        폐교 대학생의 적응 경험

        본 연구의 목적은 폐교 대학생의 적응의 의미와 본질을 파악하는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 간호학과에 재학중인 대학생을 대상으로 본 연구의 목적과 방법을 이해하고 동의하여 참여를 허락한 8명의 대학생이었다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 2018년 4월 20일에서 5월 10일까지 개별 심층면담을 진행하였다. 자료는 Colaizzi가 제시한 현상학적 접근방법을 근거로 단계를 세분화하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 2개의 범주, 5개의 주제모음, 11개의 주제로 분류되었으며, 주제모음은 ‘믿어지지 않는 폐교’, ‘예상보다 더 힘든 생활’, ‘이방인이 된 느낌’, ‘현재에 만족하기’, ‘나를 지켜주는 힘’으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 폐교 대학생의 적응경험을 이해할 수 있으며 추후 적응을 돕는 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and nature of adaptation of closed school students. Participants of the study were 8 college students who were allowed to participate by understanding and agreeing to the purpose and method of this study for college students enrolled in the department of nursing. Data collection for this study was conducted in individual in-depth interviews from Apr. 20 to May 10, 2018. The data were analyzed by subdividing the steps based on the phenomenological approach presented by Colaizzi. The results of the study were classified into 2 categories, 5 thematic collections, and 11 themes, and the thematic collections were ‘unbelievable closed school’, ‘life harder than expected’, ‘feel of being a stranger’, and ‘satisfied with the present’, ‘the power to protect me.’ This study can understand the adaptation experiences of students in closed school, and can be provide as basic data for the development of programs that help adaptation later.

        간호대학 신입생의 자아존중감, 회복탄력성이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 자아존중감, 회복탄력성, 대학생활적응의 관계를 파악하고 대학생활적응에 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 자료수집기간은 2020년 10월 1일에서 12월 15일까지이며, 연구대상자는 J도 소재 4년제 간호대학 신입생 192명이었으며, 설문지를 통해 조사하였다. 자료는 빈도, 백분율, t-test, Pearson’s correlation, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 자아존중감, 회복탄력성은 대학생활적응과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대학생활적응에 자아존중감과 회복탄력성이 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 이들의 설명력은 40.8%이었다. 결론적으로 간호학과 신입생의 대학생활적응을 위해서는 자아존중감과 회복탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 적용함으로써 새로운 대학생활에 잘 적응하도록 하려는 대학차원의 노력이 필요하다고 하겠다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among self-esteem, resilience, and college life adaptation of nursing freshmen, and to identify factors affecting college life adaptation. Data collection period was from Oct. 1 to Dec. 15, 2020, and the subjects of the study were 192 a four-year nursing college freshmen located in J province. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression. As a result of the analysis, self-esteem and resilience were positively correlated with college life adaptation. Self-esteem and resilience were found to be important factors influencing college life adjustment, and their explanatory power was 40.8%. In conclusion, it is necessary to make efforts at the university level to help new students adapt to the new university life by applying a program that can improve self-esteem and resilience in order to adapt to university life.

      • Atmospheric Combustion Chemical Vapor Deposition for High Functional Application

        Different from conventional PVD and CVD process, Combustion Chemical Vapor Deposition (CCVD) is environmental friendly vapor deposition process based on atmospheric pressure with thermal energy from combustion. CCVD equipment is consisted of reservoir of hydrocarbon fuel and precursor, gas mixing burner, sample carrier and control system. The combustion energy from gas mixture of hydrocarbon, propane and precursor, HMDSO(Hexamethyldisiloxane) saturated air generates chemical reaction of pyrolysis and oxidation of precursor to form silicon oxide layer on the steel substrate. Because of hydroxide in dense silicon oxide layer, even though its thickness is just scores of nanometers, CCVD treated steel surface shows greatly improved wetting ability, adhesion with organic resin and coating. When the organic resin coating containing polar functional group, for example, carbonyl, acetate and hydroxyl functional group applied on CCVD treated steel surface, covalent chemical bond seems to be generated between hydroxide of CCVD layer and functional group of organic resin and adhesion between organic resin layer and substrate and corrosion resistance of substrate is highly promoted. Ultra thin silicon oxide layer of CCVD is analyzed its structure by atomic force microscopy(AFM), optical 3D profiler and ellipsometer.

      • Survival and Reproductive Outcome of Childbearing Age Ovarian Cancer Patients taking Fertility-Sparing Surgery

        Objective: Surgical management of ovarian cancer includes total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and peritoneal lymph node sampling which results in the loss of fertility. Fertility-sparing surgery in the reproductive aged women with early stage ovarian cancer with favorable histology has been proposed by American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and European Society for Medical Oncology. We sought to access the survival and fertility outcome of Korean women in their reproductive age who undertook fertility-sparing surgery. Methods: Based on the Korean National Insurance Claims Data and the National Health Information Database, 328 women with newly developed ovarian cancer in 2010 were followed up for the survival and pregnancy outcome until 2020. Patients who were diagnosed with cancer or underwent hysterectomy before 2010 were excluded. The control group consisted of 552 women matched by age, economic status and place of living. Results: Out of 120, 10 deaths occurred in the fertility-sparing surgery group showing a survival rate of 91.7%. Women undertaking fertility-sparing surgery had a lower chance of delivering a newborn compared to the control group (OR 0.46; 95% CI 0.26-0.81). Diagnosis of infertility, ectopic pregnancy, and abortion appeared higher in the fertility-sparing surgery group, but it did not reach a statistical significance. Conclusion: The pregnancy rate of the ovarian cancer patients with fertility-sparing surgery was lower than that of women without ovarian cancer. Undergoing fertility-sparing surgery per se should not deter women of trying to get pregnant as the pregnancy outcome indicators do not show statistically significant differences compared to the control group.

        녹차분말 첨가가 쌀밥의 항산화 활성 및 물성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 소비자가 추구하는 기능성 식품의 다양한 개발을 위해 녹차를 쌀밥에 접목시킴으로써 녹차의 생리활성이 부여된 기능성 쌀밥의 개발 가능성 검토를 위해 실시하였다. 녹차분말을 첨가한 쌀밥의 항산화 활성과 생리활성 물질의 변화 및 물성 변화를 알아보기 위해 취반 시 사용되는 물에 녹차분말을 1, 2, 3%로 첨가하여 취반하였다. 이후 제조된 밥은 동결건조 후 메탄올 추출물을 이용하여 항산화 성분 및 항산화 활성을 분석하였다. 또한, 취반 후 물성을 측정하여 그 변화를 알아보았다. 취반 후 녹차분말의 함량이 증가할수록 폴리페놀과 플라보노이드의 함량이 농도 의존적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 쌀밥의 항산화 활성은 첨가한 녹차분말의 농도에 의존적으로 ABTS 및 DPPH 라디칼 제거능력이 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 환원력 및 지질과산화억제 효과에서도 첨가된 녹차분말에 의존적으로 활성이 증가하였다. 반면 녹차분말을 첨가한 쌀밥의 물성을 측정한 결과 녹차를 첨가하였을 때 경도가 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 녹차분말을 첨가하여 취반할 경우 식감을 유지하면서 녹차의 생리활성 물질도 부여할 수 있어 기능성 쌀 가공식품으로서의 적극적인 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. Green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) is consumed as a popular beverage worldwide, particularly in Asia. In this study, the effects of green tea powder addition on the antioxidant activities and texture properties of cooked rice were investigated. Texture analysis was carried out by texture profile analysis. Total polyphenols and total flavonoids were determined using spectrophotometric methods, and antioxidative activities were determined based on DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities, reducing power, and lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity. Antioxidant contents and antioxidative activities increased with a higher amount of green tea powder. However, there was no difference in texture properties between cooked rice with green tea powder and the control group. In conclusion, addition of green tea powder to cooked rice would be useful to increase antioxidant contents and antioxidative activities without alteration of texture properties.
