Li Bai’s poetries spread in Korea in about the 10th century. They were loved and thought highly of by Korea scholars and have extremely profound influence in Li Bai’s write and theory of poetry.Nan Xicai’s GuiJian shihua has more than 300 items about Li Bai. The article mainly discuss Nan Xicai’s acceptance of Li Bai and his poetries, including the research of the words and notes.During the analytical period, the author compare the opinion of Nan Xicai and Chinese scholars to find the similarities and differences, thus to provide a new visual angle in the study of scholars’ acceptance of Li Bai.
영양불량환자의 중증도 적용 향상을 위한 영양지원팀 협의진료체계 개선활동의 중요성

Purpose: The grade of complexity in the diagnosis related group (DRG) payment system is influenced by the secondary diagnosis of specific complication and comorbidity level, in which moderate or severe malnutrition is included. This study examined an existing proportion of patients with malnutrition who were supposed to be qualified for the complexity level and devised quality improvement measures to increase the proportion of qualifying complexity payments. Methods: The goal of the activities was to increase the rate of complexity payment claims for patients with malnutrition (%). Cases ineligible for the DRG payment system and cases with no diagnosis of malnutrition were excluded. We established a collaborative system between the nutrition support team and departments related to each improvement factor (i.e., patient care, medical records, insurance review, and medical information). Results: Before implementing the activities, this study investigated the current level of complexity payment claims for malnutrition patients who were discharged within a specific period (June 1, 2015∼August 31, 2015). The results showed that complexity payment claims were filed in 10.00% (2 of the 20 malnutrition cases). After the activities, the rate of complexity payment claims for the patients with malnutrition within the study period (June 1, 2016∼August 31, 2016) was 46.43% (26 out of 56), showing an approximately 364% increase from the pre activity rate. This change was statistically significant according to the chi-square test on Microsoft Excel 2010 (P<0.01). Conclusion: Collaborative efforts by the related departments enabled the smooth implementation of each activity. In addition, moderate or severe malnutrition was revealed to be a variable in the complexity-specific payment system. In the future, hospital-wide awareness and effort are crucial to promot the steady practice of these activities and expand their implementation.

Conclusions 참고문헌 본 연구는 해상운임의 한국경제 선행지수로서 활용 가능성에 대하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 주요 해상운임의 한국 무역규모에 대한 선행관계를 중점적으로 분석하였다. 주요 해상운임지수(BDI, BCI, BPI, BDTI)와 한국 무역규모(수출, 수입, 해상수출, 해상 수입)에 대한 2000년 1월부터 2018년 3월까지의 월간 자료를 분석하였다. 두 변수간 선행관계는 벡터자기회귀모형에 기초한 그랜저 인과성을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 건화물선 운임지수는 한국 무역에 대해서 선행지수로서 활용이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 유조선 운임지수와 한국의 무역규모의 관계에서는 인과관계가 양방향이거나 무역규모가 운임지수에 선행하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 무역의존도가 높은 한국의 경제를 예측함에 있어서 해상운임지수에서 교역량에 대한 선행정보를 얻을 수 있음을 제시한다.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic and systemic inflammatory disorder that primarily affects the flexible joints and may also affect a number of tissues and organs. The progression of RA involves an inflammatory response of the capsule around the joint, swelling of synovial cells with excess synovial fluid (SF), and the development of fibrous tissue in the synovium. Since the progressive pathology of the disease often leads to the irreversible destruction of articular cartilage and ankylosis of the joint, early diagnosis of RA is essential. Thus, we undertook a comparative proteomic approach to investigate novel biomarkers for early diagnosis using SFs and serums from RA patients. As a result, we identified 32 differentially expressed spots in SFs and 34 spots in serums. The differential expression of the STEAP4 and ZNF 658 proteins were validated using immunoblotting of the SFs and serums, respectively. These data suggest that differentially expressed proteins in SFs and serums could be used as RA-specific biomarkers for the diagnosis and monitoring of RA. Furthermore, these findings advance our understanding of the molecular etiopathogenesis of RA.

Fluorine (F) implantation creates negative charges at the Si/SiO₂ interface in FDSOI transistors[1]. This paper describes simulation of the influence of F Implant on Threshold Voltage(Vth) for Metal Gate FDSOI and MuGFETs using FEMLAB<SUP>ⓡ</SUP> The origin of the large V th shift observed in planar FDSOI due to is the creation of negative charge states in the BOX by the F implant. F implant is a suitable approach for planar FDSOI SoC integration with single work function (WF) metal gate, but NOT for MuGFETs.

The purpose of the study is to propose architectural design standards of the Multi-purpose Auditorium planning in educational facilities. The success of the design is measured by how well variable elements are applied to parts of Multi-purpose Auditorium and designed and equipped so that all groups-amateurs, professionals, youth, and adult alike-may use it effectively. The use of this facility will extend over a wide range, including concerts, plays, motion pictures, forums, and other forms of presentation. The wall, stage, roof, windows, and furnitures are important parts of Multi-purpose Auditorium and variable elements can applied to these parts. To successfully application of variable elements, it is necessary that these elements are considered in planning phase including time schedule planning. Various elements are permit a more informal and flexible arrangement and extensive learning activity.
Mutant Prevention Concentration of Polymyxin B for the Clinical Isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

배경 : 최근 항생제에 다제내성을 갖는 Pseudomonas나 Acinetobacter와 같은 그람 음성균들의 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 신장독성 등으로 인해 사용이 제한되었던 polymyxin이 이런 균주의 감염 치료를 위해 다시 사용되고 있다. 이에 본 저자들은 임상적으로 검출되는 Pseudomonas aeruginosa의 polymyxin B에 대한 Mutant prevention concentration (MPC), 돌연변이체빈도(mutant frequency)를 측정하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 2000년도에 단국대학병원과 서울대학병원에서 검출된 29개의 P. aeruginosa에 대하여 항균제감수성시험, 최저억제농도(MIC) 및 ciprofloxacin과 polymyxin B에 대한 MPC와 돌연변이체빈도를 구하였다. 결과 : P. aeruginosa의 polymyxin B에 대한 MIC_(50)과 MIC_(90)은 각각 2 ug/mL, 2 ug/mL였고 ciprofloxacin은 0.5 ug/mL, 4 ug/mL이었다. 29개의 균주 중에서 13개가 내성을 보였고 polymyxin B에 대한 MPC_(50)과 MPC_(90)은 각각 32 ug/mL, 64 ug/mL였고, Ciprofloxacin에 대해서는4 ug/mL, 64 ug/mL였다. 돌연변이체빈도는 polymyxin B에 대해서는 2×10^(-9)에서 2×10^(-7)였고, ciprofloxain에 대해서는 4×10^(-10) 에서 5×10^(-)였다. 결론 : 이 연구에서 polymyxin B와 ciprofloxacin에 대한 P. aeruginosa의 돌연변이체빈도는 비슷하였다. 따라서 이 균주에 대해 광범위한 polymycin B를 사용하는 것은 상당한 정도의 내성균주의 출현을 야기할 것이다. Backgroud : Infection caused by multi-drug resistant (MDR) Gram-negative organisms such as Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter species is one of emerging important problems in modern hospitals. To treat multi-drug resistant non-fermenting Gram-negatives, polymyxins which were used in 1960s, but abandoned because of grave toxicities such as renal toxicity are reused. The objective of this study was to estimate the probability of resistance development of the clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to polymyxins. Methods and Materials : Twenty-nine multidrug-resistant P. aeruginosa isolates were collected from Dankook University Hospital and Seoul National University Hospital in 2000 and tested for antimicrobial susceptibility test, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), mutant prevention concentration (MPC) and mutant frequency to ciprofloxacin and polymyxin B. Results : The MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of polymyxin B for the isolates were 2 and 2 ㎍/mL, and those of ciprofloxacin were 0.5 and 4 ㎍/mL, respectively. Thirteen of 29 isolates developed polymyxin B-resistant mutants but all 29 isolates, ciprofloxacin-resistant mutants. The MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of polymyxin B were 32 and 64 ㎍/mL, and those values of ciprofloxacin were 4 and 64 ㎍/mL. Mutation frequencies of polymyxin B ranged from 2×10^(-9) to 2×10^(-7), and those of ciprofloxacin from 4×10^(-10) to 5×10^(-7). Conclusions : Mutation frequencies of polymyxin B were similar to those of ciprofloxacin, suggesting appreciable development of resistant mutants with wide usage of polymyxins.
