原料乳인 전지유와 탈지유를 -20℃에서 1년간 貯藏하였으며 냉장前後 및 貯藏間 protein조성 및 RCT를 調査하였다. 1. pH-value에 變化가 없었다. 2. -7∼-10℃에서 發生된 沈殿物은 -20℃에서 觀察되지 않았다. 3. serum casein含量은 不變. 4. RCT가 연장되지 않아 cheese製造에 不良한 影響을 가져온다고 期待되지 않는다. 5. Immunglobulin의 含量은 顯著히 變化하지 않았으므로 colostral milk의 保存에 適合하다. 5. 微生物의 protease나 peptidase의 活性은 溫度 -20℃에서 나타내지 않았다. In order to investigate, how deep-freezing as well as the subsequent storage in a frozen stage affects the protein composition and the rennetability of raw milk, whole milk and skimed milk were deep-frozen and stored at a temperature of - 20℃ for 1 year. Before and after deep-freezing and during the storage period the following criteria of the samples were analyzed : pH value, content of whey protein, casein(micellar and serum casein), NPN and calcium(total and soluble). The casein and whey protein fractions were determined by disc gel electrophoresis. It is the intention of this paper to examine the question of wheather freezing to the low temperature of -20℃ is a suitable method of preserving fresh milk, or wheather that leads to changes in the milk protein and a reduction in the suitability for cheese-making. The results were as follows : 1. There was no change in the pH-values during the year of storage. 2. No precipitation of the type observable with storage at a temperature of -7 to -10℃ could be seen in the samples stored at -20℃. 3. The serum casein content remained unchanged. 4. No prolongation of the rennet coagulation time could be observed, ie. no negative effect on the suitability for cheese-making is to be expected. 5. The immunologically important immunglobulins were not noticeably reduced by deep-freezing. This process is suitable for the preserving of colostral milk. 6. The protease and peptidase formed by microorganisms demonstrated no activity at a temperature of -20℃.

A median bus lane(MBL) and a side bus lane(SBL) have been widely used to increase the mobility of bus along the urban arterial. However the latter has many defects that resulted from shared bus lane with right-turn traffic at the approach to the intersection, in-out traffic of driveways and taxi uses to increase bus mobility along the arterial. Especially the former has been contributed both to increase the bus travel speed and to reduce the bus delay time at an intersection, but it has many restricts to apply and implement to the field.<BR> In this paper, a new approach of bus lane, queue jumping bus lane (QJBL), is introduced to improve the right of way of bus at an signalized intersection. QJBL just introduces a short bus lane from the stop line to the end of the queues at the intersection. Regardless of the many queues of other traffic at the intersection, QJBL covering the queue length enable bus to enter to the stop line at the intersection. As the results, QJBL increase the capability of the bus mobility without the restricts and with much less cost than that of SBL.<BR> In other to simulate traffic flow along the arterial with three intersections operated by either QJBL or SBL, we assumed three test scenarios varying total traffic volume and bus volume respectively. We examined the effects of the two types of bus lanes above comparing both travel time of bus and that of other traffic resulted from the simulations. The simulation results showed consistent improvements in terms of bus travel time without much increasing that of other traffic. Based from the results of this paper, it can be said that QJBL can be a alternate approach for increasing bus mobility instead of SBL.

The purpose of this study was to investigate blood constituents after floor exercise, horizontal bar exercise and vaulting horse exercise in male gymnastic players. These subjects were 4 volunteers who agreed with intention of this study. The results of the statistical analyses of cholesterol, glucose, total protein and albumin in blood components were as follows. 1) Cholesterol values of Seo, JC(6.0%) were more decreased than that of Kang, SH(4.6%). 2) Glucose values of Rha, HL(-15.0㎎%) were higher decreased than that of the other. 3) Total protein values after exercise were slightly decreased both in Shin, GS(-0.3g%) and in Kang, SH(-0.4g%) respectively and highly decreased both in Seo, JC(-0.4g%) and in Rha, HL(-0.5g%) respectively. 4) Albumin values after exercise were slightly decreased in Kang, SH(-0.23g%) and highly decreased in Seo, JC(-0.41g%).
A Signal Control Model Integrating Arterial Intersections and Freeway Off-ramps

Vehicles on urban freeway off-ramps often have difficulty in exiting due to congestion on the arterial routes. The resulting queue on the off-ramp generates a spillover onto the mainstream of the urban freeways, leading to serious problems such as decreased capacity and traffic safety. In this study, a signal control model for minimizing the total delay of off-ramps and connected downstream arterial roads is developed. The results demonstrate the proposed model’s ability to reduce the delay of off-ramp and freeway mainstream. The developed model calculates an optimal signal time at off-ramps and arterial intersections by a linear programming technique with a variety of variables such as traffic volume, link length, and queue length. The simulation results show that as the traffic volumes of both off-ramps and arterials approach the saturation flow, the proposed model can increase the number of throughputs at off-ramps, decrease the average delay of whole links, and prevent the decrease of capacity on the mainstream of urban freeways by reducing the queue length at off-ramps. Especially, the reductions in the average delay time of whole links are 21.5% and 13.0%compared to T7F model and Sequential Control Model, respectively.
