Sin-Jeong-Ha(申靖夏) took an active part in the literary of the begining 18th century. He was conscious of himself as a rear writer and people also adimitted His literature theory is an emphasis on the literary originality, and possible to maintain a regular intervals from a confucian literary theory. A sentence theory which he emphasised on the creative writing is 'Yi-Yue-Haeng-Mun(以意行文)'. It is a theory which a creative writing is done from the writer's thought about subject. And it is presented as a concrete theory which affirmed the value of literary sentence. In the way, he defined Li-Hak-Seo(李學書) as a description which made a composition with a theory of 'Yi-Yue-Wee-Mun(以意爲文)'. He insisted that a thought of theme as a writer run through a work, and it was ideal to include the principle of righteousness. A distinctive feature of a 申靖夏's discussion about the process and an element of a creation is 'reading(讀書)'. He told that 'reading' make a conclusive action in the advance and intensification of a creation element. In general, reading is established as a indirect accumulation step for a subject matter. But he thought it as a creation element which have an organic relation with a creative writing, since reading could not be change into a creative writing. Therfore he insisted that he devoted all his energies into a creation and a reading. The reason he emphasis on the reading, is cautious of a contact with a society in the period of a creation practice for the objective establishment of the creative subject.

We studied deposition of low-k SiOCH dielectric film by PECVD. DEMS(diethoxymethlysilane) precursor, which has two ethoxy groups along with one methyl group attached to the silicon atoms, was used as precursor. The SiOCH film was deposited as a function of oxygen flow rates ranging from 0 to 100sccm. The deposition rate($\AA$/min) of SiOCH film was increased due to the increase of oxygen radical as a function of $O_2$ flow rates. The dielectric constant was decreased from 3.0 to 2.77, as the film was annealed at $450^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. So, it could account that the dielectric constant changes sensitively with $O_2$ flow rates. Also, the leakage current of the annealed film exhibited stable curve than that of asdeposited. These results were caused by the increase of Si-O-Si group and decrease of Si-CH group and OH group within the film by annealing.
저수지 취수시설의 공기관을 통한 공기연행에 대한 실험적 연구

본 연구에서는 저수지 취수탑에 연결된 방류관의 게이트 직하류에서 발생하는 공기연행현상에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 수리모형실험을 통해서 파악하였다. 또한 측정자료의 $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}$와 $Fr_g-1$ 관계를 이용하여 공기관의 연행공기량 추정식을 개발하였다. 측정된 자료는 게이트 하류 흐름에 따라 구분되었으며, 개발된 실험식은 만관 흐름인 경우에 $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0304(Fr_g-1)^{1.0622}$, 자유수면 흐름인 경우에 $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0271(Fr_g-1)^{1.8205}$이었다. 측정 자료와 기존 연구결과들의 비교를 통해서 측정 자료가 기존 실험식의 추정 결과와 유사한 분포를 나타내고 측정 자료의 신뢰성이 확보된 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 공기관 부근에서 발생하는 공기연행현상은 게이트 하류에서 발생하는 사류 특성으로부터 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 최종적으로 하류 만관 흐름 조건에 대한 실험식은 공기관 설계에 적용이 가능한 것으로 사료된다. In this study, factors that affect the air entrainment within a closed conduit by air drawn in through an air vent are investigated using a hydraulic scale model, which represents a gated circular conduit system connected to the intake tower of an irrigation reservoir. In addition, using data obtained during the hydraulic experiments, experimental equations are developed to estimate the amount of air drawn in through the air vent. In case of pressurized flow conditions downstream of hydraulic jumps, the relationships between $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}$ and $Fr_g-1$ of the data form a experimental equation, $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0304(Fr_g-1)^{1.0622}$; in case of free surface flow conditions, $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0271(Fr_g-1)^{1.8205}$. Comparing two data sets observed under the two flow regimes with the results of previous researchers, patterns of the data sets are similar to the results estimated using the equations presented previously, and this indicates that the quality of the data obtained during the hydraulic experiments is ensured. In addition, it is revealed that air entrainment phenomena in the regions close to air vents are affected by the characteristics of supercritical flows downstream of gates. Finally, it is concluded that the equation developed for pressurized flow conditions can be applied to design of air vents.
자가항체 항-D항체와 동종항체 항-E항체가 동시에 검출된 1예

We report here on a case of simultaneously detecting anti-D as an autoimmune antibody and anti-E as an alloimmune antibody without any evidence of autoimmune hemolytic anemia. A 66-year-old female with tuberculous spondylitis was admitted for removing a previously-placed surgical screw in her spine. She had received antituberculosis drugs and six units of AB, RhD positive packed red blood cells during the previous 6 months. The laboratory findings were as followings: the direct antiglobulin test was positive for IgG, the Rh phenotype of the erythrocytes was typed as group CcDe and RhD antigen was confirmed by the molecular method and the serological method to rule out partial-D. 저자들은 동종항체로서 항-E항체와 자가항체로서 항-D항체가 동시에 검출되었으나 자가면역성용혈성빈혈의 증거가 없었던 Rh(D)양성, AB형 1예를 보고하는 바이다. 환자는 결핵성 척추염으로 진단받은 66세 여자로 척추의 나사제거술을 위하여 입원하였다. 6개월 전부터 항결핵제제를 복용하여 왔으며, 당시 6단위의 AB형 Rh(D) 양성 농축적혈구를 수혈받았다. Rh 표현형은 CcDe형이었으며 직접항글로불린검사상 IgG 양성이었고, 분자유전학적 검사 및 부분 D형을 배제하기 위한 혈청학적 검사로도 정상적인 Rh(D) 양성으로 판명되었다.

This study examines the effects of marketing, production, and commercialization capacity of SMEs, which are the technology commercialization capacities of Korean SMEs, on the improvement of competitiveness of products and the development of new technologies/new products. In order to find out whether the adjustment effect of the technology commercialization ability of investors on the R&D achievement is observed, we studied 300 technology - innovative SMEs. According to the results of the research, it is confirmed that the marketing ability and the productization ability are important factors for improving the competitiveness of the product. Among them, the technical commercialization ability affects the competitiveness of the product and the R&D performance of the new technology/new product development As a result of examining the moderating effects of the concentration of R&D, physical investment has a moderating effect on the relationship between technical commercialization ability and product competitiveness. In the case of new technology/new product, Respectively. In addition, human investment in research and development concentration is an important factor in the development of new technology/new product.
