criteria and radiological parameters were post operative congruence angle(CA) and patellofemoral joint degeneration. Result: In clinical evaluation, 9 patients showed excellent result, 16 patients good result and 3 patients fair to poor result. Among the 3 patients who showed fair to poor result, there was chronic synovitis in one patient. So we did arthroscopic irrigation and debridement. After that, Symptom improved, Congruence angle(CA) changed average 20.4 degrees to 12.3 degrees. Conclusion: Age and Q angle are factor in deciding the procedures of treatment of recurrent patella dislocation and subluxation. Also it is very helpful in deciding the further procedures to evaluate the patella tracking in operation filed artnroscopically.

        This paper present the design of a robust controller for a computer-controlled active vibration isolation system in the battle ship. Firstly, isolation system model is constructed considering the isolation structure equipped with precision electric devices actuator dynamic of a nonlinear hydraulic system. An active control system is designed based on sliding mode control theory regarding parametric uncertainties of the isolation structure induced by laden condition and varying parameters of the hydraulic system resulting from leakage, pressure drop of pressurized line and temperature-effected viscosity. Finally, the performance of the active isolation system is evaluated by simulation under certain disturbance condition with are transmitted from base structure of the battle ship induced by an under water explosion or firing of machine gun.

      • 가솔린/메탄 공기혼합기의 연속특성에 관한 연구

        An experimental study about the effects of temperature and pressure on the burning velocity of gasoline-air, methane-air and methane/hydrogen-air mixtures has been conducted by a closed vessel technique. The experimental results show that the burning velocity of gasoline is slightly higher than that of methane, but their basic behavior of combustion characteristics, positive dependence on temperature and negative one on pressure, is the same, and 20 vol.% addition of hydrogen to methane enhances the burning velocity by about 30%, but does not come to reverse the tendency of pressure dependence to that of pure hydrogen.
