Fifteen species of microorganisms were isolate form the intestines of fishes, fish feed, and ferment. Eleven microorganisms except HY4, HY8, HY12, and HY13 were Gram-positive, and HY1, HY2, HY3, HY5, HY6, and HY7 produced lactic acid. The species of HY1, HY2, HY3, HY4, HY5, HY6, HY13, and HY14 showed some growth in the medium containing 1% of NaCl. Except HY6, HY7, HY8, HY12 and HY5, 10 isolates had proteolytic activity, whereas only HY13 and HY14 had lipase activity. From all the results four isolates (HY3, HY4, HY13 and HY14) were chosen for the degradation of fish wastes. There was no mutual inhibition among the microorganisms, and the optimum temperature and pH for the growth of the mixed culture were found to be 3 2$\^{C}$ and 7, respectively. Under the optimum growth conditions the maximum optical density and the maximum specific growth rate were estimated to be 2.35 and {TEX}$0.46h^{-1}${/TEX}, respectively. Major microorganisms in the mixed culture at the log-phase were HY3 and HY4, which occupied 70%. The degrading efficiency of fish waste by the mixed microorganisms was 2.3 times higher, compared to control. The total amount of free amino acids in the degraded products from fish wastes was 39g/100g protein and little odor was produced by the mixed microorganisms after 48 hours.
RASSF1A Suppresses Cell Migration through Inactivation of HDAC6 and Increase of Acetylated α-Tubulin

Purpose The RAS association domain family protein 1 (RASSF1) has been implicated in a tumor-suppressive function through the induction of acetylated α-tubulin and modulation of cell migration. However, the mechanisms of how RASSF1A is associated with acetylation of α-tubulin for controlling cell migration have not yet been elucidated. In this study, we found that RASSF1A regulated cell migration through the regulation of histon deacetylase 6 (HDAC6), which functions as a tubulin deacetylase. Materials and Methods The cell migration was assessed using wound-healing and transwell assays. The role of RASSF1A on cell migration was examined by immunofluorescence staining, HDAC activity assay and western blot analysis. Results Cell migration was inhibited and cell morphology was changed in RASSF1A-transfected H1299 cells, compared with controls, whereas HDAC6 protein expression was not changed by RASSF1A transfection in these cells. However, RASSF1A inhibited deacetylating activity of HDAC6 protein and induced acetylated α-tubulin expression. Furthermore, acetylated α-tubulin and HDAC6 protein were co-localized in the cytoplasm in RASSF1A-transfected H1299 cells. Conversely, when the endogenous RASSF1A expression in HeLa cells was blocked with RASSF1A siRNA treatment, acetylated α-tubulin was co-localized with HDAC6 protein throughout the whole cells,including the nucleus, compared with scramble siRNA-treated HeLa cells. The restoration of RASSF1A by 5-Aza-dC treatment also induced acetylated α-tubulin through inhibition of HDAC6 activity that finally resulted in suppressing cell migration in H1299cells. To further confirm the role of HDAC6 in RASSF1A-mediated cell migration, the HDAC6 expression in H1299 cells was suppressed by using HDAC6 siRNA, and cell motility was found to be decreased through enhanced acetylated α-tubulin. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that the inactivation of HDAC6 by RASSF1A regulates cell migration through increased acetylated α-tubulin protein.
국회회의록 형태 주석 말뭉치의 구축 과정과 형태 사용 빈도 분석

이 연구는 국회회의록 형태 주석 말뭉치의 구축 과정을 소개하고 구축된 말뭉치의 형태소 사용 빈도를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서 구축한 국회회의록 형태 주석 말뭉치는 1940년대부터 2010년대까지 총 189회차 회의록으로 이루어진 말뭉치 언어 자료로서 총 1,037,435 어절로 구성되었다. 품사 범주별로 고빈도 형태소 상위 40위를 살피고 서상규(2015) 한국어 구어 빈도 사전1(잦기순) 과의 비교를 통해 국회회의록 말뭉치 또한 구어 자료로서 일반적인 구어 자료와 유사한 성격을 지니기는 하지만 ‘국회 회의’라는 특수 맥락과 공적 대화의 특성이 더 부각된 자료라는 점에서 몇몇 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.
한글판 건강 증진 생활양식 프로파일(Korean Version of Health Enhancement Lifestyle Profile; K-HELP)의 개발 및 신뢰도 연구

목적 : 본 연구는 노인의 건강 증진 생활양식을 파악하고자 한글판 건강 증진 생활양식 프로파일(Korean Version of Health Enhancement Lifestyle Profile; K-HELP)을 개발하고 K-HELP의 신뢰도를 검 증하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 작업치료사 Hwang에 의해 미국에서 개발된 Health Enhancement Lifestyle Profile (HELP)의 한글판 개발을 위해 번안과정 및 내용타당도 검증을 거치고 국내 상황에 맞게 문항을 수정하여 K-HELP를 완성하였다. 완성된 K-HELP의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 내적일치도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 : 완성된 한글 번역본 HELP을 보건의료전문가 9인에게 회부하여 검증받은 56문항에 대한 내용타당 도지수(Content Validity Index; CVI)는 .97로 높게 나타났다. 정상 노인 483명을 대상으로 한 신뢰도 검증 결과 전체 문항에 대한 내적일치도는 .82로 높은 수준으로 나타났고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .99로 매우 높은 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 결론 : 본 연구는 K-HELP의 개발과 신뢰도 검증을 통해 K-HELP가 노인의 생활양식과 건강수준을 측 정하는데 신뢰도가 입증된 도구임을 증명하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 K-HELP가 노인 건강 증진에 대한 질병 예방 및 적절한 중재를 제공하기 위해 사용되는 유용한 평가도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Objective : The purposes of this study were to develop a Korean version of the Health Enhancement Lifestyle Profile (K-HELP), to evaluate the overall lifestyles and health behaviors of the elderly, and to verify the reliability of K-HELP. Methods : The original Health Enhancement Lifestyle Profile (HELP) was developed in the U.S.A. by Jengliang Eric Hwang, who is an occupational therapist. To develop K-HELP, a series of steps were taken; First, translation and reverse-translation processes were conducted by an expert committee. To establish the content validity, a modification process was taken for adaptation to the Korean circumstances by health professionals. Second, for a validation of the reliability, the internal consistency and test-retest reliability of the content were measured. Results : The value of the Content Validity Index (CVI) was .97. The CVI was derived from an assessment by nine health care experts, which aimed to determine the suitability of 56 questions. 483 healthy elderly people participated in this reliability study. The value of internal consistency (Cronbach’s α) was .82. In addition, there was a very high and statistically significant test-retest reliability (r=.99)(p<.01). Conclusion : This study proved that K-HELP is a reliable tool to evaluate a senior's lifestyle and health status through the development of K-HELP and a verification of its reliability. Based on this study, K-HELP can be used as a useful assessment tool in the health related field of the elderly by increasing the understanding of the lifestyles, health behaviors, and health levels of the elderly in preventing diseases and providing appropriate rehabilitation programs.
스포츠재활 전공 대학생의 스쿼트 운동과 만보걷기 운동 보행메커니즘 비교 분석

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the effects of 12 weeks of squat and walking on walking mechanisms. The subjects of the study compared and analyzed the walking mechanism of 20 Sports Rehabilitation students at G University in G City through each program for 12 weeks. Detailed variables of the walking mechanism were compared and analyzed including Step length, Stance phase, Swing phase, Single support, Double support, Step time, and Speed, and the main results obtained in this study are as follows. First, there was a statistical significant difference in the period between squats and walking mechanisms. Second, there was a statistical significant difference in the period between walking on foot and walking mechanism. Third, there was no statistical significant difference in all variables except Sing support(left) between the group between squat and 10,000 steps. Taken together, the above results could not be determined that a specific exercise was more effective, but both squats and full steps were found to be effective in most walking variables. Accordingly, basic physical activities at a younger age should be preceded by basic physical activities that prevent aging in advance, minimize the pain that must be experienced in old age, and have a healthy and prosperous life. In future studies, it seems desirable to diversify the number of subjects and age groups, and to present a more detailed exercise program through long-term research.
한국어교육을 위한 보조사 ‘도’와 ‘도’ 중출 구문의 교수학습 내용 연구

이 글의 목적은 보조사 ‘도’가 갖는 의미의 다양성과 ‘도’ 중출 구문이 갖는 통사·의미적 특이성에 주목하여 ‘도’의 다양한 의미와 ‘…도 …도’ 구문을 여러 단계로 나누어 체계적으로 교육할 것을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 ‘도’와 ‘…도 …도’ 구문의 통사·의미적특성을 분석하고, 보조사 ‘도’ 교육을 위한 몇 가지 제언과 의미별 교육 내용을 예문과함께 제시한다. 보조사 ‘도’는 고빈도 보조사로 한국어교육에서 1급의 문법 항목으로 교육된다. 그러나 한국어 교재에서 ‘첨가’라는 기본 의미만 명시적으로 제시되어 있고, ‘도’를 의미 기능에 따라 중·고급에서 새로운 목표 문법 항목으로 나누어 제시하는 경우는 확인되지않는다. 더욱이 ‘…도 …도’ 구문은 한국어교육에서 본문에는 자주 등장하나 보조사 ‘도’ 와 별도의 문법 항목으로 다루어진 예가 없고, 연구자들의 관심도 받지 못하였다. ‘도’의 의미와 사용 빈도, 구문의 특징 등을 고려해 볼 때 기본 의미인 ‘더함’의 의미를먼저 교육한 후, ‘극단’, ‘받아들임’의 의미 순으로 교육한다. 그런 다음, 앞뒤 절이 각각의 서술어를 가지고 있는 병렬형의 ‘…도 …도’를 교육한 후에 서술어가 하나뿐인 나열형의 ‘…도 …도’를 교육한다. 특별히 ‘…도 …도’ 구문은 ‘도’가 한 번 사용되는 문장과 달리 문장 표면에 드러난 두 성분만이 의미 부여에 관여할 수 있다는 특징이 있으므로 연결어미 ‘고’와 함께 ‘나열’의 의미로 교육해야 한다. 적절한 예문과 함께 이루어지는 이러한 단계별 교수 방법은 학습자의 학습 부담감을 줄이고 목표 문법에 대한 이해를 높여 ‘도’의 교수학습 효과를 높이는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

1947년 20여명의 발기로 창립된 대한안과학회는 반세기가 넘는동안 매년 봄ㆍ가을에 학술대회를 열고 학회지도 월간으로 발행하는 등 1천6백88명의 회원들이 뭉쳐 왕성한 학술활동을 펼치고 있다. 학회업무는 현재 이사장 중심제로 총무, 편집, 재무 등 9명의 상임이사들이 제반업무를 소관사항에 따라 처리하고 있다.
The Blocking of c-Met Signaling Induces Apoptosis through the Increase of p53 Protein in Lung Cancer

Purpose c-Met is an attractive potential target for novel therapeutic inhibition of human cancer, and c-Met tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are effective growth inhibitors of various malignancies. However, their mechanisms in anticancer effects are not clear. In the present study,we investigated the possibility that blocking c-Met signaling induces p53-mediated growth inhibition in lung cancer. Materials and Methods The growth inhibitory effects of c-Met TKI (SU11274) on lung cancer cells and a xenograft model were assessed using the MTT assay, flow cytometry, and terminal deoxyribonucleotide transferase-mediated nick-end labeling staining. The role of p53 protein in the sensitivity of c-Met TKI (SU11274) was examined by Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry. Results SU11274 significantly induced apoptosis in A549 cells with wild-type p53, compared with that in Calu-1 cells with null-type p53. SU11274 increased p53 protein by enhancing the stability of p53 protein. Increased p53 protein by SU11274 induced up-regulation of Bax and PUMA expression and down-regulation of Bcl-2 expression, subsequently activating caspase 3. In p53 knock-out and knock-in systems, we confirmed that SU11274 caused apoptosis through the p53-mediated apoptotic pathway. Likewise, in the A549 xenograft model, SU11274 effectively shrank tumor volume and induced apoptosis via increased p53protein expression. Blocking c-Met signaling increased the level of p53 protein. Conclusion Our finding suggested that p53 plays an important role in SU11274-induced apoptosis, and p53 status seems to be related to the sensitivity to SU11274 in lung cancer.
